What is Click & Collect at Disneyland Paris?
Click & Collect is a free service from Disneyland Paris. Here’s how it works: instead of queuing at a counter, you order your meal in advance in the official app, pay in the app and simply drop by to pick up your order at the time you chose.
It’s most useful at peak times, at lunchtime or during the holidays, when the queues get longer. You save time and spend more of it on the rides.
Good to know: orders are for the same day only. You can’t order ahead for another day of your trip. You choose whether to eat in or take away.
How to order with Click & Collect (step by step)
Open the app
Log in to the official Disneyland Paris app. You may be asked for your annual pass number or a valid park ticket.
Tap "Eat"
At the bottom of the screen, tap the "Eat" button.
Choose the restaurant
Go to the "Pre-order food and drinks" section, choose your restaurant, then tap "Order".
Read the instructions
Read the short instructions on screen, then tap "Let’s go!".
Eat in or take away
Say whether you’re eating in or taking away and choose your time. Remember: it’s for the same day only.
Build your meal
Choose your food and drinks using the categories.
Check your basket
Once you’ve added your dishes, tap "View basket".
Go to payment
Check your order, then tap "Payment". If you have an annual pass, this is where you add your discount.
Pay
Pay for your order in the app. You then get your confirmation.
Let them know you’re here
When you get near the restaurant, open the app again and say you’ve arrived (a button along the lines of "I’m here"). The kitchen then starts preparing your order, so it’s fresh.
Pick it up
Head to the restaurant at your chosen time to collect your meal, without queuing.
Which restaurants offer Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is available at some of the park’s quick-service restaurants and the list changes regularly (new restaurants are added, others change how they work). Rather than give you a fixed list that will soon be out of date, here’s the current list of restaurants that offer it. It updates automatically.

Everything is done in the official Disneyland Paris app. Tap the "Dine" button at the bottom of the screen, go to "Pre-order food and drinks", choose your restaurant, put together your meal, choose the time, then pay in the app. You then collect your order on site at the time shown.
03 Which restaurants offer Mobile Order (Click & Collect)?
Mobile Order (Click & Collect) is available at some of the park’s quick-service restaurants (the counters where you order at the till).
