At a glance
La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert is the Disneyland Hotel’s fine dining restaurant. The chef, who holds a Michelin star at the Plaza Athénée, built his menu around Disney movies: each dish borrows its name, its ingredients, and even its plating from a specific story, from Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid to Snow White.
You can choose from three menus. The three-course Discovery menu offers an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert, with three choices at each step, for €140 per person, drinks not included. The five-course Tasting menu (two appetizers, two main courses, one dessert) costs €200. The kids’ menu, for ages 3 to 11, follows the same appetizer, main course, and dessert format for €70, drinks included.
The restaurant serves dinner only, Wednesday through Sunday, from 18:30 to 21:30. Appropriate attire is required. The meal isn’t part of the half-board or full-board meal plans, but your meal vouchers can be taken off the check at their cash value.

History
Jean Imbert made his name when he won Top Chef in 2012. In 2018, he opened a restaurant in the US with Pharrell Williams. In 2021, he succeeded Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée, and the next year he picked up a Michelin star. He then became head of the Dior restaurant in Paris, created the menu for the Orient Express, and in 2023 took charge of the kitchens at the Martinez hotel in Cannes. Disneyland Paris isn’t new territory for him: in 2018, he was already behind the Petit Jean experience at the Founder’s Club in the Disneyland Hotel.

My verdict
I haven’t tried La Forêt Secrète yet. I’d rather tell you that than hand you an opinion I don’t have: at €140 a menu, you deserve better than a secondhand impression. Here you’ll find the practical, fact-checked details (menus, prices, reservations, access). My review will come once I’ve had dinner there.
