City Hall and its clock on Main Street U.S.A., a facade with flowers under a blue sky at Disneyland Park.

City Hall and Studio Services are the two guest services desks at Disneyland Paris, one per park. You go there to ask a question, get help, pick up a birthday or name badge, find out about accessibility or thank a member of staff. Both desks offer the same services.

City Hall: guest services at Disneyland Park

City Hall is the guest services desk at Disneyland Park. This is where you ask your questions, get help or pick up a badge.

It’s on Town Square, right at the park entrance. Go through the gates, walk through the Main Street U.S.A. station and it’s on your left. Hard to miss.

The building has been there since the park opened in 1992. The desk is wheelchair accessible, with a dedicated queue for visitors with reduced mobility.

Studio Services: guest services at Disney Adventure World

Studio Services is the equivalent of City Hall, but in the second park, Disney Adventure World.

It’s on World Premiere Plaza, at the park entrance. Once through the turnstiles, it’s on your right. The services are the same as at City Hall. This desk is also wheelchair accessible, with a dedicated queue for visitors with reduced mobility.

What can you do at City Hall and Studio Services?

Both desks offer the same services. Here’s everything you can do there.

Thanking a Cast MemberThe Cast Compliment. Explained below.

Services at City Hall and Studio Services

How to give a Cast Compliment (thank a Cast Member)

A Cast Compliment is a thank-you message for a Disneyland Paris employee. The term Cast Member means a member of the cast. At Disney, staff are part of the show.

I really encourage you to do it. If someone helped you, did you a favour or simply put you in a good mood, a thank-you means a huge amount to them. It’s real recognition of their work and it gets passed on to their managers.

There are two ways to do it.

Step 1

During your visit: go to City Hall (Disneyland Park) or Studio Services (Disney Adventure World), say you’d like to compliment a Cast Member and staff will tell you how to do it.

Step 2

Note the person’s first name (shown on their name badge) and where you met them: that’s the useful information for passing on your message.

Step 3

After your visit: if you think of it once you’re home, you can also thank a Cast Member through Disneyland Paris’s official contact channels. Remember to give the person’s first name, the date and the reason for your message.

Free celebration badges

At City Hall, you can ask for a free celebration badge: birthday, first visit, honeymoon or simply "I’m celebrating". Pinned on you, it invites Cast Members and characters to wish you well all day long. It’s free, you just need to ask.
