Disneyland Paris services: luggage, PhotoPass, Disney Premier Access

Rides aside, it’s often the practical side of things that sets the pace of your trip. I’ve spent over 200 days in the parks since 2023, which has given me plenty of time to put the Disneyland Paris services and extras to the test. In this FAQ, I explain how PhotoPass actually works for getting your digital photos, what the luggage storage costs and when it’s open, and how the package pickup service saves you from carrying bags around while you wait in line. I also cover Wi-Fi access and booking extras such as birthday cakes. Here are my straightforward answers to help your planning run smoothly.

01 What is Premier Access Ultimate?

Premier Access Ultimate isn’t a ticket. It’s a paid add-on to your ticket that gives you priority entry (a fast line) to every ride that offers Premier Access, once per ride, on a single day and at any time. That’s different from Premier Access One, where you pay for access to just one ride during a specific time slot. Ultimate makes sense in peak season or if you want to get the most out of a single day in the parks. Both options use dynamic pricing: the cost changes with the date, the ride (for One), and the expected crowds. You can see it on the official Disneyland Paris website or in the app when you book.

02 What is Premier Access?

Premier Access is the paid line-skipping service at Disneyland Paris. It comes in two versions: Premier Access One (you pay for access to a single ride at a set time, through the app on the day of your visit or at City Hall) and Premier Access Ultimate (a one-day bundle that gets you priority entry once on every eligible ride in both parks). My advice is to go with One when you only have one or two rides you want to lock in, and to switch to Ultimate when you’d rather go from ride to ride without thinking about it.

03 Premier Access One or Premier Access Ultimate: which should you pick?

You have two options depending on your budget and how you like to visit. Premier Access One (bought ride by ride in the app or at City Hall) works best if you’re only targeting one or two specific rides that day. Premier Access Ultimate is the one-day bundle that covers every eligible ride in both parks for a single price, perfect for a short, packed 1-day visit where you want to keep moving without counting. To give you a rough idea, One costs between €5 and €23 per ride, and Ultimate costs between €110 and €230 for the day. For a first-time family visiting for 1 day, Ultimate can be worth it if the budget allows. Otherwise, One on the 2-3 rides that worry you most often does the job.

04 Which rides offer Premier Access in 2026?

A number of iconic rides in both parks offer Premier Access. At Disneyland Park, you’ll find "it’s a small world", Autopia, Big Thunder Mountain, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril, Orbitron, Peter Pan’s Flight, Phantom Manor, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Tours, and Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain. At Disney Adventure World, the list is Avengers Assemble: Flight Force, Cars ROAD TRIP, Crush’s Coaster, Frozen Ever After, Raiponce Tangled Spin, Ratatouille, Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure, and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. One detail to keep in mind: Orbitron is only available with Premier Access One, not with Ultimate. You can check the current list and the height requirements in the Disneyland Paris app on the day of your visit.

05 How much does Premier Access cost at Disneyland Paris?

Premier Access uses dynamic pricing: the cost depends on the ride, the date of your visit, the time slot you pick, and how crowded the park is. As a rough guide, plan on between €5 and €23 per ride for One, and between €110 and €230 for a full day of Ultimate. A popular ride on a Saturday during French school vacation will cost a lot more than the same ride on a Tuesday in January. The exact price shows up in the Disneyland Paris app when you book.

06 How do I buy Premier Access One?

You buy Premier Access One on the day of your visit, in one of two ways: in the Disneyland Paris app (log in to your Disney account, go to the Premier Access section to pick the ride and time slot, then pay), or in person at City Hall in Disneyland Park and at Studio Services in Disney Adventure World if you don’t have a smartphone. Premier Access Ultimate, on the other hand, can be bought ahead of your visit, including through the concierge at your Disney hotel. I recommend downloading the app and trying it out before your trip, because you need to be comfortable with your Disney account on the big day. You’ll find all the details in my Premier Access guide.

07 Do I need to buy Premier Access for a baby?

If your baby doesn’t need a park ticket (kids under 3), they don’t need Premier Access either. They ride with you for free on the rides that allow them, with nothing extra to do. From age 3, though, a child has their own ticket, so they’ll also need their own Premier Access to use the fast line, just like an adult.

08 Can I cancel Premier Access or get a refund?

Premier Access is usually non-refundable once you’ve bought it, even if you change your mind or miss your time slot. The only exception is if the ride breaks down during your time window. In that case, find a Cast Member nearby. They’ll give you a paper ticket noting the problem, which lets you come back in a new time slot later that day. My advice: don’t book a slot that’s too close to a meal or a show, because a missed slot can’t be made up.

09 How does PhotoPass+ work?

PhotoPass+ is the one and only official photo service at Disneyland Paris. In practice, the official photographers at character meet and greets take your picture and hand you a card with a barcode. Some thrill rides (Pirates of the Caribbean, Hyperspace Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain, among others) also snap photos automatically during the ride. Without PhotoPass+, you can see your photos in low resolution with a Disney watermark at the ride exit, but you can’t save them. With PhotoPass+, you unlock high-resolution downloads, sharing, and printing for all your photos, which you link to your account on the official Disney PhotoPass website. You can buy it during the day or even after your visit (a few days later): it unlocks every photo taken before the purchase, as long as you kept all the cards the photographers gave you. My advice: hold on to every single card, since that’s what connects you to your photos.

10 How much is PhotoPass+ at Disneyland Paris?

PhotoPass+ pricing is dynamic and depends on your profile. For a regular guest, expect €90. Silver passholders get a discount (around -10%). With the Gold pass, PhotoPass+ is included for free. With the Bronze One and Bronze Max passes, you pay the regular guest price. The exact price is shown on the official Disney PhotoPass website and in the Disneyland Paris app when you book. My tip as a blogger: if you plan on several character photos or you’re a large family, it pays for itself very quickly compared with buying photos one by one.

11 Where are the lockers at Disneyland Paris?

The lockers are to the right of the Disneyland Park entrance, just before the turnstiles. Disney Adventure World also has luggage storage, but it only opens on very busy days, so don’t count on it every time. Several sizes are available (backpack locker, large locker), with a daily rate. My advice: if you’re with your family, get a large locker. It’s much more convenient for stashing coats and the plush toys you bought in the shops.

12 What kinds of bags can I bring into the parks?

You can bring a backpack, a purse, or a reasonably sized diaper bag into the parks (small-size category). Very large bags, suitcases, and carry-on luggage aren’t allowed inside the parks and must be left at luggage storage. Every bag goes through the security check at the entrance (opened and quickly inspected if needed). Try not to overpack your bag: it’s more comfortable on rides where you have to put everything in a bin (Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop, for example), and you’ll avoid longer lines at the security check at the park entrance.

13 Can I bring a large backpack into Disneyland Paris?

A standard backpack (a school bag, a medium gym bag, or a small daypack for hiking) gets into the parks with no problem. With a bulky hiking pack or a bag the size of carry-on luggage, you may be sent to luggage storage or back to your car (large-size category). On many rides, you have to put your bag in a bin at boarding or at your feet, so the more compact your bag is, the more comfortable your day will be.

14 What do I do with my luggage on check-in day at a Disney hotel?

Every Disney hotel offers free luggage storage: you get to the hotel, leave your suitcases at the luggage desk, and head off to enjoy the park while you wait for the official check-in time. When you get back, your bags are either already up in your room (for Club rooms) or ready for you to collect. I use this service every time I arrive in the morning: bags dropped at 8:00, and off I go to the park right at opening without wasting a minute.

15 Is there free Wi-Fi in the Disney parks?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in both parks and in the Disney hotels. It comes in handy for using the Disneyland Paris app (buying Premier Access, checking wait times) without eating into your cell phone data. The connection quality depends on the crowds and the area of the park. My habit when I arrive: I connect to the Wi-Fi before opening the app, which avoids loading glitches.

16 Are there phone charging stations at Disneyland Paris?

Yes, both parks and Disney Village have stations where you can rent a portable charger. Pick up a charged battery at one station, then drop it off at any other station in the network before the day is over. You’ll find the exact spots on the official park map, which you get at the entrance and can also see in the app. My tip as a blogger: I never leave without my own power bank and a cable. Between taking pictures, using the app for Premier Access, and checking the weather forecast, a phone runs out of juice very quickly.

17 How do I use the Disneyland Paris app?

The Disneyland Paris app is essential for a smooth day in the parks. It gives you the interactive park map, real-time wait times, show and parade times, Premier Access purchases (One and Ultimate), restaurant reservations, and your scannable park ticket. Keep in mind: the PhotoPass gallery isn’t available in the Disneyland Paris app. You need to go through the dedicated official Disney PhotoPass website, where you set up a separate account to find your photos. Download the app and create your account BEFORE your trip, and link your tickets ahead of time to avoid stress when you arrive.

18 What exactly is the MagicPass card?

The MagicPass is a personal card (with a digital version in the Disneyland Paris app) given only to guests staying at an official Disney hotel. Each family member gets their own at check-in (online check-in 7 days ahead in the app, or at the hotel on arrival day). It combines several things in one card: your room key, your park ticket for the length of your stay, meal vouchers if you booked a half-board meal plan, and access to Extra Magic Time (early entry one hour before official opening for Disney hotel guests). It’s only valid for your stay, from check-in to check-out. Important: it’s not a gift card or a prepaid card, and you can’t use it to pay for anything on site.

19 How can I give a Disneyland Paris trip as a gift?

The easiest option is the undated ticket (Billet Liberté in French), which is the one I recommend. On the official ticket website, it’s the only ticket flagged as a great choice for a gift. There’s no date attached, and you have 1 year from purchase to use it. Just three dates are off-limits: July 14, October 31, and December 31. Whoever receives it picks and reserves their visit date in advance, subject to availability. If the day of the visit is already settled, a dated ticket generally costs less. Figure on about €75 per adult, for your choice of one of the two parks. If you’d like something to unwrap, Wonderbox gift boxes are another option. And if you want to give the entire trip, book a hotel + ticket package and put it in the names of the travelers.

20 Where is City Hall (Guest Services) at Disneyland Paris?

City Hall, the Guest Relations office at Disneyland Park, is on Town Square at the park entrance: go through the turnstiles, walk through the Main Street U.S.A. station, and the town hall-style building is on your left. At Disney Adventure World, the equivalent is Studio Services, located at the park entrance. Go there for complaints, goodwill gestures, accessibility questions, picking up a free birthday badge, general information, or a problem with Premier Access (the paid line-skipping option). The Cast Members (park employees) there speak several languages and are especially helpful with families.

21 How do I report and recover a lost item at Disneyland Paris?

While you’re there, go to the lost and found office (at City Hall in Disneyland Park, at Studio Services in the second park) or let a Cast Member know. After you’ve left, report the item online on the official Troov platform. Add a photo and a detailed description (color, brand, contents, date, and place) to improve your chances. Picking it up on site is free, and only shipping by mail costs extra.

22 Is there a first aid station or medical service at Disneyland Paris?

Yes, each park has a first aid station marked on the official map and staffed by health professionals. Ask any Cast Member and they’ll point you there. You can go for a minor bump or scrape (a skinned knee, dizziness, feeling unwell in the heat), to ask for a bandage, for urgent medication, or if you feel someone in your family needs a quiet spot. In a life-threatening emergency, alert a Cast Member right away, who will call emergency services by radio.

23 Can I buy a poncho or an umbrella in the park shops?

Yes, the park shops sell reusable Disney-themed rain ponchos, as well as Disney umbrellas. Prices are fairly high compared with a regular store, but kids love the designs and they make a useful souvenir. My tip as a local from the rainy Paris region: tuck two foldable rain ponchos into your bag before you leave (or at least keep them in your car). You’ll save money and stay dry from the very first shower, without having to dash to a shop in a downpour.

24 What is Disneyland Paris like during a heat wave or a thunderstorm?

The parks stay open in almost any weather. When it’s scorching hot, I suggest sticking to indoor rides with air conditioning ("it’s a small world", Phantom Manor, Pirates of the Caribbean, Ratatouille), staying well hydrated, and scheduling an early-afternoon break back at your hotel or in a cool restaurant. When a storm rolls in or the wind picks up, a few outdoor rides can shut down for a while for safety (Big Thunder Mountain, Indiana Jones, RC Racer) and start running again once the weather settles. Watch the app for live ride status and change your route as needed.

25 How do you celebrate a birthday at Disneyland Paris?

A birthday is one of the best reasons to visit Disneyland Paris, and a few small touches make the day really special. The free extra you shouldn’t skip: pick up a birthday badge at City Hall, at Studio Services, or at the concierge desk of your Disney hotel. Cast Members and characters spot it and celebrate the child all day long. You can also get a phone call from Mickey at City Hall. For meals, you can order a personalized cake at most table-service and buffet restaurants, by mentioning it when you book or when you arrive. At the hotel, mention that it’s a birthday when you book online: some hotels add a few special touches to the room, at their discretion. For a premium option, some VIP packages are available too.

26 Can your pet come along, and where can your dog stay?

Pets aren’t allowed in the parks or in the Disney hotels. The exceptions are Davy Crockett Ranch, which accepts dogs in some bungalows, and guide and assistance dogs with proof of status. For other pets, a kennel near the parks will look after your animal for the day while you visit.

27 Is there a kennel at Disneyland Paris for my pet?

Yes, Disneyland Paris has a kennel right next to the parks that takes dogs, cats, and small animals for the day or for your whole stay. Your pet must be up to date on vaccinations and come with a health record. The price is charged per day and per animal, and you can drop by to feed or comfort your companion during opening hours.

28 Which payment methods are accepted at Disneyland Paris?

Disneyland Paris accepts a wide range of payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash (in euros), and contactless Apple Pay and Google Pay. Regular paper checks are generally not accepted. As for ANCV vacation vouchers (Connect included), they’re only accepted in specific places. In the parks, only in restaurants and bars (except snack carts and the Café Hyperion ordering kiosks at Disneyland Park). At Disney Village, in all restaurants and bars. At the Disney hotels, in the hotel restaurants and bars and at the kennel for pet care. Important: these vouchers are not accepted in the shops or for parking. Personally, I pay almost exclusively by contactless card with Apple Pay.

29 Can you pay in installments on site at Disneyland Paris?

Interest-free installment payments are mainly offered online when you book a stay at a Disney hotel: between 2 and 6 payments, with a 15% deposit at booking and the balance due no later than 10 days before you arrive. PayPal also offers an interest-free pay-in-4 option if you qualify. On site, in the park shops and restaurants, you pay in full at once. For annual passes, monthly payments are available for all four tiers after an initial down payment, and that’s what I’ve used since 2016.

30 Is Disney+ available for free in the Disney parks or hotels?

Disney+ doesn’t come automatically with a stay at every Disney hotel: it depends on the TV in your room. When it’s available, you can sign in with your own Disney+ subscription on the TV to watch the catalog during your stay, which is very handy for helping kids wind down at the end of the day. I list the equipment in each room type on my page about the Disney hotels here on the blog.

31 Does Disneyland Paris have a loyalty program?

The main "loyalty" program at Disneyland Paris is still the annual pass (Bronze One, Bronze Max, Silver, Gold), which gives you recurring perks all year long: unlimited visits depending on the tier, discounts in shops and restaurants, passholder-only events, parking, and early access to some reservations. On top of that, some Disney partner credit cards (depending on the promotional period) may offer specific perks.

32 What is the Make-A-Wish Premium experience at Disneyland Paris?

Make-A-Wish isn’t a commercial experience. It’s an international charity that grants the wishes of children with serious illnesses. Disneyland Paris is one of the charity’s leading partners in Europe: every year, many Make-A-Wish children come for a fully arranged stay (special character meet and greets, dinner with a princess, a night at a Disney hotel, personal touches). You don’t apply through Disneyland Paris directly, but through Make-A-Wish France or the national branch in the family’s home country, which handles the application and the trip.

33 What movies play at the Disney Village movie theater?

The Disney Village movie theater shows current releases, just like any regular movie theater, including screenings on a giant IMAX screen and sometimes re-releases of older movies, Disney movies among them. The schedule changes every week, so check the theater’s showtimes for the date of your visit.

34 How do I create my free Disney account?

Creating a Disney account is free. On disneylandparis.com, click "Me connecter" (Log in) at the top of the page, then follow the steps to sign up. In the Disneyland Paris mobile app, you create it in the "Profil" section. If you buy a ticket or a vacation package without an account, the website will offer to create one at checkout. My advice: set it up before you book, so you save time on the day you buy. And if you have a Disney+ account, you can use that same account.

35 Why is a Disney account required to buy tickets or book a vacation?

Your Disney account is the single account that brings together your Disneyland Paris purchases and reservations (along with all your Disney services, Disney+ included). It lets you buy tickets and book a vacation or an annual pass, then find and manage everything in one place. It also keeps your booking details protected with a password. In practice, it’s how you keep track of your booking before and during your trip.

36 Locked out of my Disney account: how do I fix it?

First, double-check your password, since uppercase and lowercase letters count. Forgot it? On the sign-in screen, click the link offering help with signing in to set a new one. If your Disneyland Paris account dates from before February 25, 2020, you have to reset your password the first time you sign in. Still stuck? Disneyland Paris customer service can help you out.

37 How do I add a ticket or a reservation to my Disney account?

If you bought your tickets or your vacation directly on the Disneyland Paris website, they’re automatically attached to your Disney account, and you’ll see them as soon as you log in. In the app, you can link them with your reservation number or by scanning your ticket. Your tickets and stays then show up in your reservations section. If a ticket doesn’t appear, double-check the reservation number you entered.

38 Are there guided tours of the Disney parks?

Yes, you can join a guided tour of Disneyland Park to dig into its history and architecture. It takes around 2 hours, starting from City Hall. Reserve ahead through the Disneyland Paris reservations center, or sign up at City Hall on the day. Check the official Disneyland Paris website for prices and times. For something more premium, the "VIP Tour" runs longer, puts a guide at your side for 6 hours, and lets you skip the wait at rides and shows.

39 Where can I get a paper map of the Disneyland Paris parks?

A paper map is available for free, at the park entrances in particular, as well as at City Hall in Disneyland Park and at Studio Services in Disney Adventure World. My tip: the Disneyland Paris app also has an interactive map with wait times, which works well alongside the paper map.

40 Is there childcare in the Disney parks?

No, there’s no childcare in the Disney parks. However, guests staying at a Disney hotel can ask the front desk for babysitting. For rides that aren’t suitable for young kids, the free Rider Switch service (also called "Baby Switch") lets parents take turns without waiting in line twice. The Baby Care Centers in both parks also give you a dedicated space to look after little ones.

41 Where can I buy baby supplies at Disneyland Paris?

Baby essentials such as diapers, baby food, fruit juice, pacifiers, and sunscreen are sold at the stroller and wheelchair rental shops in both parks, as well as in the Disney hotel shops. My advice: still pack the basics in your bag, since the selection on site is limited.

42 Can you get married at Disneyland Paris?

Yes, Disneyland Paris hosts private celebrations through Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings. That covers weddings, but also marriage proposals, vow renewals, and photo shoots. A ceremony can take place in various spots in the parks or at the Disney hotels. For details and prices, your best bet is to contact the Disney Wedding Planners team directly, who work with each couple on their plans.

43 Where can I find PhotoPass photographers in the park?

PhotoPass photographers are stationed in various places around the park, especially at character meet and greet spots and at some of the most iconic locations. For exact spots and times, check the official Disneyland Paris mobile app. Locations and characters can change every day depending on availability and events.

44 Is PhotoPass+ worth it?

PhotoPass+ is mostly worth it if you’re visiting for several days and want to collect as many photos as possible, if you love meeting the Disney characters, or if you want high-quality keepsakes without relying on your smartphone. My tip: if you have an annual pass, PhotoPass+ may be included, which makes it an even better deal.

45 Can you buy photo prints right in the Disney parks?

Yes, you can buy printed photos in the Disney park shops. If you have PhotoPass+, you also get a discounted price on your prints.

46 Can I use ANCV vacation vouchers to pay for my Disney vacation?

Yes, you can pay all or part of your vacation balance with ANCV vacation vouchers, after a deposit of about 15% by card. They reduce the amount you still owe.

47 Can I use PayPal to pay for my vacation in installments?

Yes, if you qualify, PayPal offers an interest-free option to pay in 4 installments. Its terms are separate from the Disneyland Paris installment plan.

48 Can I take my stroller on rides or into restaurants?

No, strollers aren’t allowed on rides or inside restaurants. Restaurants make an exception if you have a baby with you.

49 Where do I leave my stroller while visiting the parks?

You can park your stroller outside the rides or the restaurants, where dedicated stroller parking areas are set up nearby. Avoid leaving valuables in the stroller. If it rains, don’t forget a rain cover for your stroller, since there isn’t always shelter.

50 Can adults celebrate their birthday at Disneyland Paris?

Yes, celebrating your birthday at Disneyland Paris as an adult is completely doable. Lots of adult guests come to spend their special day in the parks. The birthday badge is available for all ages, and you can ask a Cast Member for one.

51 Is there free skip-the-line access at Disneyland Paris?

No, there hasn’t been any free line-skipping since FastPass was discontinued in 2021. Today, Premier Access is the only way to cut your wait, and you have to pay for it. There are still free ways to save time: arrive at opening, head to the big rides first, use Single Rider where it’s available, and ride during a parade or a show, when the lines get shorter.

52 My Premier Access QR codes: where do I find them?

After you buy it, your QR codes are in the "Compte" (Account) section of the Disneyland Paris mobile app. Make sure your ticket, annual pass, or hotel + ticket package is linked to your account. Otherwise, the QR codes won’t show up.

53 Is Premier Access tied to one person?

Yes, each Premier Access is linked to a specific ticket and can only be used by that ticket’s holder. You can’t transfer it to another guest. So remember to buy one Premier Access for each person who wants it.

54 How many Premier Access One passes can I buy?

A single guest is limited to 3 Premier Access One per ride each day. If you’re in a group, you can buy as many as 12 Premier Access One for one ride and one time slot, so the whole group gets in at the same time.

55 How do I contact Disneyland Paris by chat?

Disneyland Paris has an online chat on its official website. It isn’t available around the clock, but you’ll usually find it during the day, in the bottom right corner of any page on the site, in a window called "Besoin d’aide" (Need help).

56 How much does cancellation insurance cost at Disneyland Paris?

Plan on roughly twenty euros a person, paid in a single charge at the time of booking. The multi-risk version costs a bit more, and the rate for very young kids is much lower. Since the amount changes, always look at the price displayed when you make your reservation.

57 Is Disneyland Paris cancellation insurance worth it?

It depends on your situation. A flexible booking can already be canceled for free up to 7 days before arrival, so the insurance mainly helps with a last-minute cancellation, a non-refundable rate, or an expensive trip booked far in advance. It’s also worth checking your credit card, since many already include cancellation coverage.

58 Cancellation insurance vs. multi-risk insurance at Disneyland Paris: how do they differ?

Cancellation insurance pays you back if you have to call off your trip before you leave, for a covered reason. Multi-risk insurance includes that same coverage and adds assistance during your stay: medical care and repatriation, luggage, and trip interruption (nights you didn’t use).

59 Is PhotoPass+ included with an annual pass?

It depends on which annual pass you have. With the Gold pass, PhotoPass+ is included for free, and that’s one of the big perks of that tier. With the Silver pass, you get -10% on the price. The Bronze passes come with no discount, so you pay the standard price of €90. Without the bundle, you can still buy your photos one at a time, starting at €15. If you take lots of pictures, that’s a solid reason to weigh the cost of upgrading to Gold.

60 Is one day enough for a bachelorette party at Disneyland Paris?

Yes, for a fun day out with friends. If you’re coming from far away or you really want to celebrate, plan a weekend with one night on site.

61 How long does it take to visit Disney Adventure World?

Allow anywhere from half a day to a whole day. Since the ride count is still limited, you can take everything in at a relaxed pace, shows included. If you’re staying several days, ideally make it your day 2 stop, after you’ve gotten to know Disneyland Park, and from day 3 on, hop between the two parks as you please.

62 Does the celebration badge cost anything?

Not a cent. Ask for it at City Hall, right by the park entrance, or at your Disney hotel’s concierge desk if you’re staying on site.

63 How much does a wheelchair rental cost at Disneyland Paris?

Renting a non-medical manual wheelchair costs €25 per day, plus a refundable deposit of €200 that you get back when you return the chair. The service is located at the entrance to each park, in the same shop as the strollers (the stroller and wheelchair rental shop), right after the turnstiles. It’s meant for guests who don’t have a permanent disability but need to rest their legs during a long day (older visitors, people recovering from illness, late pregnancy, a recent injury). Double-check the price and deposit on site, since they can change.

64 Where can I buy PhotoPass+ at Disneyland Paris?

You can add PhotoPass+ to your booking on the official Disneyland Paris website, or buy it on site at the PhotoPass+ shops in both parks (New Century Notions on Main Street U.S.A., for example) and at some of the ride photo shops, such as the one at Big Thunder Mountain.

65 Can you bring your own stroller to Disneyland Paris?

Yes, and that’s actually what I recommend for a baby or toddler who’s used to their stroller: it’s comfier, it reclines for naps, and you skip the rental. It’s allowed as long as it stays within the maximum size of 92 cm wide and 132 cm long, and it’s welcome in the parks, in Disney Village, and at the Disney hotels. Pull-along wagons are banned for safety reasons. When you board a ride, you leave the stroller in the designated spot outside and pick it up on your way out. Add something that stands out (a plush toy, a bright ribbon) so you can find it easily.

66 Can I pay for parking with ANCV vacation vouchers?

No, ANCV vacation vouchers aren’t accepted at the parking lot. ANCV gift vouchers, on the other hand, are. Be careful not to mix them up, since they’re two different kinds of voucher.

67 Is admission free on your birthday at Disneyland Paris?

No, Disneyland Paris doesn’t offer free admission on your birthday. That rumor applies to other parks around the world. The birthday badge, the sticker, and the phone call from Mickey are free, though, and you can ask for them at City Hall.

68 Magic Shot vs. ride photo: what’s the difference?

No. A Magic Shot is a picture taken by a PhotoPass photographer in the park, with a character or Disney effect added afterward (Tinker Bell sitting in your hand, for example). A ride photo is snapped automatically during certain thrill rides. They’re two separate things, but you can get both with PhotoPass.

69 How do I get my PhotoPass photos after my visit?

You can access your photos on the official Disney PhotoPass website (disneyphotopass.eu). You can also view them in the Disney PhotoPass app, but the website is still the best place to download them in HD. Log in to your Disney account, link your PhotoPass+ card number, and then open your gallery to download your pictures in HD. Remember to have all your photos scanned to the right account on the same day. How long it stays valid depends on your profile. With a regular ticket, PhotoPass+ lets you add photos for 10 days, and you then have 1 year of online access to download them. With an annual pass, the validity goes up to 1 year.

70 Can I buy PhotoPass+ after my photos have been taken?

Yes. As long as you kept the cards the photographers handed you during the day, you can buy PhotoPass+ later on and get the photos that were already taken.

71 Which reasons for canceling are covered?

The main ones are a health problem (illness, accident, hospital stay) that keeps you from traveling, the death of a loved one, being laid off, a job transfer, a home that becomes unlivable, or the theft of your ID documents. There’s also an "any sudden and unforeseeable event" reason, reimbursed at 95%. Watch out: medical conditions you already knew about before booking are excluded.

72 How much does it cost to rent a stroller at Disneyland Paris?

Renting costs €30 a day with no multi-day discount: the price is the same no matter how many days you rent, and the Disneyland Pass doesn’t give you a discount on it. You rent at the entrance of each park, just past the turnstiles, at the "Wheelchair and Stroller Rental" shop. A deposit is only required if you plan to leave the park with the stroller (around €60). These are single strollers on 3 big wheels, stable but non-reclining, so they don’t suit infants who take long naps: for a little one, I recommend your own stroller.

73 Can you dress up in costume for a bachelorette party at Disneyland Paris?

Full costumes are normally not allowed for anyone 12 or older, but ears, crowns, accessories, and matching T-shirts are fine all year round.

74 How much should each person budget for a bachelorette party at Disneyland Paris?

At the very least, the cost of a park ticket, plus a meal and, if you stay overnight on site, your lodging. The bride-to-be usually doesn’t pay for her share.

75 Is there a group rate for a bachelorette party?

There’s no standard "group" discount on admission: everyone buys their own ticket, ideally for the cheapest dates.
