Can you pay for a Disneyland Paris vacation in installments?
Yes, but there’s one condition: the trip has to include a hotel and tickets, and it must be booked on the official website disneylandparis.com. This is what Disneyland Paris calls a package (a deal that bundles the hotel and park admission into a single booking).
In that case, you don’t pay everything at once. You put down a small deposit up front, then pay off the rest little by little. The deposit is the first amount you pay to hold your reservation. The balance is everything left to pay after that.
The service comes with no fees. Spreading out the payments costs you nothing extra: you pay the same price as if you paid in full at once.
How do the deposit and the balance work, step by step?
Book and choose the installment option
Pick a hotel + ticket package on disneylandparis.com, and at the payment stage, go for the option that lets you split the cost.
Pay the 15% deposit
This first payment equals 15% of the full amount, and it’s what locks in your booking.
Get your confirmation
An email lands in your inbox with what’s still owed (the remaining balance) and the date it’s due by.
Pay the balance at your own pace
Pay off this balance whenever you like, in 1 to 5 installments, through your Disney account online or by phone with an agent. You choose how many payments, the amounts, and how often.
Pay in full before the deadline
Clear everything by 10 days ahead of check-in via your online Disney account (or 11 days ahead if a phone agent handles it). Once it’s all paid, there’s nothing left to settle when you get there.
How many payments, and how flexible is it?
You set the pace yourself. In all, you can pay in 2 to 6 payments: the 15% deposit up front, then 1 to 5 installments for the balance.
The amounts can be the same or different from one payment to the next. The schedule is up to you: you don’t have to pay every month on a set date. As long as everything is paid off 10 days before you arrive, you can handle it however you like.
A small budgeting tip: nothing says you have to stick to 15% at the start. If you can, put down a bigger deposit. Your later payments will then be lighter.

Tickets only or a package: the difference to know
This is the point that surprises families the most. Paying in installments only applies to hotel + ticket packages. If you’re buying park tickets only, without a hotel, the official website doesn’t let you spread out the payment: you pay all at once.
When you’re ready to buy admission, head to buying Disneyland Paris tickets, and for the full picture, read my guide to Disneyland Paris tickets.
| Criteria | Tickets only | Hotel + ticket package |
|---|---|---|
| Paying in installments | No | Yes |
| Deposit | Not applicable | 15% when you book |
| Number of payments (deposit included) | 1 (single payment) | 2 to 6, your choice |
| Balance due before arrival | Not applicable | No later than 10 days before |
| Extra fees | None | None (no fees) |
When can you use the payment plan?
Paying in installments works when you book far enough ahead. In practice, the option is only offered if you make your reservation more than 10 days before your arrival date. Inside that window, the full cost of the trip is due right away: there’s no time left to spread it out.
The earlier you book, the more time you have to divide up your payments, up to the cutoff 10 days before arrival. To figure out when to book and weigh price against availability, see when to book your Disneyland Paris vacation. And if you’re really leaving at the last minute, read booking your trip last minute.
Which payment methods can you use?
You pay the deposit and the installments by card (Visa or Mastercard) or with PayPal.
Depending on your profile and at checkout, PayPal may also offer its own way to pay in installments. The terms are then PayPal’s (amount, eligibility, any fees), separate from the Disneyland Paris payment plan: the offer shows up on screen if you qualify.
You can also bring down the bill with ANCV vacation vouchers (payment vouchers some employers hand out for leisure and vacations). You first pay the deposit by card or PayPal, then use the vouchers for all or part of the balance. The details are in my guide to paying with ANCV vacation vouchers.
Too late to book ahead? Options from other sellers
Once you’re within 10 days of arrival, Disney’s own installment plan is off the table. That said, Disneyland Paris packages are sold by other companies too, each with its own way of letting you pay over time. They aren’t part of Disney, so they set their own terms, fees, and caps, which shift frequently. Read the fine print before you commit.
| Provider | How it works | Fees |
|---|---|---|
| Disneyland Paris (official website) | Hotel + ticket package: 15% up front, remainder split into 1 to 5 payments | No fees |
| Carrefour Voyages | Split into 3 or 4 payments, offer by offer (occasionally more if you hold their Pass card) | No fees for 3 payments, fees for 4 payments and interest beyond that |
| Cdiscount Voyages (Floa) | Split into 4 payments depending on the offer | Fees may apply depending on the deal (confirm at booking) |

What about the Disneyland Pass: can you pay for it monthly?
Yes, but it’s a separate setup that doesn’t apply to vacation packages. For the Disneyland Pass (formerly the annual pass), residents of the SEPA zone can choose monthly payments: a first payment, then the rest split into 11 equal monthly installments, with no processing fees or extra cost. The total comes to the same price as paying all at once.
It’s all explained in my guide to the Disneyland Pass.
Already making payments and need to cancel?
Paying in installments doesn’t change your cancellation terms: the ones for your package apply. As a general rule, a hotel + ticket package can be canceled free of charge up to a few days before arrival (not counting any insurance you add on). In that case, what you’ve already paid (deposit included) is refunded, and the money goes back to your account within a few business days, depending on your bank.
One word of caution: cancel past the no-charge cutoff and you could be charged, and you might not get your whole deposit back. Ahead of booking, check carefully which amounts come back to you and by when. Everything is laid out in canceling your Disneyland Paris vacation.

Frequently asked questions
01 Does paying in installments come with fees?
No, not on the official website. It’s fee-free: spreading out your payment costs you nothing more, and you pay the same price as you would all at once. Third-party options (Carrefour Voyages, Cdiscount) have their own terms and sometimes charge fees.
02 Can you pay for tickets alone in installments?
No. The official website doesn’t offer installment payments for park tickets bought without a hotel. Installments are only available for hotel + ticket packages.
03 Can you pay with ANCV vacation vouchers or PayPal?
Yes. You can use ANCV vacation vouchers to pay some or all of the remaining balance, once a deposit has gone through by card or PayPal. Disney takes PayPal, and depending on your profile, PayPal itself may let you split the payment, under its own terms rather than Disney’s.
04 Can you pay for your vacation in installments, and how much is the deposit?
Yes, as long as it’s a hotel + ticket package booked on disneylandparis.com. A 15% deposit is due at booking, and the remainder can be split into several payments at no extra cost, all settled at least 10 days before you arrive (11 days for phone bookings). Any booking made more than 10 days out qualifies for split payments. Cancel within the free cancellation window and the deposit comes back to you.
