Buying Disneyland Paris tickets: prices, options and pitfalls to avoid
Buying Disneyland Paris tickets has become one of the trickiest parts of planning since compulsory date booking and prices that change with the date came in. I’ve bought my own tickets and passes for Disneyland Paris for years and I’ve followed every change to the ticketing system closely. In this FAQ I bring together all my factual answers to help you choose between a dated ticket and an undated ticket (Billet Liberté in French), link your tickets properly to the official Disneyland Paris app and understand the strict rules on cancelling or changing them. Here’s how to book safely and at the right price.
01 What are the different types of Disneyland Paris tickets?
Disneyland Paris offers several types of ticket, and I know it’s easy to get lost when you’re planning your first visit. Here’s what’s available in 2026. Bon Plan tickets are the cheapest, in limited numbers. Dated 1-park or 2-park tickets are valid for a set date. Undated 1-park or 2-park tickets let you choose the date later. They aren’t valid on 14 July, 31 October and 31 December. On top of these come multi-day tickets (2 to 4 days) and Special Offer tickets, such as the Tribu ticket. Group tickets are for 20 people or more. Friends Tickets are for annual pass holders only. There’s no longer a separate "evening" ticket for Halloween or New Year’s Eve. The evening of 31 October and the evening of 31 December are included in the dated ticket for that day. The evenings reserved for annual pass holders still take place. Finally, there are the annual passes themselves. Each ticket has its own conditions and its own price.
02 Why do ticket prices keep changing?
Since November 2024, Disneyland Paris has used dynamic pricing on all its tickets. The price of the same ticket varies with the visit date, demand and when you buy. The busiest periods (French school holidays, Christmas, Halloween, long weekends) are the most expensive, and prices go up as the date gets closer. A colour-coded calendar shows the price for each date.
03 What is a dated 2-park ticket?
The dated 2-park ticket lets you move freely between Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World on the same day, on a set date. It’s the option I recommend if you’ve been before and want to see everything, especially since World of Frozen opened and with new attractions coming soon to Disney Adventure World. The two parks are right next to each other, so walking from one to the other takes under 5 minutes. The price varies with the date you choose and when you buy, and you can check it on the official Disneyland Paris website when you book.
04 What is a 1-park dated ticket?
The 1-park dated ticket gives you access to a single park, either Disneyland Park or Disney Adventure World, on a set date. It’s often the simplest option when you only have one day and want to make the most of one world. I recommend it to first-time visitors who want to see Disneyland Park first, as that’s where you’ll find the castle and the iconic rides. The price varies depending on the date you choose and when you buy, and you can check it on the official Disneyland Paris website when booking.
05 What is a Disneyland Paris multi-day ticket?
The multi-day ticket lets you visit both parks over 2, 3 or 4 days, to be used within the validity period shown on the ticket. It’s the option I recommend to first-time visitors coming from far away: in a single day, you clearly can’t see everything, and by the second day the pace is much more enjoyable. The price is tiered, which means the price per day goes down as you add days. You can check the prices on the official Disneyland Paris website when you book.
06 When should I buy my ticket to pay the least?
With dynamic pricing, the earlier you buy, the less you pay. I recommend buying at least 2 to 3 months before your date, especially for the busiest periods, when the best dates go quickly. Waiting until the last minute in the hope of a deal is a bad idea: for tickets, prices almost always go up as the date gets closer.
07 Is there a child price for Disneyland Paris tickets?
Yes, Disneyland Paris has a child price for children aged 3 to 11 inclusive. From the age of 12, children pay the adult price (yes, I know, it always surprises people, but that’s how it works at most parks around the world). The age that counts is the child’s age on the day of the visit, not the day you buy, which is also why the visit date is asked for when the ticket is registered. You can check child prices on the official Disneyland Paris website when you book, and the discount varies with the option you choose.
08 Does my child under 3 need a ticket?
No, entry to Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World is free for children under 3. You don’t have to buy or show any ticket at the entrance, you just go through the turnstiles with your child. A practical tip: always keep proof of age (passport or ID card) in your bag. Disneyland Paris sometimes checks when in doubt, as there has been a lot of abuse, so it’s better to be prepared. Remember to bring a pushchair too, as the distances are longer than you’d think.
09 Can I change the date of a dated Disneyland Paris ticket?
It depends on the type of ticket. A standard dated ticket can’t be changed: to switch days, you cancel it online through your Disney account, in the "My reservations" section, up to 3 days before the original visit date. You’re then refunded and you buy a new ticket for the new date, subject to availability. Bon Plan tickets and undated Billet Liberté tickets, however, are final: they can’t be changed, exchanged or refunded. If you change your mind, I recommend acting as early as possible, as prices go up as the date gets closer. Good to know: these rules may change, so check the latest conditions on the official Disneyland Paris website before buying anything.
10 Can a ticket be changed or refunded after buying?
It depends on the ticket. The standard dated ticket comes with free cancellation up to 3 days before your visit. The Bon Plan ticket and the undated Billet Liberté can’t be refunded, changed or cancelled. For the Billet Liberté, only the registered date can be changed, until 10:00 on the booked day. No refund is given if you can’t come for personal reasons (illness, travel problems, weather). If there’s a risk you won’t be able to come, go for the standard dated ticket. These conditions may change: check them on the official website before you buy.
11 Does my standard ticket get me into special evening events?
Yes for Halloween and New Year’s Eve, if your ticket is dated 31 October or 31 December. The old paid evening parties no longer exist: these days are included in the dated ticket, with extended opening hours. On those days, the ticket is one of the most expensive of the year and the undated ticket (Billet Liberté in French) isn’t valid. Only the annual pass evenings are still reserved for passholders.
12 What is a Disneyland Paris Friends Ticket?
Friends Tickets are discounted tickets reserved for Disneyland Paris annual pass holders. They let you invite family and friends who don’t have an annual pass, at a good price, on certain dates set by Disneyland Paris. The number of tickets available per annual pass and per year varies, and you can only buy them online in the Disneyland Pass area. I use my Friends Tickets every year to bring my family and friends along, and I explain everything in detail in my article on Friends Tickets.
13 Do you need to print your Disneyland Paris ticket or can you show it on your phone?
Both formats work, it’s up to you. Personally, I always use the ticket straight from the Disneyland Paris app, in the "My Tickets" section once you’re logged in to your Disney account. If you prefer a paper copy or you’re worried about your battery running out, you can print the PDF you receive by email after buying. At the park entrance, the scanners read phone screens and paper tickets alike. My tip: have both if you’re travelling with children or your battery is low, it saves a lot of stress at the turnstiles.
14 Do you need to link your ticket to a Disney account?
Yes, it’s compulsory. All Disneyland Paris tickets are in your name and must be linked to a Disney account, whether they’re dated, undated, multi-day or Bon Plan tickets. Linking them is what lets you use the app, manage your tickets, book Premier Access, see the map and use the park features. You can add the tickets of each member of your family to your main account. I recommend linking them as soon as you buy, it saves you panicking when you get to the park entrance.
15 What should I do if I lose my Disneyland Paris ticket?
Don’t panic, that’s the beauty of tickets in your name. All your Disneyland Paris tickets are linked to your Disney account and stay available in the app or on the official website, in the "My Tickets" section. If you lose the PDF or your phone stops working, just log in to your Disney account from any device to get your tickets back. If you have a problem on the day, go to Guest Relations at City Hall, by the park entrance, with ID and they’ll find your booking.
16 Are there group tickets for Disneyland Paris?
Yes, Disneyland Paris offers discounted prices for groups of 20 people or more. These tickets are for companies, works councils (a French employee perk scheme, CE/CSE), schools, holiday clubs and associations. You can’t book them through the usual ticket website: you have to go through the Disneyland Paris Groups department, with a tailored quote based on the date and the number of people. I recommend planning several months ahead, especially for school trips in May-June, which are in high demand.
17 What is a Disney private sale for Disneyland Paris?
A Disney private sale is a temporary promotional offer. It is run by specialist websites such as Veepee or Voyage Privé, or sometimes directly by Disneyland Paris. It lets you buy tickets or holidays at a discounted price. Access is usually limited to people registered on the website or subscribed to its newsletter.
18 Do you really save money with Disney private sales?
Yes, private sales can offer worthwhile discounts on tickets or holidays: I’ve seen up to -35%, but the discount varies from one offer to the next. My advice is still to always compare with the prices on the official Disneyland Paris website. It isn’t always the cheapest option.
19 What are the downsides of buying through a private sale rather than the official website?
The main downside is the lack of flexibility: changing or cancelling is often difficult, or even impossible, especially when the terms aren’t clearly stated. I recommend reading them carefully before you book. Another thing to check: an advertised discount may be based on a high starting price, which reduces the real saving.
20 Why can booking directly on the official Disneyland Paris website be better value?
Booking direct on the official website often comes with more flexible terms: tickets you can cancel or change if needed, refund guarantees and access to official perks. These terms aren’t always available with private sales. It’s the option I recommend when you need flexibility.
21 Can the price of a ticket change after I’ve booked?
No, once the ticket is bought and the price confirmed, the price doesn’t change for that booking. However, if you buy another ticket later, the price may be different depending on crowd levels or the time of year.
22 Does the Disneyland ticket cover everything I’ll do in the park?
No, the ticket only gives you entry to the parks. It doesn’t cover extras such as parking, food, shopping or fast track. I recommend setting aside an extra budget for these services.
23 Can you buy Friends Tickets at the park entrance?
No, Friends Tickets are no longer sold at the park entrance. The only way to get them is through the official Disneyland Paris website or the app, by logging in to the Disney account linked to your annual pass. Make sure your annual pass is active to access this offer.
24 Can I pay for my park tickets with French holiday vouchers?
Yes, you can, but it works in two steps: you buy your tickets online, then you post your French holiday vouchers before your visit. I recommend doing it early so the payment is processed in time.
25 Are Disney military tickets really cheaper?
Yes, the military ticket gives you a discount usually between 10% and 12%, depending on the date and crowd levels. The percentage can be a little lower or a little higher depending on the time of year. I recommend comparing with standard tickets for your date.
26 Do you need to be serving in the military to get the military price?
No, the offer is valid for both serving and retired military personnel, under the conditions set by Disneyland Paris. I recommend checking these conditions on the official website before you book.
27 Can you buy a 1-park ticket at the military price?
No, the official offer only covers 2-park tickets. If you only want to visit one park, I recommend comparing with standard tickets to see which works out better.
28 Where can you buy Disney military tickets?
Military tickets can only be booked on the official Disneyland Paris website, in the special tickets section. Be wary of offers sold elsewhere, which aren’t guaranteed.
29 Do you need to show a military ID card on the day of your visit?
Yes, a valid military ID card must be shown at the park entrance. It must be issued by France, the UK or the US. Remember to have it with you on the day of your visit.
30 Is the Bon Plan ticket in your name?
Yes, like all other Disneyland Paris tickets, the Bon Plan ticket is in your name. It’s only valid for the person named when it was bought. So double-check the names you enter when you place your order.
31 Does Mastercard still work at Disneyland Paris?
Not for perks any more. Mastercard was the official partner for years, but the partnership ended in April 2024. Its old perks, such as the reserved spot for the parade or the free hour on the VIP Tour, no longer apply. Visa took over in January 2025, with different perks.
32 Is the Bon Plan ticket worth it?
Yes, if you’re aiming for one park, on a fixed date, on a tight budget: it’s the cheapest ticket. It’s less worth it if you want 2 parks, if you don’t want to be tied to a date or if you want the option to cancel. In those cases, compare it with the other options in my tickets guide.
33 Are shows and character meets included in the ticket?
Yes. Parades, shows and most character meets are included in the admission ticket, at no extra cost. Only some meets built around a meal (character dinners and breakfasts) are paid for, because the meal itself is charged.
34 Do I need to book my visit date with my ticket?
Yes, in most cases. With an undated ticket (Billet Liberté), you have to register your visit date in advance on the official website, otherwise you may be refused entry. Dated tickets and Bon Plan tickets are already tied to a specific date chosen when you buy. You then go straight to the turnstiles, without stopping at a ticket desk on site.
35 How much is a ticket for Disneyland Paris?
The price depends on the number of days, the number of parks and the date you choose. A ticket alone starts at €49 with a Bon Plan ticket, and is more like €75 for a one-park adult dated ticket. To compare ticket types and find the best price, see my ticket comparison.
36 Where can I buy Disneyland Paris tickets safely?
The safest option is the official Disneyland Paris website (or its app): up-to-date prices, real official tickets and an instant e-ticket. Authorised resellers in France (culture and entertainment chains, works council ticket offices) also sell real tickets, sometimes at negotiated prices. Avoid resale platforms between individuals (Leboncoin, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace): tickets are issued in one person’s name and linked to a Disney account, so a resold ticket doesn’t always work.
37 Do I need a 1-park or a 2-park ticket?
For a single day, the 1-park ticket is more than enough: one park already fills a full day. The 2-park ticket is only really useful if you want to go from one park to the other on the same day (at the cost of a more rushed visit). Good to know: as soon as you take a dated ticket for 2 days or more, access to both parks is included automatically. My advice for a relaxed first visit: 1 day = 1 park.
38 At what age does a child need to pay for a ticket?
Children under 3 get in free, without a ticket. From 3 to 11, it’s the child price (a little cheaper than the adult price). From 12, it’s the adult price. Free entry and the child price apply to most tickets, dated and undated alike. The exception: the Bon Plan ticket has a single price, so a child pays the same as an adult.
39 Is a ticket worth it, or should you get an annual pass for your trip?
For a one-off visit of one or two days, a ticket is still the simplest and cheapest option. The Disneyland Pass (the official name of the annual pass) becomes worthwhile if you plan to come back several times a year. It pays for itself from 3 or 4 visits with a Bronze, more like 6 to 8 with a Silver or a Gold. The Silver and the Gold also add on-site discounts. The details are in my Disneyland Pass guide.
40 Does FastPass still exist? Is fast track included in the ticket?
No, the free FastPass no longer exists. It was replaced by Disney Premier Access, which you pay for, from €5 per ride, bought on top of your ticket. To find out when it’s really worth it, see my Premier Access guide.
41 Does the Disney+ offer give you a discount and how do you get it?
Yes, at certain times. Disneyland Paris occasionally offers a discount on a holiday for Disney+ subscribers with an active subscription (often around 20%, the exact amount changes with each edition, so always check the current offer). You need to book on the official website with your MyDisney account linked to Disney+ during the offer period: the discount is applied automatically, with no code to enter. It can’t be combined with other promotions.
42 Does the disability ticket give priority access to rides?
No. The ticket only covers the admission price. Adapted access to the queues is handled separately and free of charge with the ride access cards, which are separate from the ticket.
43 What is the Disneyland Paris Bon Plan ticket?
The Bon Plan ticket is the cheapest Disneyland Paris ticket, launched on 18 November 2025. It gets you into one park (Disneyland Park or Disney Adventure World) on a set date, from €49, with a paid add-on to visit both parks. One thing that sets it apart: there’s a single price for adults and children (3-11), with no difference based on age. These tickets are limited in number and only go on sale 60 to 90 days before the visit date. They can’t be refunded, changed or cancelled, so only book one if your date is certain.
44 Can you pay for a Disneyland Paris stay in instalments?
Yes, Disneyland Paris offers payment in instalments to spread the cost of a stay. A deposit of 15% is required when you book, with the balance paid before you arrive. It’s a good way to smooth out the spending, especially if you book early to get the best dates. The terms change: check the current offer when you book.
45 Do French meal vouchers and meal voucher cards work for snacks and shops?
No. These payment methods can only be used for meals eaten in restaurants. They don’t work for snacks, kiosks, shops or souvenirs.
46 Do you get change on paper meal vouchers?
No. With paper French meal vouchers (tickets restaurant), the seller isn’t allowed to give you change. If your bill comes to €18 and you pay with two €10 vouchers, the €2 is lost. Match your vouchers as closely as possible to the amount, or use the meal voucher card, which takes the exact amount down to the cent.
47 Does a Visa card really get you perks at Disneyland Paris?
Yes. Visa has been the official payment partner of Disneyland Paris since January 2025. With a physical Visa card, you get two free perks: priority access to some shows and the Shopping Service with no minimum spend.
48 What are the Visa perks at Disneyland Paris?
There are two. First, priority access to shows: you show your card at the entrance, during the time slot given. Second, the Shopping Service with no minimum spend: purchases paid for with Visa are kept in store and can be collected later from a shop in the hotels or at Disney Village.
49 Which Visa cards qualify?
All physical Visa cards: Visa Classic, Visa Premier, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite and Visa Gold. However, VPay, Visa Electron and digital cards don’t qualify.
50 Does it work with a digital card or Apple Pay?
No. The perks are only for the physical Visa card. Paying by phone, with Apple Pay, with Google Wallet or with a virtual card won’t get you them. Make sure you have your actual card on you.
51 Where can I find out about the Visa perks in the park?
In Disneyland Park, head to City Hall. In the second park, Disney Adventure World, ask at the park’s guest services. A team member will confirm the perks available and the shows included on the day.
52 How much does the Bon Plan ticket cost?
It starts at €49 for 1 day and 1 park. With the add-on for 2 parks, it comes to €84. The price varies with the date and demand: some days cost more.
53 Which shows are included in Visa priority access?
At the moment, two shows in Disney Adventure World: Stitch Live! and Mickey and the Magician (Animagique Theater). The line-up can change and some shows close from time to time depending on the season. Check the show times for the day when you’re there.
54 Can you give a Wonderbox or Smartbox gift box for Disneyland Paris?
Yes with Wonderbox, not with Smartbox: its French website doesn’t offer any at the time of writing. The Wonderbox Disneyland Paris range goes from a day for 1 person to a family day (4 tickets). It also includes a one-night stay for two and a Wonderbox gift card for any amount. Allow around €100 for an adult day, around €390 for a family and up to around €640 for the stay for two. These prices vary with the box and what’s included. Two things to know before you buy. First, the hotel for the stay for two is never a Disney hotel. Second, the person you give the box to books their date on wonderbox-connect.com, not on the Disney website. They may be asked to pay a supplement depending on the day. As for validity, the boxes are valid for 27 months and the card for 12 months.
55 Is the Bon Plan ticket available every day?
No. It’s only offered on certain dates and in limited numbers. Availability depends on the season and expected crowds, often in off-peak season and outside French school holidays (to be confirmed against the dates on sale).
56 Can I use a Bon Plan ticket on a different date?
No. The ticket is only valid on the date chosen when you bought it. It can’t be used on another day.
57 Are tickets included in a Disney hotel package?
Yes. A Disney hotel package already includes your park tickets: the price is shown per person per night, tickets included. So you don’t need to buy tickets on top. It’s the most common mistake when you plan a budget: you would pay for them twice.
58 Is there a free printable Disneyland Paris invitation?
Yes. I offer two free templates, with no sign-up. The first is a picture invitation, for children who can’t read yet. The second is a "good for" voucher, for older kids. You add the first name and a short message, then print it or save it as a PDF. You can also print it blank and fill it in by hand. The first name and the message aren’t sent to me. The templates don’t imitate any ticket. They have no QR code or barcode, and a line printed on them says it isn’t an admission ticket. The real ticket arrives by email at the address of the Disney account used to buy it.
59 Are the rides included in the ticket?
Yes. All the rides in both parks are included, at no extra cost, with the standard queue. You can ride them as many times as you like during the day.
60 Are meals included in the ticket?
No. No meals are included with a day ticket. You pay for what you eat and drink in the parks. Meal plans are only for guests staying in Disney hotels. For your budget, see the prices guide.
61 How many days does a ticket cover?
From 1 to 4 days, depending on the ticket you choose. The 1-day ticket covers 1 or 2 parks, while tickets of 2 days or more give you access to both parks. To compare the options, see the ticket comparison.
62 Can I book a restaurant table with a ticket?
Yes, and it’s included. You can book a table at table-service restaurants up to two months before your visit. You book on the official website, in the app or by phone, and you only pay for the meal itself.
63 Do I need a Disney account to buy a ticket?
Yes. On the official website and in the app, you have to log in to your Disney account (or create one) to buy a ticket. The account is also used to book the date for an undated ticket or an annual pass and to manage your tickets. In practice, I recommend creating it before you start buying.
64 Can I buy tickets in the Disneyland Paris app?
Yes. The official Disneyland Paris app lets you buy tickets, link them to your account and show them at the entrance on your phone. The steps are the same as on the website: ticket type, parks, days, then date.
65 Are Disneyland Paris tickets in your name?
Yes, they’re issued in one person’s name. At the entrance, you may be asked for ID in the same name. In any case, I steer clear of tickets resold between individuals.
66 Can I pay in instalments or with ANCV holiday vouchers?
Yes to both. Paying in instalments is offered on the official website, mainly for holidays. ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted, including for admission tickets, through a dedicated process. Check the details when you book.
67 What is an undated Disneyland Paris ticket?
It’s an admission ticket bought without a set date. You choose your visit day after buying. The most flexible is the Billet Liberté, valid for one year, except 14 July, 31 October and 31 December. It can’t be refunded, but its registered date can be changed until 10:00 on the booked day. To compare all the tickets, see the ticket comparison.
68 Where do I register the date for my undated ticket?
On the official Disneyland Paris website, on the dedicated ticket and pass registration platform (in French). You can’t book it in the mobile app. You need a Disney account.
69 Can I get into the park without booking my date?
No. With an undated ticket and no date booked, you can be refused entry, even with your ticket in hand and even if the park isn’t full. Entry is only granted on the date you registered.
70 How many people can get the military price?
The military price applies to 5 people at most, including the service member (you + 4 companions). Your companions don’t have to be in the military. Beyond 5 people, extra tickets are at the standard price.
71 Can I change the booked date of an undated ticket?
Yes. You can cancel your booking until 10:00 (French time) on the booked day, without losing your ticket. To change day, cancel and then book a new date: only this new booking depends on availability.
72 What’s the difference between a dated and an undated ticket?
A dated ticket already has a date on it: there’s nothing to book, and it’s often cheaper. With an undated ticket, you pick the date after buying, you have to book that date and it usually costs more because it’s more flexible. It isn’t valid on 14 July, 31 October and 31 December. There’s a full comparison in the tickets guide.
73 What if the date I want is full?
If your day shows in grey, it can no longer be booked. Choose another date in green, or keep an eye on the calendar: new dates open regularly and some days can open up again. To aim for a quiet day with availability, see the crowd calendar.
74 How much is the disability ticket at Disneyland Paris?
The exact price changes every day (dynamic pricing), but you always pay 25% less than that day’s listed price, for you and one companion. For up-to-date prices, see the prices guide.
75 What proof is accepted for the disability price?
For French residents: the CMI (France’s official disability card, marked for invalidity and/or priority), the European parking card, an MDPH or MDA notification recognising the disability or a certificate of military disability pension. The original is required and must be in date. The list varies with your country of residence.
76 Is the RQTH accepted for the discounted price?
No. The RQTH (France’s official disabled worker status) on its own doesn’t qualify for the discounted price. You need to show another document from the list, such as the CMI or an MDPH notification recognising the disability.
77 Where can I buy the discounted disability ticket?
Since November 2024, you buy it online on the official Disneyland Paris website, through the dedicated booking process. You can also buy it by phone from the booking centre, which is handy if you need help with your purchase. On the day, show your proof and your ID at the ticket desks to validate the ticket.
78 Do children under 3 need a paid ticket?
No. Under-3s go free for all visitors, with no disability condition. The 25% discount applies to paid tickets (adults and children aged 3 to 11).
79 Which tickets does the disability discount apply to?
1, 2 or 3-day tickets, for 1 or 2 parks, as well as the Disneyland Pass (annual pass) and evening tickets. It doesn’t apply to packages that include a hotel. To compare all the options, see my main guide to tickets.
80 What military discount is there at Disneyland Paris?
The discount isn’t a fixed rate. It varies with the date, because ticket prices follow the park’s pricing. Disneyland Paris doesn’t publish this percentage officially. From cross-checked feedback, it’s often around 10 to 25% off the full price, with no guaranteed rate, and it’s often better value on busy days (weekends, French bank holidays, French school holidays). The only reliable way to know the difference is to compare the military price and the full price for the same date.
81 Do you have to pay for parking at Disneyland Paris?
For a day visit by car, the visitor car park costs €30 per day per vehicle (not per person). It isn’t included in the admission ticket. Disney hotel guests and annual pass holders usually park for free. The details are in my parking guide.
82 Is there a minimum spend to pay with a meal voucher card?
No, there’s no minimum amount. You can pay even a small sum with your card or your French meal vouchers, up to the daily limit.
83 Can I use my meal voucher card several times in one day?
Yes. You can use it several times in the same day, as long as you stay within the €25 limit and your provider’s rules.
84 When does the Bon Plan ticket go on sale?
It goes on sale between 60 and 90 days before the visit date. Before that window, the date isn’t open yet. After it, the ticket is no longer available.
85 Can I go into the Disney hotels with just a ticket?
Yes, into most of them. The lobbies, shops and restaurants of most Disney hotels are open to everyone, even without a park ticket. Only the Disneyland Hotel is restricted to its guests or to people with a confirmed booking. Pools, spas and saunas are only for guests staying at the hotel.
86 Are PhotoPass photos included in the ticket?
No. Photos taken by the official photographers and on the rides cost extra. The Disney PhotoPass option, which lets you download everything, costs around €90.
87 Do I need a Disney account to book my date?
Yes. A Disney account is required: you log in (or create the account), link your ticket using its reference number, then choose your date.
88 Are Connect holiday vouchers accepted in restaurants?
Yes. Both formats are now accepted in Disney restaurants, paper and Connect. Be aware that in the parks, food carts and self-order kiosks don’t take Connect.
89 Where do I send my holiday vouchers for tickets?
The address is on the dispatch form, which you download from the Disneyland Paris website, and that’s the one that counts. At the time of writing, it’s: Disneyland Paris - Comptabilité Clients, BP 153, 77777 Marne la Vallée CEDEX 4. Send it by recorded delivery with proof of receipt, no later than 20 days before your visit. If in doubt, call +33 9 69 32 60 61.
90 How do I get my tickets: do I need to print them?
Your tickets arrive by email straight after you buy, as an e-ticket. On the day, you show it on your phone (the QR code is enough) or printed, whichever you prefer. If you’d really like a physical ticket, ask for one by phone from the booking centre (+33 9 69 32 60 61) up to 14 working days before your visit date: there’s a charge for delivery. You can also link your tickets to your account and to the Disneyland Paris app.
91 How many tickets can I buy at once?
On the official website, you can select up to 6 tickets at a time, up to a limit of 12 tickets per order. Beyond that, you need to place several orders. I’d advise against opening several Disney accounts, as they can’t be merged.
92 What do I do with an undated ticket?
An undated ticket (Billet Liberté type) needs a date afterwards: you book your visit date online, subject to availability, before you come. Without a registered date, you’ll be refused entry even with your ticket in hand. I explain the steps in my guide to registering an undated ticket.
93 Who is the disability discount for?
For the disabled visitor and one companion. Both get 25% off the admission ticket.
94 How many companions can get the discounted price?
Only one companion gets the discount. You can come with several companions, but the others pay the standard price for the day.
95 Where can I see the current Disney+ offers?
On the official Disneyland Paris website, which announces and hosts the offer. To hear about it as soon as it launches, sign up to the Disney+ newsletter, turn on notifications in the app and follow the official Disney+ and Disneyland Paris accounts.
96 How can I get a discount at Disneyland Paris?
Through a specific offer, not a code. The main options: Friends Tickets if someone close to you has a Disneyland Pass, a hotel offer on a stay, the Bon Plan ticket (the cheapest dated ticket) or the Disney+ offer for subscribers. Discounted prices also exist for disabled visitors and the military, with proof.
97 How many days do I need for a first visit?
For a first visit, a full day in a single park already lets you do the big rides and a show. To see both parks without rushing, allow two days (one per park). With more than three days, the pace becomes more relaxed and leaves time to go back on your favourite rides.
98 Can I buy tickets at the ticket desk on the day of my visit?
As a rule, no: tickets are bought online before you come (official website, app or authorised reseller), unless you pay in cash, with holiday vouchers or by gift card and there’s still space that day. Only in that case can you still buy at the entrance ticket desks, and special prices (the disability price, for example) are applied there when you show valid proof. I wouldn’t count on it, because the park can be full and it’s the standard price that applies there, often higher than online. Buying in advance is still the better deal.
99 Is the Disneyland Paris military ticket 50% off or free?
No. There’s no half-price or free military ticket in 2026. The 50% figure comes from an old offer that old articles still repeat. The reality today is a variable discount (often around 10 to 25% depending on the date, with no guaranteed rate), on the 2-park ticket.
100 Do I need a park ticket to go to Disney Village?
No. Disney Village is free to enter and open to everyone, with no park ticket or Disney hotel stay needed. You can have dinner, go shopping (including the big World of Disney store), go to Starbucks or the cinema. The only formality, if you’re not coming straight from a park, is the security check at the entrance to the Village. Merchandise exclusive to a land or a season, though, is found in the shops inside the parks, which require a ticket.
101 Is there a military price for just 1 park?
No. The military price only applies to 2-park tickets (the length, 1 day or more, is up to you). There’s no military option for a single park. If you’re only visiting one park on one day, compare with a standard 1-day 1-park ticket, which can work out cheaper.
102 Where can I buy the Disneyland Paris military ticket?
Online on the official Disneyland Paris website (in the section for special tickets) or by phone from the ticket office. At the entrance ticket desks, you can only buy one if you pay in cash, with holiday vouchers or by gift card and there’s still space that day. I wouldn’t count on it, because the park can be full and it’s the standard price that applies there, often higher than online. If you’d like a step-by-step guide to buying, see the buying tutorial.
103 Which military ID cards are accepted?
A valid military ID card issued by the French, British or American government (France, the UK, the US). These are the only three nationalities accepted. A member of another country’s armed forces can’t get the discount with their national card.
104 Do I need to show my military ID at the entrance?
Yes. The valid military ID is checked at the park entrance on the day of your visit, and the cardholder must be there. Without the card, the discounted price is refused or the ticket is recalculated at full price.
105 What’s the difference between a ticket and a Disneyland pass?
The ticket is for visitors who aren’t staying in a Disney hotel, for 1 to 4 days. The MagicPass is given free to Disney hotel guests for their stay. The Disneyland Pass, on the other hand, is a paid annual pass, explained in the Disneyland Pass guide.
106 Are gendarmes and firefighters eligible?
Gendarmes and firefighters are usually accepted if they hold a valid military ID card, as the deciding factor is the military card (not the job). However, police officers (civilian status) aren’t eligible. This isn’t spelled out in the park’s official terms: check your own situation.
107 Are reservists or veterans eligible?
The sources don’t give a clear answer on this. The only sure criterion is holding a valid military ID card. If you have one, you can claim the price. If not, you can’t. If you’re unsure about your situation, check directly with the park before buying.
108 Does the 2-park military ticket give the same access as a standard ticket?
Yes. Once bought, the 2-park military ticket gives the same access as a standard 2-park ticket: entry to both parks and the freedom to go from one to the other on each visit. The only differences are the price and showing your card at the entrance.
109 What is the Disney+ offer for Disneyland Paris?
It’s a discount for Disney+ subscribers on Disneyland Paris holidays: one or more nights in an official Disney hotel, with tickets for both parks. It comes back regularly, but it’s a temporary offer, not a permanent discount.
110 How much is a stay at Disneyland Paris with a hotel?
A stay at a Disney hotel starts from €195 per person per night. It goes up to €1,235 at the Disneyland Hotel. This price is a package: it already includes your park tickets, so you don’t need to add them. You just need to budget for meals and, if you like, extras.
111 What budget does a family of 4 need for Disneyland Paris?
For one day, allow for two adult tickets at €75, two child tickets at €70, meals (from €5 per adult meal) and a single parking fee of €30 for the whole family. For a stay, start from a hotel package at €195 per person per night, tickets included.
112 When is the Disney+ offer on?
There’s no fixed date. The offer runs from time to time and comes back now and then, over different periods each time. So you don’t miss it, keep an eye on the Disney+ newsletter, the official Disneyland Paris website and the Disney+ and Disneyland Paris social media accounts.
113 Are there deals on Disneyland Paris holidays?
Yes, regularly. Disneyland Paris runs offers on holidays, meaning a night in a Disney hotel plus tickets, with a discount that varies with the period and the hotel. These offers come back often but aren’t permanent. The discount shows in the booking calendar as a crossed-out price. The details are in the hotel offers guide.
114 What’s the cheapest Disneyland Paris holiday?
For Disney hotels, the most affordable package starts from €200 at Davy Crockett Ranch and from €195 at the Santa Fe, per person per night, tickets included. For a day without a hotel, the Bon Plan ticket at €49 is the cheapest way in. Coming on a weekday outside busy periods brings the bill down even further.
115 Is an annual pass worth it compared with tickets?
If you’re planning several visits in a year, a Disneyland Pass (from €289 to €799 per adult when paid annually) quickly becomes better value than buying dated tickets one at a time. The details of each tier and the point where it pays for itself are in my guide to the passes.
116 Do you have to pay for the toilets at Disneyland Paris?
No, the toilets are free everywhere, in both parks and at Disney Village. You don’t need to budget anything for them. What can add up are optional services such as luggage lockers (from €5) or pushchair hire (€30 a day).
117 Can I use holiday vouchers anywhere other than the official website?
Yes. Carrefour Voyages and Leclerc Voyages accept holiday vouchers for Disneyland Paris offers. Online, it’s mainly the Connect version that works. For paper vouchers, go to one of their high street travel agencies.
118 Can I combine the Disney+ offer with another discount?
No, the offer can’t be combined with other current promotions, including an annual pass discount. When you book, compare the offers available and go for the best one for your dates.
119 Where do I book a holiday with the Disney+ offer?
Only on the official Disneyland Paris website, logging in with the account linked to your Disney+ subscription. If you’re new to this, you can follow my step-by-step tutorial for buying your tickets.
120 Which hotels does the Disney+ offer apply to?
The official Disney hotels. The exact list changes from one round to the next: some editions include all the hotels, others leave some out or exclude certain room categories. Check carefully which hotels are eligible in the current offer.
121 What deals are on at Disneyland Paris right now?
It depends on the time. Offers open and close as campaigns come and go. The two types of offer I follow on this page, Friends Tickets and hotel offers, show further up when they’re open. For the exact situation right now, look at the offer blocks at the top of the page and the official Disneyland Paris website.
122 What are Friends Tickets?
They’re discounted tickets that Disneyland Pass holders can buy as gifts for friends and family. The offer comes back in waves during the year and you buy them online from the member’s account. If you know someone with a Disneyland Pass, it’s often the easiest discount to get. The details and conditions are in the Friends Tickets guide.
123 Is there a Disneyland Paris discount code?
No. Disneyland Paris doesn’t offer a general discount code to enter at checkout. The official booking process has no "discount code" field for the general public, and the codes you see on coupon sites don’t work. Discounts are already built into the displayed price depending on the offer and whether you qualify. To pay less, you need to go for a specific offer.
124 Can I pay for Disneyland Paris with ANCV holiday vouchers?
Yes. It isn’t a discount, but an accepted payment method: Disneyland Paris is an ANCV partner. Paper ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted, with different procedures depending on whether you’re booking tickets only or a full holiday. The Connect format, on the other hand, can only be used on site.
125 How can I hear about Disneyland Paris offers?
Sign up to the Disneyland Paris newsletter and keep an eye on the official website and its social media. New offers are announced there first. It’s also worth coming back to this page: it tracks the current offers and is updated when a campaign opens or closes.
126 My holiday vouchers are about to expire: can I still use them at Disneyland Paris?
Your holiday vouchers are valid until 31 December of the second year after they were issued (vouchers from 2025 are valid until 31 December 2027). If they’re about to expire, the ANCV usually lets you swap them for new ones, until 31 March of the following year. Bear this in mind before sending them off for tickets.
127 Can the military ticket be refunded or changed?
Like the park’s other dated tickets, the military ticket generally follows the dated ticket conditions: little or no refund once the date is booked. The exact conditions haven’t been reliably confirmed for this particular ticket: check them on the official website before confirming, and compare the options in the full comparison (all the tickets).
