Disneyland Paris offers a discounted park ticket for guests with disabilities. The discount is 25% off the price of the day, and it covers the guest with a disability plus one companion. It’s a regular park ticket: it gets you into the parks exactly like a standard ticket. The only difference is the price.
In other words, it sits alongside the other park tickets. My full ticket comparison lays out all of them. On this page, I stick to the disability discount: who qualifies, and how you get it.
The discounted ticket for guests with disabilities
Here’s how it works. You buy a park ticket, and the 25% discount comes off the price of the day. Disneyland Paris prices change every day based on demand (that’s dynamic pricing), but the discount stays fixed at 25%, whatever price is shown.
The discount covers two people: the guest with a disability and one companion. You can bring several companions, but only one gets the discounted price. Everyone else pays the regular price of the day.
This ticket gets you the same access as a regular one: entry to the park or parks you chose, for the number of days you chose. It changes nothing except the entry price. For the euro amounts, which move daily, check my price guide.
Who qualifies and how
- Be a person with a disability The discount is only for the guest with a disability, with proof (see below).
- A 1, 2, or 3-day ticket For 1 or 2 parks (Disneyland Park and/or Disney Adventure World, formerly Walt Disney Studios Park). The discount also works on the Disneyland Pass and on evening tickets.
- The discounted price for the guest + 1 companion Only one companion gets the 25%. Any extra companions pay the regular price of the day.
- Show proof and a photo ID on the day The original of a valid proof of disability, plus a photo ID, to show at the ticket booths.
Good to know: a standard dated ticket has you register a visit date ahead of time, but the discounted disability ticket doesn’t. The one thing that counts is bringing valid proof when you visit. If you can’t show it, the discount is refused.
Accepted proof of disability
For French residents, several official documents qualify you for the discounted price. You must show the original, and it has to be valid. Photocopies, photos, and screenshots aren’t accepted.
- CMI (France’s official disability card) Carrying the disability and/or priority mention. A CMI with just the parking mention won’t do (though the European parking card, listed next, is accepted).
- European parking card Accepted as proof in its own right.
- MDPH or MDA notification Recognizing disability status. An RQTH on its own isn’t accepted.
- Military disability pension certificate War disability cards included.
- Older disability and priority cards Valid until their expiration date, as they’re being replaced by the CMI.
Living outside France? Then which documents count depends on where you live (for example the EU Disability Card, or certificates issued in Belgium and Switzerland). On the official Disneyland Paris website, choose your country to see its own list.
How do you buy the disability ticket?
You buy the discounted disability ticket online on the official Disneyland Paris website, through the booking path set up for guests with disabilities. The 25% discount is applied at checkout. Plenty of third-party sites still say you have to go through the ticket booth, but that’s no longer true.
On the day of your visit, you show the original proof of disability and your photo ID at the ticket booths to validate the ticket and enter the parks.
Choose your ticket online
Go to the special prices page on the official website and select your ticket (number of days and parks). The 25% discount comes off the price of the day.
Get your documents ready
For your visit day, have your original proof of disability (still valid) on you, along with a photo ID.
Validate at the ticket booths on the day
When you arrive, show your ticket, your proof, and your photo ID at the ticket booths to validate the discounted price and enter the parks.
You can also buy this ticket by phone, through the Disneyland Paris reservation center. That’s handy if you’d like some help with your purchase, or if you’d rather ask your questions before booking.
At the entrance ticket booths, you can only buy if you pay with cash, French vacation vouchers, or a gift card, and if the day isn’t sold out. The discount is then applied when you show your valid proof. I wouldn’t count on it, since the park may be full and the discount is taken off the standard price, which is often higher than online. So most of the time, at the ticket booths, you just validate the ticket you bought ahead and show your proof. For the full ticket-buying process, see my ticket-buying walkthrough.

Frequently asked questions
01 What ticket discount is there for guests with disabilities?
Guests with disabilities pay 25% less for park tickets, the Disneyland Pass, and evening tickets. This covers the person concerned plus one companion, with official proof of disability. While ticket prices change daily (dynamic pricing), the 25% rate itself never moves. Hotel packages are excluded, and holding only the Easy Access Card (ALD) doesn’t make you eligible. Everything is explained in the discounted ticket for guests with disabilities.
02 Who qualifies for the disability and reduced-mobility rate?
The guest with a disability and one companion. Both get 25% off admission.
03 What documents are accepted for the disability rate?
For French residents: the CMI (France’s official disability card, with the disability and/or priority mention), the European disabled parking card, an MDPH or MDA decision (from the French disability authority) recognizing the disability, or a military disability pension certificate. The original is required and must be valid. The list varies depending on your country of residence.
04 Is the RQTH accepted for the reduced rate?
No. The RQTH on its own doesn’t qualify you for the reduced rate (it’s France’s official recognition of disabled worker status). You need to show another document from the list, such as the CMI or an MDPH decision recognizing the disability.
05 Does the disability ticket let you skip the lines on rides?
No. All the ticket covers is the cost of admission. Adapted access to the lines is a separate, free arrangement through the ride access cards, which have nothing to do with the ticket itself.
06 Where can you buy a reduced-price disability ticket?
Since November 2024, you buy it online on the official Disneyland Paris website, through a dedicated booking path. You can also buy it by phone from the reservations center, which is handy if you’d like someone to help you with the purchase. On the day, show your proof of eligibility and your ID at the ticket booths to validate the ticket.
