Disneyland Paris has two guest service desks, City Hall and Studio Services, with one in each park. Head there when you have a question, need a hand, want a birthday or name badge, need accessibility details, or wish to thank someone on staff. Whichever desk you pick, the services are identical.
City Hall: guest services at Disneyland Park
City Hall is the guest service desk for Disneyland Park. This is where you bring your questions, ask for help, or pick up a badge.
You’ll find it on Town Square, right at the park entrance. Go through the gates, walk under the Main Street U.S.A. train station, and it’s on your left. You can’t miss it.
The building has been there since the park opened in 1992. It’s wheelchair accessible, with a separate line for guests with reduced mobility.
Studio Services: guest services at Disney Adventure World
Think of Studio Services as City Hall’s twin, located in the second park, Disney Adventure World.
It’s on World Premiere Plaza, at the park entrance. Once you’re past the turnstiles, it’s on your right. It offers the same services as City Hall. It’s wheelchair accessible too, with a separate line for guests with reduced mobility.
What can you do at City Hall and Studio Services?
Both desks offer the same services. Here’s everything they can help you with.

Services at City Hall and Studio Services
How to give a Cast Compliment (thank a Cast Member)
A Cast Compliment is a note of thanks sent to someone who works at Disneyland Paris. The term Cast Member means a member of the cast, because staff members are part of the show.
I really urge you to send one. When someone has helped you out, gone out of their way, or just brightened your mood, a few words of thanks make a huge difference to them. It gives concrete credit for their work, and their managers hear about it.
You can do it in two ways.
During your visit: stop by City Hall (Disneyland Park) or Studio Services (Disney Adventure World), say you’d like to compliment a Cast Member, and the staff will tell you what to do.
Write down the person’s first name (shown on their name tag) and where you met them: that’s the information needed to pass your message along.
After your visit: if it comes to mind once you’re home, you can also thank a Cast Member through Disneyland Paris’s official contact channels. Be sure to include the person’s first name, the date, and the reason for your message.

Free celebration badges
At City Hall, you can ask for a free celebration badge: birthday, first visit, honeymoon, or just "I’m celebrating something." Pinned on your shirt, it invites Cast Members and characters to wish you well throughout the day. It costs nothing. All you have to do is ask.
