What is Mobile Order at Disneyland Paris?
Mobile Order is a free service from Disneyland Paris. Here’s how it works: instead of waiting in line at a counter, you order your meal ahead of time in the official app, pay right there in the app, and simply stop by to pick up your order at the time you chose.
It’s most useful at peak times, at lunch or during vacation periods, when the lines get long. You save time and get to spend more of it on the rides.
Good to know: orders are for the same day only. You can’t order ahead for another day of your trip. You choose whether you’ll eat there or take your food to go.
How do you use Mobile Order? (step by step)
Open the app
Launch the official Disneyland Paris app and log in. It might ask for a valid park ticket or your annual pass number.
Tap "Eat"
Find the "Eat" button in the menu along the bottom of your screen and tap it.
Pick the restaurant
Head to the section called "Pre-order food and drinks". Pick where you want to eat and hit "Order".
Read the instructions
A few instructions pop up. Once you’ve read them, hit "Let’s go!".
Eat there or to go
Say whether you’ll eat there or take your food to go, and choose the time you want. Reminder: it’s for the same day only.
Build your meal
Choose your dishes and drinks, using the categories to help you.
Check your cart
Once your items are added, tap "View cart".
Go to checkout
Double-check what you’ve chosen and hit "Payment". Annual passholders add their discount at this stage.
Pay
Settle the bill right in the app, and a confirmation follows.
Let them know you’re here
Once you’re close to the restaurant, go back into the app and let it know you’re there (look for a button such as "I’m here"). That’s when the kitchen starts cooking, so your food comes out fresh.
Pick it up
Head to the restaurant at the time you chose to collect your meal, no waiting in line.
