Disneyland Paris tickets explained: prices, options, common traps

Since Disneyland Paris made date reservations mandatory and started pricing tickets by date, buying them has become one of the most complicated steps of planning. For years I’ve bought my own tickets and passes, keeping a close eye on every change to the system. This FAQ gathers all my factual answers to help you decide between a dated and an undated ticket (Billet Liberté in French), link your tickets correctly to the official app, and make sense of the strict cancellation and change rules. Here’s how to book safely and pay a fair price.

01 What types of tickets are there for Disneyland Paris?

Disneyland Paris sells quite a few kinds of tickets, and I know it’s easy to feel lost when planning a first trip. Here’s the 2026 lineup. Bon Plan tickets are the cheapest, but supply is limited. Dated 1-park or 2-park tickets work on one specific date. Undated 1-park or 2-park tickets let you set the date later, though they can’t be used on July 14, October 31, or December 31. Then there are multi-day tickets (2 to 4 days) and Special Offer tickets such as the Tribu ticket. Group tickets start at 20 people. Friends Tickets are only for annual passholders. Halloween and New Year’s Eve no longer have their own "evening" ticket: the nights of October 31 and December 31 come with that day’s dated ticket. Annual passholder evenings, however, still go on. And last, there are the annual passes themselves. Every ticket comes with its own rules and its own price.

02 Why do Disneyland Paris ticket prices change so often?

Disneyland Paris switched all its tickets to dynamic pricing in November 2024. So the same ticket can cost more or less depending on your visit date, demand, and when you buy it. Peak periods (French school breaks, Christmas, Halloween, long weekends) cost the most, and prices climb as the date approaches. A color-coded calendar lays out the price date by date.

03 How does a dated 2-park ticket work?

With a dated 2-park ticket, you can go back and forth between Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World all day, on one specific date. I recommend it for return visitors who want to see it all, especially now that World of Frozen is open and more new attractions are on the way at Disney Adventure World. The two parks sit right next to each other, a walk of under 5 minutes. Its price depends on the date and on when you buy, and the official Disneyland Paris website shows it when you book.

04 What is a dated 1-park ticket?

A dated 1-park ticket gets you into just one park, either Disneyland Park or Disney Adventure World, on one specific date. When you only have a single day and want to soak up one world completely, it’s often the easiest pick. I suggest it to first-timers who want Disneyland Park above all, since that’s where you’ll find the castle and the iconic rides. Its price depends on the date and on when you buy, and the official Disneyland Paris website shows it during booking.

05 How does a multi-day Disneyland Paris ticket work?

A multi-day ticket covers both parks over 2, 3, or 4 days, to be used within the validity window printed on it. It’s my go-to recommendation for first-timers traveling a long way: one day is clearly not enough to see it all, and by day two the pace feels far more pleasant. Pricing is tiered, so each extra day you add lowers the cost per day. You’ll see the prices on the official Disneyland Paris website as you book.

06 When should you buy your ticket to get the lowest price?

Dynamic pricing rewards early birds: the sooner you buy, the less you pay. I’d buy at least 2 to 3 months before your date, and earlier still for peak periods, when the best dates disappear fast. Holding out for a last-minute sale doesn’t pay off with tickets, since prices almost always go up as the date gets near.

07 Do Disneyland Paris tickets come with a child price?

Yes, kids from 3 through 11 get the child price at Disneyland Paris. Starting at 12, they pay the adult price (I know, it catches everyone off guard, but most parks around the world do the same). What counts is your child’s age on the day you visit, not the day you buy, which is also why the visit date is requested when you register the ticket. The official Disneyland Paris website lists child prices during booking, and how much you save depends on the ticket type.

08 Do I need a ticket for my child under 3?

No. Kids under 3 get into Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World for free. There’s no ticket to buy or to show: you simply walk through the turnstiles together. One practical tip: always carry proof of your child’s age in your bag (a passport or an ID card). Disneyland Paris sometimes checks when there’s a doubt, because the rule has been abused a lot, so it pays to be ready. And bring a stroller too, because distances are longer than you’d expect.

09 Can you move a dated Disneyland Paris ticket to another day?

That depends on which ticket you have. A standard dated ticket can’t be modified as such: to switch days, cancel it online in your Disney account, under "My reservations", no later than 3 days before the original visit date. You get your money back and then buy a new ticket for the new date, if it’s still available. Bon Plan tickets and undated tickets, on the other hand, are final sales: no changes, no exchanges, no refunds. If you change your plans, act fast, because prices rise as the date approaches. Keep in mind that these rules can change, so look over the current terms on the official Disneyland Paris website before you buy anything.

10 Can you change or get a refund on a ticket once you’ve bought it?

That depends on the ticket. A standard dated ticket can be canceled for free up to 3 days before your visit. The Bon Plan ticket and the undated ticket allow no refund, no change, and no cancellation. On the undated ticket, the only thing you can change is the registered date, up to 10:00 on the booked day. Personal setbacks (illness, transportation problems, weather) never qualify for a refund. If there’s any chance you won’t make it, stick with the standard dated ticket. These terms can evolve, so confirm them on the official website before buying.

11 Are special evening events included with a regular ticket?

For Halloween and New Year’s Eve, yes, as long as your ticket is dated October 31 or December 31. The old paid evening parties are gone: those days are now covered by the dated ticket, with longer park hours. Expect those dates to be among the priciest of the year, and the undated ticket (Billet Liberté in French) isn’t accepted on them. Only the annual passholder evenings are still reserved for passholders.

12 What exactly is a Disneyland Paris Friends Ticket?

Friends Tickets are discounted tickets that only Disneyland Paris annual passholders can buy. They’re a way to bring along friends or relatives who don’t have a pass, at an attractive price, on certain dates chosen by Disneyland Paris. How many you can get per pass each year varies, and you can only buy them online, from the Disneyland Pass area. Every year, I use mine to bring family and friends along, and I explain the whole thing in my dedicated Friends Tickets article.

13 Paper or phone: how should you carry your Disneyland Paris ticket?

Either one works, it’s really up to you. I always use the ticket straight from the Disneyland Paris app, where it shows up under "My Tickets" once you’re signed in to your Disney account. If you’d rather have paper, or you’re afraid your battery will die, print out the PDF that’s emailed to you after purchase. The scanners at the park entrance read phone screens and printouts just the same. My advice if you have kids with you or a weak battery: carry both, so you’re not stressing at the turnstiles.

14 Does your ticket need to be linked to a Disney account?

Yes, there’s no way around it. Every Disneyland Paris ticket is issued in a name and has to be attached to a Disney account, whether it’s dated, undated, multi-day, or Bon Plan. That link is what lets you use the app, keep track of your tickets, book Premier Access, pull up the map, and use the park’s other features. You can add the whole family’s tickets to your main account. I suggest linking them right after you buy, so there’s no last-minute panic at the park entrance.

15 What should you do if you lose your Disneyland Paris ticket?

Stay calm: this is exactly where tickets in your name come in handy. Every Disneyland Paris ticket you own is tied to your Disney account and stays available in the app or on the official website, under "My Tickets". Lost the PDF, or your phone died? Just sign in to your Disney account on any device and your tickets are right there. If something goes wrong on site, go to Guest Relations at City Hall, by the park entrance, with photo ID, and they’ll track down your booking.

16 Does Disneyland Paris offer group tickets?

Yes, groups of 20 people or more get reduced rates at Disneyland Paris. These tickets are meant for companies, works councils (French employee committees), schools, day camps, and nonprofit associations. You can’t book them through the regular ticket office: you contact the Disneyland Paris Groups department, which puts together a personalized quote for your date and headcount. Start planning several months ahead, especially for school trips in May and June, which are very popular.

17 What exactly is a Disney "private sale" for Disneyland Paris?

A Disney private sale is a short-lived promotion. It’s run by specialist sites such as Veepee or Voyage Privé, or every so often by Disneyland Paris itself. It lets you buy tickets or vacation packages at a discount. To get in, you usually need to be registered on the site or subscribed to its newsletter.

18 Can you actually save money with Disney private sales?

Yes, private sales sometimes have attractive discounts on tickets or vacation packages: I’ve seen savings of up to 35%, though it varies from one sale to the next. Even so, my advice is to always check against prices on the official Disneyland Paris website, because the sale isn’t automatically the cheapest option.

19 What’s the catch with buying through a private sale instead of the official website?

The biggest catch is the lack of flexibility: making changes or canceling is often hard, sometimes impossible, especially when the terms aren’t spelled out clearly. Read them closely before you book. Also watch out for discounts calculated from an inflated starting price, which makes the real savings smaller.

20 Why can it pay to book directly on the official Disneyland Paris website?

Booking direct on the official website often comes with more flexible terms: tickets you can cancel or change if plans shift, refund guarantees, and access to official perks. Private sales don’t always offer that. When flexibility matters to you, this is the route I recommend.

21 Can the price of my ticket go up after I’ve booked?

No. Once you’ve bought the ticket and the price is confirmed, it stays locked in for that booking. If you buy another ticket later, though, that one may cost more or less depending on crowds or the time of year.

22 Is everything you do in the park covered by a Disneyland ticket?

No. Your ticket only gets you through the park gates. Extras like parking, food, shopping, and skip-the-line access aren’t covered. Set aside some extra money in your budget for those.

23 Are Friends Tickets on sale at the park entrance?

No. Friends Tickets aren’t sold at the park entrance anymore. The only way to get them is through the official Disneyland Paris website or the mobile app, signed in to the Disney account linked to your annual pass. You’ll need an active annual pass to see the offer.

24 Can I pay for park tickets with vacation vouchers?

Yes, you can, but it takes two steps: buy your tickets online first, then mail in your vacation vouchers ahead of your visit. Get going early so the payment has time to go through.

25 Are Disney military tickets actually cheaper?

Yes. The military ticket often saves you somewhere between 10% and 25%, depending on the date and how crowded the park is. That percentage isn’t guaranteed, so I suggest comparing it with standard tickets for your date.

26 Do you have to be on active duty to get the military rate?

No. Both active-duty and retired service members qualify, under the conditions set by Disneyland Paris. Check those conditions on the official website before booking.

27 Is there a military rate on 1-park tickets?

No, the official offer only applies to 2-park tickets. If you’d rather visit a single park, compare the price with standard tickets to see which works out better for you.

28 Where are Disney military tickets sold?

Military tickets can only be booked on the official Disneyland Paris website, in its special tickets section. Be careful with offers you find anywhere else, since nothing guarantees them.

29 Will you be asked for a military ID on the day of your visit?

Yes. You’ll need to show a valid military ID at the park entrance, issued by France, the UK, or the US. Don’t forget to bring it on the day.

30 Is the Bon Plan ticket tied to a specific person?

Yes. Just like every other Disneyland Paris ticket, the Bon Plan ticket is issued in a name and only works for the person listed when it was bought. Double-check the names you type in when you place your order.

31 Bon Plan ticket: is it worth buying?

Yes, if you’re after a single park, on a date you’re sure of, on a tight budget: it’s the cheapest admission. It’s less of a deal if you want both parks, a date that’s set for you, or the option to cancel. In those cases, compare it with the other options in my ticket guide.

32 Are shows and character meet and greets included in the ticket?

Yes. Parades, shows, and most character meet and greets are included in your admission, at no extra cost. Only some meet and greets built around a meal (character dinners and breakfasts) cost extra, because you’re paying for the meal itself.

33 Do you need to book your visit date with your ticket?

Yes, most of the time. With an undated ticket, your visit date has to be registered in advance on the official website, otherwise you risk being turned away. Dated tickets and Bon Plan tickets are already locked to the specific date you chose when buying. After that, you walk straight up to the turnstiles, with no ticket booth to stop at.

34 How much is a ticket to Disneyland Paris?

The price depends on the number of days, the number of parks, and the date you pick. A ticket on its own starts at €49 with a Bon Plan ticket, and is closer to €75 for a dated 1-park adult ticket. To compare the options and find the best price, see my ticket comparison.

35 Where can you buy Disneyland Paris tickets safely?

The safest bet is the official Disneyland Paris website (or its app): up-to-date prices, real official tickets, and an instant e-ticket. Authorized resellers in France (cultural retail chains, works council ticket desks for French employees) also sell real tickets, sometimes at negotiated prices. Avoid person-to-person resale platforms (Leboncoin, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace): tickets are issued in a name and tied to a Disney account, so a resold ticket doesn’t always work.

36 1-park or 2-park ticket: which do you need?

For one day, a 1-park ticket is more than enough, since a single park easily fills the day. The 2-park option is only really useful if you plan to hop between parks the same day (which makes for a more hurried visit). Good to know: any dated ticket of 2 days or more automatically includes both parks. My tip for a stress-free first visit: 1 day = 1 park.

37 When do kids start paying for a ticket?

Kids under 3 don’t need a ticket at all. Between 3 and 11, they pay the child price (slightly lower than the adult price), and from 12 on, they pay as adults. Free entry and child pricing apply to most tickets, dated or undated. One exception: the Bon Plan ticket has a single price, so kids pay exactly what adults do.

38 Ticket or annual pass: which makes more sense for your trip?

If you’re coming once for a day or two, a regular ticket is the easiest and cheapest route. The Disneyland Pass (the annual pass’s official name) starts to make sense when you expect to return several times in a year. A Bronze pays for itself after 3 or 4 visits, and a Silver or Gold after roughly 6 to 8. Silver and Gold also come with discounts inside the parks. Everything is laid out in my Disneyland Pass guide.

39 Does FastPass still exist? Is skip-the-line access included in the ticket?

No, the old free FastPass system is gone. In its place is Disney Premier Access, a paid add-on starting at €5 per ride, bought on top of your ticket. To see when it’s actually worth paying for, check my Premier Access guide.

40 Does the Disney+ offer get you a discount, and how do you use it?

Yes, during certain periods. From time to time, Disneyland Paris gives Disney+ subscribers with an active plan money off a vacation package (often around 20%, but the exact figure changes every time, so check the current offer). Book on the official website during the offer window, signed in to the MyDisney account linked to Disney+, and the discount kicks in automatically, no code needed. It can’t be stacked with other promotions.

41 Does the disability ticket let you skip the lines on rides?

No. All the ticket covers is the cost of admission. Adapted access to the lines is a separate, free arrangement through the ride access cards, which have nothing to do with the ticket itself.

42 What’s the Bon Plan ticket at Disneyland Paris?

The Bon Plan ticket is the cheapest way into Disneyland Paris, launched on November 18, 2025. It gets you into one park (Disneyland Park or Disney Adventure World) on a set date, starting at €49, with a paid upgrade if you want both parks. What makes it different: adults and children (ages 3-11) pay the same single price, with no discount by age. These tickets come in limited numbers and only go on sale 60 to 90 days before the visit date. They can’t be refunded, changed, or canceled, so only book one if your date is certain.

43 Can you pay for a Disneyland Paris vacation in installments?

Yes, Disneyland Paris offers a payment plan to spread out the cost of a vacation. You pay a deposit of 15% when you book, and the rest before you arrive. It’s a good way to even out the expense, especially if you book early to get the best dates. The terms change over time, so check the current offer when you book.

44 Do French meal vouchers and meal voucher cards work at snack stands and shops?

No. These payment methods only cover meals eaten at a restaurant. They don’t work at snack stands, kiosks, or shops, or for souvenirs.

45 Do you get change back on paper meal vouchers?

No. With paper meal vouchers (tickets restaurant), the vendor isn’t allowed to give change. If your check comes to €18 and you pay with two €10 vouchers, the extra €2 is lost. Match your vouchers as closely as you can to the total, or use a meal voucher card, which charges the exact amount down to the cent.

46 Is it true that paying with Visa gets you perks at Disneyland Paris?

Yes. Since January 2025, Visa has been Disneyland Paris’s official payment partner. A physical Visa card unlocks two free perks: priority entry to certain shows, and the Shopping service with no minimum spend.

47 What Visa perks are available at Disneyland Paris?

There are two. The first is priority access to shows: you show your card at the entrance during the time slot listed. The second is the Shopping service with no minimum spend: anything you pay for with Visa is held at the store, and you can pick it up later at one of the hotel shops or in Disney Village.

48 Which Visa cards are eligible?

Every physical Visa card: Visa Classic, Premier, Platinum, Infinite, and Gold. VPay, Visa Electron, and digital-only cards don’t qualify, though.

49 What about virtual cards or Apple Pay?

No. The perks only apply to a physical Visa card. Paying with your phone, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, or a virtual card won’t unlock them. Make sure you bring your actual card.

50 Where can you ask about Visa perks in the park?

At Disneyland Park, head to City Hall. At the second park, Disney Adventure World, ask the park’s guest services. The staff there will confirm which perks are available and which shows are included that day.

51 How much is the Bon Plan ticket?

Prices begin at €49 for 1 park on 1 day, or €84 with the 2-park upgrade. Since the price shifts with the date and demand, some days are more expensive.

52 Which shows does Visa priority access cover?

At the moment, two shows at Disney Adventure World: Stitch Live! and Mickey and the Magician (Animagique Theater). The lineup can change, and some shows close from time to time depending on the season. Check that day’s show schedule on site during your visit.

53 Is there a Disneyland Paris gift box from Wonderbox or Smartbox?

Wonderbox has them, Smartbox doesn’t (its French site isn’t selling any as I write this). The Wonderbox Disneyland Paris lineup runs from a day for 1 person up to a family day (4 tickets), plus a one-night getaway for two and a Wonderbox card you can load with any amount. Budget roughly €100 for one adult day, roughly €390 for a family, and as much as about €640 for the getaway for two, depending on the box and what it includes. Before buying, keep two things in mind. The getaway’s hotel is never a Disney hotel. And whoever receives the box books their date on wonderbox-connect.com rather than on Disney’s website, possibly with a supplement depending on the day. Boxes stay valid for 27 months, the card for 12 months.

54 Can you get a Bon Plan ticket for any day?

No. It’s only released for certain dates, and in limited quantities. What’s available depends on the season and expected crowds, usually during the low season and outside French school breaks (always check against the dates actually released).

55 Can you use a Bon Plan ticket on a different date?

No. It only works on the date you chose at checkout and can’t be moved to another day.

56 Are tickets included in a Disney vacation package?

Yes. A Disney hotel package already covers your park tickets: the price is shown per person, per night, tickets included. So there’s no need to buy tickets on top of it. That’s the most common budgeting mistake people make, and it means paying for tickets twice.

57 Can I print a free Disneyland Paris invitation?

Yes. I’ve made two free templates you can use without signing up. One is a picture-based invitation for kids too young to read, the other a "good for" voucher for older kids. Add the child’s name and a little message, then print it or save it as a PDF, or print it blank and write on it by hand. I never receive the name or the message. Neither template looks like a ticket: no QR code, no barcode, and each one is printed with "this is not an admission ticket". The actual ticket is emailed to the address on the Disney account used for the purchase.

58 Are rides included in the ticket?

Yes. Every ride in both parks is included at no extra charge, through the regular standby line. You can ride them as many times as you like during the day.

59 How many days of admission does a ticket give you?

Anywhere from 1 to 4 days, depending on which ticket you buy. 1-day tickets come in 1-park or 2-park versions, and anything from 2 days up includes both parks. To compare them, see the ticket comparison.

60 Does the ticket include food?

No. A day ticket doesn’t come with any meals. You pay for whatever you eat in the parks. Meal plans are only for Disney hotel guests. For your budget, see the price guide.

61 Can you reserve a restaurant table with a ticket?

Yes, at no extra cost. Table-service restaurants can be booked up to two months ahead of your visit, on the official website, in the app, or by phone. The only thing you pay for is the meal.

62 Is a Disney account required to buy tickets?

Yes. On the official website and in the app, you have to sign in to your Disney account (or create one) to buy a ticket. The same account is also how you book a date for an undated ticket or a pass and manage your tickets. In practice, I suggest setting it up before you start your purchase.

63 Can you buy tickets in the Disneyland Paris app?

Yes. In the official Disneyland Paris app, you can purchase tickets, attach them to your account, and scan them from your phone at the gate. You go through the same steps as on the website: ticket type, parks, number of days, then the date.

64 Are Disneyland Paris tickets issued in your name?

Yes, each ticket is issued in a specific name. At the entrance, you may be asked for ID in that same name. Either way, I steer clear of tickets resold between private individuals.

65 Can you pay in installments or with ANCV vacation vouchers?

Yes to both. Installment payments are offered on the official website, mainly for vacation packages. ANCV vacation vouchers (a French travel benefit) are accepted, including for park tickets, through a dedicated process. Check the details when you book (paying with ANCV vacation vouchers).

66 How does an undated Disneyland Paris ticket work?

It’s an admission ticket you buy without locking in a date: you pick your visit day afterward. The most flexible of these, Disney’s own undated ticket (Billet Liberté in French), is good for a full year except on July 14 (Bastille Day), October 31, and December 31. You can’t get a refund on it, but the date you registered can be changed up to 10:00 on the day itself. Every ticket is compared side by side in the ticket comparison.

67 Where do you register the date for an undated ticket?

On the official Disneyland Paris website, on the page for registering tickets and passes (in French). You can’t book your date in the mobile app. You’ll need a Disney account.

68 Can you get into the park without booking your date?

No. An undated ticket with no date reserved can get you turned away at the gate, ticket in hand and even on a day the park isn’t full. Entry is only allowed on the date you’ve registered.

69 How many people can get the military rate?

The military rate covers up to 5 people, the service member included (you + 4 companions). Your companions don’t need to be in the military themselves. Beyond 5 people, any extra tickets are at the regular price.

70 Can you change the booked date on an undated ticket?

Yes. You can cancel your reservation until 10:00 (Paris time) on the booked day without losing your ticket. To switch days, cancel and then book a new date: only that new reservation depends on availability.

71 Dated vs. undated tickets: what’s the difference?

A dated ticket already has its date: nothing to book, and it’s often cheaper. With an undated ticket, you choose the day after buying, you have to reserve that date, and it usually costs more because it’s more flexible. It isn’t valid on July 14, October 31, or December 31. The full comparison is in the ticket guide.

72 What should I do if my date is sold out?

A date shown in gray is no longer available to book. Go for another date marked in green, or watch the calendar, since new dates are released regularly and some sold-out days reopen. For a calm day that still has space, use the crowd calendar.

73 How much is a disability ticket at Disneyland Paris?

Prices change daily (dynamic pricing), but one rule never does: you and one companion pay 25% less than the price listed for that day. Current amounts are in the price guide.

74 Do reservists or veterans qualify?

Disneyland Paris only mentions active-duty and retired military personnel. Reservists and veterans aren’t listed. Either way, you need a valid military ID card in your own name. The French veteran’s card doesn’t count as one. If you’re unsure about your situation, check with the park directly before you buy.

75 What documents are accepted for the disability rate?

For French residents: the CMI (France’s official disability card, with the disability and/or priority mention), the European disabled parking card, an MDPH or MDA decision (from the French disability authority) recognizing the disability, or a military disability pension certificate. The original is required and must be valid. The list varies depending on your country of residence.

76 Is the RQTH accepted for the reduced rate?

No. The RQTH on its own doesn’t qualify you for the reduced rate (it’s France’s official recognition of disabled worker status). You need to show another document from the list, such as the CMI or an MDPH decision recognizing the disability.

77 Where can you buy a reduced-price disability ticket?

Since November 2024, you buy it online on the official Disneyland Paris website, through a dedicated booking path. You can also buy it by phone from the reservations center, which is handy if you’d like someone to help you with the purchase. On the day, show your proof of eligibility and your ID at the ticket booths to validate the ticket.

78 Do children under 3 need a ticket?

No. Children under 3 get in free for every visitor, whether or not a disability is involved. The 25% reduced rate applies to paid tickets (adults and children ages 3 to 11).

79 Which tickets qualify for the disability discount?

It applies to 1-, 2-, or 3-day tickets, for 1 or 2 parks, plus Disneyland Pass memberships (annual passes) and evening tickets. It doesn’t apply to packages that include a hotel. To compare every option, see my main ticket guide.

80 What’s the military discount at Disneyland Paris?

It isn’t a fixed rate. The discount varies by date, since ticket prices follow the park’s pricing. Disneyland Paris doesn’t officially publish the percentage. Based on cross-checked reports, it’s often around 10 to 25% off the full price, with no guaranteed rate, and it tends to be more worthwhile on busy days (weekends, French public holidays, French school breaks). The only reliable way to know the difference is to compare the military price with the full price for the same date.

81 Is parking free at Disneyland Paris?

If you drive in for the day, visitor parking costs €30 per day per vehicle (not per person). It isn’t included in your park ticket. Disney hotel guests and annual passholders can usually park for free. The details are in my parking guide.

82 Do meal voucher cards have a minimum purchase amount?

No, there’s no minimum. You can pay even a small amount with your card or your paper meal vouchers, up to the daily limit.

83 Can you use your meal voucher card more than once a day?

Yes. You can use it several times on the same day, as long as you stay under the €25 limit and follow your issuer’s rules.

84 When can you buy a Bon Plan ticket?

Sales open between 60 and 90 days ahead of each visit date. Earlier than that, the date simply hasn’t been released, and later on, the ticket can no longer be bought.

85 Can you walk into the Disney hotels with just a park ticket?

Yes, for the most part. Anyone can wander into the lobbies, shops, and restaurants of most Disney hotels, park ticket or not. The Disneyland Hotel is the exception: it’s for its own guests or people holding a confirmed reservation. Pools, spas, and saunas stay off-limits unless you’re staying at that hotel.

86 Does the ticket include PhotoPass photos?

No. Photos taken by official photographers and on rides cost extra. The Disney PhotoPass option, which lets you download all of them, costs around €90.

87 Do you need a Disney account to book your date?

Yes, you can’t do it without a Disney account. Sign in (or set one up), attach your ticket with its reference number, and only then pick your date.

88 Are ANCV Connect vacation vouchers accepted at restaurants?

Yes. Disney restaurants now take both paper vouchers and the digital Connect version. One catch: inside the parks, food carts and self-order kiosks won’t accept Connect.

89 Where do I mail my vacation vouchers to pay for tickets?

The address is printed on the mailing slip you download from the Disneyland Paris website, and that slip is what counts. At the moment, it reads: Disneyland Paris - Comptabilité Clients, BP 153, 77777 Marne la Vallée CEDEX 4. Send them by registered mail with return receipt, no later than 20 days before your visit. If you’re unsure, call +33 9 69 32 60 61.

90 How do you get your tickets, and do you need to print them?

Your tickets arrive by email right after purchase, as an e-ticket. On the day, you can show it on your phone (the QR code is all you need) or on paper, whichever you prefer. If you really want a physical ticket, request it by phone from the reservations center (+33 9 69 32 60 61) up to 14 business days before your visit date: shipping costs extra. You can also link your tickets to your account and to the Disneyland Paris app.

91 How many tickets can you buy at once?

The official website lets you pick up to 6 tickets in one go, capped at 12 tickets per order. Need more? You’ll have to split them across several orders. I don’t recommend juggling several Disney accounts, because they can’t be combined later.

92 What do you do with an undated ticket?

An undated ticket still needs a date before you show up: reserve your visit day online, depending on availability. Turn up without a registered date and you’ll be refused entry, ticket or not. I go through each step in registering an undated ticket.

93 Who qualifies for the disability and reduced-mobility rate?

The guest with a disability and one companion. Both get 25% off admission.

94 How many companions can get the reduced rate?

Only one companion gets the discount. You can come with more than one companion, but the others pay that day’s regular price.

95 Where can you find current Disney+ offers?

The offer is announced and hosted on the official Disneyland Paris website. If you want to know the day it goes live, subscribe to the Disney+ newsletter, switch on notifications in the app, and follow the official Disney+ and Disneyland Paris accounts.

96 How do you get a discount at Disneyland Paris?

Through a specific offer, not a code. The main options: Friends Tickets if someone close to you has a Disneyland Pass, a hotel deal on a vacation package, the Bon Plan ticket (the cheapest dated ticket), or the Disney+ offer for subscribers. Reduced rates also exist for guests with disabilities and for military members, with proof of eligibility.

97 How many days should you plan for a first visit?

For a first visit, one full day in a single park is already enough to do the big rides and see a show. To see both parks without rushing, plan on two days (one per park). Beyond three days, the pace becomes more relaxed and leaves time to ride your favorites again.

98 Can you buy tickets at the gate on the day of your visit?

As a general rule, no: tickets are bought online before you come (official website, app, or authorized reseller), unless you pay in cash, with vacation vouchers, or with a gift card, and there’s still room that day. Only in that case can you still buy at the entrance ticket booths, where special rates (the disability rate, for example) are applied when you show valid proof. I wouldn’t count on it, though, because the park can be full, and the standard price applies there, which is often higher than online. Buying ahead is still the better deal.

99 Do military members get in free or at 50% off at Disneyland Paris?

No. In 2026, military tickets are neither half price nor free. That 50% number is a leftover from an old promotion that outdated articles keep repeating. What actually exists today is a discount on the 2-park ticket that moves with the date (often in the 10 to 25% range, with no guaranteed rate).

100 Do you need a park ticket to visit Disney Village?

No. Disney Village is free and open to everyone, with no park ticket or Disney hotel stay required. You can have dinner, browse the shops (including the huge World of Disney store), grab a Starbucks, or catch a movie. The only formality, if you’re not coming straight from a park, is going through the security check at the entrance to the Village. Merchandise exclusive to a land or a season, on the other hand, is sold in the shops inside the parks, which require a ticket.

101 Where can you buy the Disneyland Paris military ticket?

Online, on the official Disneyland Paris website, in the special tickets section. At the entrance ticket booths, you can only buy one if you pay in cash, with vacation vouchers, or with a gift card, and there’s still room that day. I wouldn’t count on it, because the park can be full, and the standard price applies there, which is often higher than online. For a step-by-step walkthrough of the purchase, see the ticket-buying tutorial.

102 Is the military rate available for 1 park only?

No. The military rate is limited to 2-park tickets (you choose how many days, from 1 up). There’s no single-park military version. If you only plan to visit one park on a given day, check the price of a standard 1-day 1-park ticket, which could end up cheaper.

103 Which military IDs are accepted?

You need a valid military ID card from the French, British, or US government (France, the UK, the US). These three are the only nationalities accepted, so a member of another country’s armed forces can’t use their own national card to get the rate.

104 Do you have to show your military ID at the entrance?

Yes. Staff check the valid military ID at the park entrance on the day of your visit, and the cardholder must be there in person. Without the card, the military ticket won’t be accepted at the gate.

105 Ticket vs. Disneyland pass: how do they differ?

A ticket is for visitors who aren’t staying at a Disney hotel, for 1 to 4 days. The MagicPass is handed out free to Disney hotel guests for the length of their stay. The Disneyland Pass, meanwhile, is a paid, year-round annual pass, covered in detail in the Disneyland Pass guide.

106 Does a 2-park military ticket get you into the same places as a regular one?

Yes. Once purchased, the 2-park military ticket gives you exactly the same access as a regular 2-park ticket: entry to both parks and the freedom to hop between them on each visit. The only differences are the price and having to show your card at the entrance.

107 What’s the Disney+ deal at Disneyland Paris?

It’s a deal reserved for Disney+ subscribers on Disneyland Paris vacations, covering one or more nights at an official Disney hotel plus tickets to both parks. It returns on a regular basis, but it’s a temporary promotion rather than an ongoing discount.

108 Do gendarmes and firefighters qualify?

Gendarmes (France’s military police) have military status, so they can get the rate if they show a valid military ID card. Most firefighters, however, are civilians, like police officers, and don’t qualify. The exceptions are the Paris Fire Brigade and the Marseille Naval Fire Battalion, whose members are military personnel. The park’s official terms don’t go into this, so check your own case.

109 How much does a Disneyland Paris vacation with a hotel cost?

A Disney hotel package starts at €195 per person per night and goes up to €1,235 at the Disneyland Hotel. That price is for a package: it already covers your park tickets, so you don’t need to add them. You’ll still need to budget for meals and, if you want them, extras.

110 What’s the budget for a family of 4 at Disneyland Paris?

For a day trip, plan for two adult tickets (€75 each), two child tickets (€70 each), food (starting at €5 for an adult meal), and one parking fee of €30 for the whole family. Staying several days? Use a hotel package as your baseline: €195 per person per night with tickets included.

111 When does the Disney+ offer run?

It has no set date. The offer is occasional, coming back now and then over different periods. So you don’t miss it, watch the Disney+ newsletter, the official Disneyland Paris website, and the social media of Disney+ and Disneyland Paris.

112 Are there deals on Disneyland Paris vacation packages?

Yes, regularly. Disneyland Paris runs deals on vacation packages, meaning a Disney hotel night plus tickets, with a discount that varies by period and by hotel. They come back often but aren’t permanent. The discount shows up in the booking calendar as a crossed-out price. The details are in the hotel deals guide.

113 What’s the cheapest way to stay at Disneyland Paris?

For Disney hotels, the lowest-priced packages start at €200 at Davy Crockett Ranch and €195 at the Santa Fe, per person per night with tickets included. If you’re skipping the hotel, the Bon Plan ticket at €49 is the least expensive way in. Visiting on a weekday outside busy times cuts the cost further.

114 Does an annual pass pay off compared with buying tickets?

If you’re planning several visits in a year, a Disneyland Pass (from €289 to €799 per adult, paid annually) quickly beats buying dated tickets one at a time. I cover the tiers and the break-even point in my pass guide.

115 Do you have to pay to use the restrooms at Disneyland Paris?

No, restrooms are free everywhere, in both parks and in Disney Village. There’s nothing to budget for there. What can add up are optional services like luggage storage (from €5) or a stroller rental (€30 a day).

116 Can you use vacation vouchers anywhere other than the official website?

Yes. Carrefour Voyages and Leclerc Voyages accept vacation vouchers for Disneyland Paris deals. Online, it’s mostly the Connect version that works. For paper vouchers, go to one of their brick-and-mortar travel agencies.

117 Can the Disney+ offer be stacked with another discount?

No. It doesn’t stack with any other promotion running at the same time, annual pass discounts included. When you book, line up the available offers and keep whichever saves you the most on your dates.

118 Where do you book a vacation with the Disney+ offer?

Only through the official Disneyland Paris website, while signed in to the account tied to your Disney+ subscription. First time booking? My step-by-step ticket-buying tutorial walks you through it.

119 Which hotels are covered by the Disney+ offer?

Official Disney hotels. The exact list changes from one round to the next: some editions include every hotel, while others leave out some hotels or certain room categories. Read the eligible hotels listed in the current offer carefully.

120 What promotions are running at Disneyland Paris right now?

It depends on when you look. Offers open and close campaign by campaign. The two types of offers I track on this page, Friends Tickets and hotel deals, appear higher up whenever they’re open. For the exact status at any given moment, check the offer blocks at the top of the page and the official Disneyland Paris website.

121 How do Friends Tickets work?

Friends Tickets are reduced-price tickets that Disneyland Pass holders can purchase for the people close to them. Sales open in waves during the year, and the member buys them online from their own account. If someone you know holds a Disneyland Pass, this is often the simplest discount to get your hands on. Conditions and details: the Friends Tickets guide.

122 Does Disneyland Paris have a promo code?

No. Disneyland Paris has no general promo code to type in at checkout. The official booking flow doesn’t even have a "promo code" box for the public, and codes from coupon websites won’t work. Any discount you’re eligible for is already reflected in the price you see, depending on the offer. If you want to pay less, aim for a specific deal.

123 Can you pay for Disneyland Paris with ANCV vacation vouchers?

Yes, though it’s a payment method rather than a discount: Disneyland Paris partners with ANCV. Paper vacation vouchers work, but the process isn’t the same for ticket-only orders and for full vacation packages. The digital Connect version only works on site. Step-by-step instructions are in the vacation voucher guide.

124 How can you find out about Disneyland Paris deals?

Sign up for the Disneyland Paris newsletter, and keep an eye on the official website and its social media accounts. New offers are announced there first. Also remember to check back on this page: it tracks current offers and updates whenever a campaign opens or closes.

125 Can I still use vacation vouchers at Disneyland Paris if they’re about to expire?

Your vacation vouchers are valid until December 31 of the 2nd year after they were issued (vouchers from 2025 are valid until December 31, 2027). If they’re about to expire, the ANCV generally lets you swap them for new ones until March 31 of the following year. Keep that in mind before mailing them in for tickets.

126 Is the military ticket refundable or changeable?

Yes. You can cancel it for a full refund, free of charge, up to 3 days before your visit. To switch dates, you have to cancel it and then buy a new ticket for the new date, subject to availability. To compare your options, see the full comparison (all tickets).

127 Do Mastercard perks still apply at Disneyland Paris?

Not for perks anymore. Mastercard was the official partner for years, but that partnership ended in April 2024. Its old perks, like reserved parade viewing or the free hour on the VIP Tour, are no longer offered. Visa took over in January 2025, with different perks.
