To download the Disneyland Paris map, scroll just below (Download the map section): you’ll find a map of both parks as a PDF, free and ready to print.
This page gives you everything to get your bearings before and during your trip: the two parks and their lands (the big themed areas of each park), where to pick up a paper map in the parks, and how to use the interactive maps on your phone.
One key point for first-time visitors: Disneyland Paris has two parks, not three. Disneyland Park (the original one, with the Castle) and Disney Adventure World, which is the former Walt Disney Studios, transformed on March 29, 2026. I go over all of this below.

The map of both parks comes as a free PDF that you can print at home on A4 paper or keep on your phone. I recommend downloading it before you go: paper maps sometimes run out in the parks, so having your own copy on hand saves you the hunt.

Disneyland Park map and its 5 lands
Five lands make up Disneyland Park, so five themed zones, each with a look, a set of rides, and a mood all its own. It all begins on Main Street U.S.A., the avenue you walk in on, and fans out around Sleeping Beauty Castle. Use the Castle as your compass: from any corner of the park, it shows you which way you’re facing.
| Land | Theme | Highlight |
|---|---|---|
| Main Street U.S.A. | 1900s America | Main Street Station |
| Frontierland | Wild West | Big Thunder Mountain mine |
| Adventureland | Exotic adventure | The island of Adventure Isle |
| Fantasyland | Fairy tales | Sleeping Beauty Castle |
| Discoveryland | Retro-futurism | The Space Mountain dome |

Disney Adventure World map and its 5 areas
Disney Adventure World is the second park at the resort. Don’t think of it as a 3rd park: it’s still the same park, just fully redesigned. These days, everything is arranged around Adventure Bay, a large lake in the middle. It opened with five areas. A sixth, built around The Lion King, is still being built and you can’t visit it yet.
Of these, Adventure Way stands apart: it’s laid out as a landscaped walkway by the water, dotted with restaurants and scenic spots. It takes you to Adventure Bay (the lakeside zone for character meet and greets), and it’s where you’ll find the Raiponce Tangled Spin ride.
| Land | Theme | Highlight |
|---|---|---|
| World Premiere Plaza | Art Deco Hollywood | World Premiere |
| Marvel Avengers Campus | Marvel superheroes | Quinjet |
| Worlds of Pixar | Pixar worlds | La Place de Rémy |
| Adventure Way | Disney and Pixar gardens | Adventure Bay |
| World of Frozen | Arendelle | North Mountain |
| Pride Lands | The Lion King | Pride Rock |

How do you find your way around Disneyland Paris?
The resort breaks down into a handful of main areas that are easy to remember. When you arrive by train at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station (TGV high-speed train, Ouigo, or RER A Paris commuter train), the parks are just a few minutes away on foot. Right to your left is Disney Village, the area of restaurants, stores, and entertainment that links the hotels and the two parks.
If you’re driving, the visitor parking lot (paid) is at the entrance to the resort. From there, you walk to the park entrance plaza, partly on moving walkways. For details on getting there, see how to get to Disneyland Paris and parking.
Where can you get a free paper map?
Anyone can get a paper map at no cost, and it’s printed in a range of languages, English and French among them. Here’s where to find one:
- Since summer 2026, at the newly opened information point in the visitor parking lot (handy for grabbing a map before you even reach the parks).
- Under the Main Street U.S.A. train station, in Disneyland Park, just past the turnstiles and ticket scanners.
- At City Hall, in Disneyland Park, on Town Square, to your left just after the Main Street entrance.
- Under an umbrella on Place des Frères Lumière, in Disney Adventure World, just past the turnstiles and ticket scanners.
- At Studio Services, the guest services desk inside the World Premiere Plaza building, at the entrance to Disney Adventure World.
- Often at your Disney hotel’s front desk.
Good to know: between 2019 and 2024, paper maps weren’t handed out at all. They’re back, but restocking can still be hit or miss in the parks. That’s exactly why I recommend downloading the PDF version too.
Accessibility on the map (guests with reduced mobility)
Interactive maps: the app and Google Maps
If you want a map that follows you around, two free tools do the job. Number one is the official Disneyland Paris app (free on iOS and Android), with a 3D map, GPS positioning, real-time wait times, showtimes, and restaurant menus. Much of what the paper map once printed now lives in the app instead.
Number two is the Google Maps 3D map you can open from Disney’s website. It spans the entire resort (both parks, Disney Village, the hotels, and the golf course), so you can get a feel for distances ahead of time. To learn everything the app offers beyond the map, head to the official app.
Show and parade schedule
You won’t find show and parade times on the paper map anymore. There are three ways to get them: the official app (always the freshest info), the boards set up outside each theater’s doors, and City Hall or any Cast Member (someone on the Disney staff), who’ll gladly fill you in.
Why study the park map ahead of time?
Looking over the map before you come saves you precious time on the big day. You get a sense of the distances between areas, you know where your top-priority rides are, and you avoid pointless back-and-forth from one end of the park to the other.
I also find it reassuring, especially on a first visit: showing up already knowing the layout takes a lot of stress off. You spend less time looking for your way and more time having fun.
