With Guaranteed Access, you get a seat at an indoor show for the performance you choose, even when the regular seating has filled up. This paid add-on costs €15 per person, per show, on top of your park ticket. You walk in through a separate line, so there’s no need to show up super early.
It’s an optional service. Every indoor show stays free and comes with your ticket. Guaranteed Access just locks in a seat on busy days.
Watch out: check which park your show plays in, because you need a ticket that’s valid for THAT park (The Lion King is in Disneyland Park, while Together, Frozen, and Mickey and the Magician are in Disney Adventure World).
What is Guaranteed Access?
Guaranteed Access promises you a seat at an indoor show for the time you booked. Even if that performance is marked full, your spot is held.
On the day, you use a separate line to get into the theater. Only a limited number of Guaranteed Access seats are available, and you pay for them on top of your park admission.
Don’t mix it up with two other services. The reserved viewing spot saves you an area with a good view for outdoor parades and shows (learn more). Premier Access is a paid skip-the-line pass for rides, with prices that vary (learn more about Premier Access). Guaranteed Access, on the other hand, only covers indoor shows.
Which shows offer it?
Guaranteed Access is sold for some indoor shows in Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World. The big indoor musicals are often among the performances you can book this way. Below is the current list of shows that offer it.
| Show | Park |
|---|---|
| The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands | Disneyland Park |
| Mickey and the Magician | Disney Adventure World |
| TOGETHER: a Pixar Musical Adventure | Disney Adventure World |

How much does it cost?
Guaranteed Access starts at €15 per person, per show. You pay the same whichever show you pick, but the price can rise on extremely crowded days.
That sets it apart from Premier Access, which is priced by ride and by crowd level. You buy it on top of your park ticket. Every guest aged 3 and up needs their own Guaranteed Access, and it’s free for kids under 3.
Who is it for?
- You really want to see one particular show and would rather not line up early.
- Your visit is a short one, and saving time matters to you.
- You’ve picked a busy day, when showtimes sell out quickly.
- This show is a top priority for your day.
- You’re visiting as a family or with someone with reduced mobility, and you’d like a stress-free way in.
How do you buy it?
Open the Disneyland Paris app and sign in with your ticket or annual pass.
From the app’s home screen, or from the "Buy" tab at the bottom of the screen, open "Shows and parades: Premium access". Both services, Guaranteed Access and the reserved viewing spot, are sold in the same place.
Pick "Indoor shows: Guaranteed Access", at €15 per person. You can buy it ahead of time or on the day, as long as seats are left.
Select the park, then the show. You need a ticket or pass that’s valid for the park where the show is playing.
Check off who’s coming. The app pulls in the tickets and passes linked to your account, so you don’t have to type any names, but each seat is still assigned to one person and can’t be transferred.
Pick a date, and then a showtime. Coming with a pass or an undated ticket? The app records your visit date for you as you go.
Review the total and pay. You’ll get a confirmation email, but it’s only a summary: your ticket stays in the app. On the day, head to the show’s separate line for the performance you booked.
