Yes, you can (and I recommend you do) reserve a table at Disneyland Paris for buffet and table-service restaurants. Quick-service spots and snack kiosks are walk-in only, with no booking at all.
There are four ways to do it: the official mobile app (the easiest), the official website, by phone at +33 1 60 30 40 50 (Monday to Friday 9:00-20:45, Saturday 9:00-19:00, Sunday 10:00-18:30), and in person on the day itself.
How far out can you book? With a day visit or a ticket on its own, the window is 2 months. Staying at a Disney hotel stretches it to 1 year. Reserving a regular table costs nothing, and no payment is taken in advance.
Why make a restaurant reservation at Disneyland Paris?
A reservation secures you a spot, especially at peak times. The most popular tables fill up very fast, sometimes weeks out, and a few restaurants are close to impossible to get into without one.
It also makes your day in the parks easier: you know where and when you’re eating, so you’re not wandering around at lunchtime looking for a free table. For me, it’s the one step that takes the most stress out of planning a trip.
Good to know: a reservation gets you priority seating, not a table held for you to the exact minute. You may still wait a little when you arrive, but you’ll be seated ahead of guests without a booking.
When should you book a table?
How far ahead you can book depends on your situation. If you’re coming for the day or only have a park ticket, you can reserve up to 2 months (60 days) before your visit. If you’re staying at a Disney hotel, you can reserve up to 1 year ahead, as soon as your stay is confirmed.
Either way, my advice is simple: book as early as you can. Time slots at the most sought-after restaurants are gone within minutes on the day reservations open.
Day visitor or ticket only
You can book 2 months (60 days) out. Reservations for a given date become available exactly 60 days beforehand.
Disney hotel guest
You can book 1 year out, starting the moment your stay is confirmed. That gives you plenty of lead time to grab your tables.

How to book: the 4 methods
You have four ways to reserve a table. The booking windows (2 months or 1 year) are the same whether you use the app, the website, or the phone.

Through the mobile app
This is the easiest option, and you can do it anytime from your phone. Sign in to your Disney account in the official Disneyland Paris app, open the "Book a table" section, and follow the prompts. You’ll find the full step-by-step walkthrough further down in this article.
Online (official website)
Before your visit, you can book through the official Disneyland Paris website. Sign in to your Disney account, go to the "Dining" menu, then click "Book your restaurant tables". From there, you pick the restaurant, the date, and the time in just a few clicks. The detailed tutorial is further down.
By phone
Would you rather talk to a real person? Call the reservations line at +33 1 60 30 40 50.
Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 20:45, Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:30. The same booking windows as online apply.
In person (same day)
No reservation? You can still ask once you’re in the park, if tables are available. Here are three places to try:
- Close to the park gates, you can stop by City Hall in Disneyland Park or Studio Services in Disney Adventure World (the second park).
- At the door of the restaurant you have in mind, depending on open tables and hours.
- If you have a room at a Disney hotel, ask the hotel concierge.

Find your reservation
That’s it, your table is reserved. It shows up in your Disney account in the "My table reservations" section.
Which restaurants need a reservation?
Only buffet and table-service restaurants take reservations. Quick-service spots and snack kiosks are walk-in: no booking, you just show up.
Book these first, and as early as possible: the most popular tables and character dining, which goes very fast. Among the character meals, Auberge de Cendrillon, The Regal View, Royal Banquet, and La Table de Lumière, along with La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert, are the ones to target the moment reservations open.
My dedicated guide to character dining covers it all: what happens during the meal, what it costs, and how to pick the right one.
Bistrot Chez Rémy
A Ratatouille-themed table-service restaurant serving Parisian bistro food on La Place de Rémy, in the Worlds of Pixar land at Disney Adventure World.
Walt’s - an American restaurant
An iconic table-service restaurant on Main Street U.S.A. that honors Walt Disney and serves refined American cuisine.
Auberge de Cendrillon
A French-inspired table-service restaurant devoted to Cinderella, where you dine with the Disney Princesses.
Do you have to pay when you book?
Reserving a regular table is free: no prepayment and no credit card required for a standard booking through the app, the website, or by phone. You pay for your meal at the restaurant.
Character dining works differently: it may be prepaid or included in a meal plan for your stay. You’ll find all the details in my guide to character dining.
How do you cancel or change a reservation?
For a regular table, it’s flexible: open the official app, go to "Account" and then "My table reservations", and cancel in a few taps. You can also call the reservations line at +33 1 60 30 40 50.
For a prepaid meal or one that’s part of a meal plan, the rules are stricter (refund to the card you paid with, and a deadline to meet before you arrive). If you’re unsure, call the reservations line and they’ll tell you the exact policy for your booking.
My tips
- The hottest tables (Bistrot Chez Rémy, Walt’s, Auberge de Cendrillon) go first, so reserve them as soon as you can.
- Nothing left? Keep checking the app: cancellations regularly open up time slots.
- If you have a room at a Disney hotel, ask the concierge: they can occasionally dig up a spot at the last minute.
- As a last resort, some restaurants run a same-day "walk-in" line, if you’re willing to wait a bit at the door.
- Have your date, party size, and meal ready before you sign in so you can book faster.

Frequently asked questions
01 Should I book restaurants in advance at Disneyland Paris?
Yes, for buffets and table-service restaurants, I strongly recommend it: tables go fast, especially on weekends and during school breaks. Quick-service restaurants and snack kiosks are walk-in only, with no reservation. Book as early as you can, up to 2 months ahead for day guests and up to 1 year ahead if you’re staying at a Disney hotel.
02 How early can I make a Disneyland Paris restaurant reservation?
The booking window depends on where you’re staying. If you’re at a Disney hotel, you can book up to 1 year ahead, as soon as your stay is confirmed. That’s a real advantage for very popular restaurants like Auberge de Cendrillon or the character buffets. If you’re coming for the day without a Disney hotel, you can book up to 2 months (60 days) ahead. You can reserve through the Disneyland Paris app, on the official website, or by phone at +33 1 60 30 40 50. My advice: book the moment the window opens for character dining and for weekend evenings or French school vacation evenings, or the time slots go fast.
03 Can I make a dining reservation after I arrive, or for the same day?
Yes, depending on availability: at City Hall (Disneyland Park), at Studio Services (Disney Adventure World), at the restaurant entrance, or at the concierge desk of your Disney hotel.
04 Do I need a credit card to book a table?
No. Booking a standard table costs nothing, and nothing is charged upfront. Prepayment, or inclusion in a meal plan, only comes into play for character meals.
05 What should I do if the restaurant is fully booked?
Keep an eye on the app: cancellations often free up time slots. You can also ask the concierge at your Disney hotel, or try the restaurant’s "walk-in" line that same day.
06 Which restaurants get booked up first?
Bistrot Chez Rémy (the hardest to get), Walt’s, Auberge de Cendrillon, and La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert, plus the character meals, which fill up very fast as soon as reservations open.
07 What happens if I’m late for my reservation?
Restaurants generally allow roughly 15 minutes of leeway. Past that point, they may give your table away to other guests, and you lose the reservation. Running behind? Call the restaurant as early as you can.
