Frequently asked questions

Your questions, my answers

The questions that land most often in my emails and DMs. Answers with real numbers, double-checked and tested on site.

01 Do I need a ticket for my child under 3?

No. Kids under 3 get into Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World for free. There’s no ticket to buy or to show: you simply walk through the turnstiles together. One practical tip: always carry proof of your child’s age in your bag (a passport or an ID card). Disneyland Paris sometimes checks when there’s a doubt, because the rule has been abused a lot, so it pays to be ready. And bring a stroller too, because distances are longer than you’d expect.

02 Is Disneyland Paris suitable for very young children?

Yes. Admission is free for kids under 3 (no ticket needed). Many rides are suitable from a very young age, especially in Fantasyland ("it’s a small world," Le Carrousel de Lancelot, Peter Pan’s Flight). Rider Switch (formerly Baby Switch) lets parents take turns on rides with a height requirement without waiting in line again. Baby Care Centers (changing, nursing, bottle warmers) are available in each park.

03 Where are the Baby Care Centers, and what do they offer?

Each park has a Baby Care Center. In Disneyland Park, it’s at the end of Main Street U.S.A., on the Plaza Gardens side. At Disney Adventure World, it’s near the park entrance, in the Lumière Brothers plaza area. Inside you’ll find changing tables, a quiet nursing area, bottle warmers and microwaves, baby food and diapers for emergencies (paid), and adapted restrooms. Access is free and open during park hours.

04 When I book, can I request a high chair or a birthday cake, or say I’m using a meal plan?

Yes. When you book (app, phone, or website), you’ll find a "Special Request" field where you can make several requests. You can ask for a high chair for your baby, a birthday cake (at an extra charge), mention a food intolerance or allergy, or let them know you want to use your half-board meal plan. For the birthday cake, I suggest asking right when you book to be sure one is available. If you didn’t, you can also ask when you arrive at the restaurant, and they’ll try to work something out depending on what they have that day.

05 Where can I buy baby supplies at Disneyland Paris?

Baby essentials such as diapers, baby food, fruit juice, pacifiers, and sunscreen are sold at the stroller and wheelchair rental shops in both parks, as well as in the Disney hotel shops. My advice: still pack the basics in your bag, since the selection on site is limited.
