What is a room-only stay at Disneyland Paris?
A room-only stay at Disneyland Paris means sleeping in a Disney hotel without park tickets. You only pay for the room. It’s the official Disney offer called "Room Only".
You stay at the hotel and enjoy its facilities and Disney Village. But your booking doesn’t include any access to the parks.
It’s useful when you want to enjoy the atmosphere and peace of a Disney hotel, its pool, spa or restaurants, without necessarily going to the park that day.
Can you stay in a Disney hotel without park tickets?
Yes. That’s exactly how room only works: you book a room without park tickets. Most Disney hotels offer it. To choose where to stay, see the Disney hotels. Here’s what room only includes, and what it doesn’t.

How much does a room-only night cost at Disneyland Paris?
There’s no fixed price: a room-only night is booked like any normal hotel night, and the price changes with the hotel, the date, the season and the number of guests. To give you an idea, I noted the prices for nights over the next few months: they range from around €137 a night at Davy Crockett Ranch, the most affordable, to around €663 at the Disneyland Hotel. These are guide prices, per room, which vary with your dates.
| Hotel | Category | From / night | Who it’s for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Davy Crockett Ranch | € · budget | €137 | Nature and wide open spaces, with kids (by car) |
| Disney Hotel Santa Fe | € · budget | €152 | Small budget, ideal for a first visit |
| Disney Hotel Cheyenne | €€ · moderate | €170 | Wild West and Toy Story theme, with kids |
| Disney Sequoia Lodge | €€ · moderate | €205 | Forest and mountain feel, for families and couples alike |
| Disney Newport Bay Club | €€€ · upscale | €242 | Grand lakeside hotel, for couples or groups of friends |
| Disney Hotel New York | €€€ · upscale | €354 | Marvel world and design, best with teens |
| Disneyland Hotel | €€€€ · luxury | €663 | Prestige at the park gates, for couples on a special occasion |

- Regulars who want to enjoy the hotel without going to the park.
- Anyone simply looking to unwind for a night somewhere calm.
- Anyone who wants to arrive the day before a park day, to be on site first thing in the morning.

How to book a room-only stay
There are three ways to book, depending on your situation.
Affiliate link · official Disney prices
For everyone: by phone
The official booking centre takes room-only bookings by phone on +33 9 69 32 60 61 (the holiday and ticket booking line, not a premium-rate number). From abroad, it’s the same number: +33 9 69 32 60 61.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:30-19:30 and Saturday 9:30-18:00.
For Disneyland Pass holders: online
If you have a Disneyland Pass, you can book directly online on the official website, in your My Account area, under My Disneyland Passes. You can do this all year round.
At certain times, hotel offers for Pass holders only give you better prices. They’re marked with a coloured logo on the booking calendar. The details are in my article on Disneyland Pass hotel offers.
Another option: Booking.com
You can also book Disney hotels (and partner hotels) on Booking.com. It’s handy for comparing prices, and sometimes cheaper than the official website. Holiday prices change a lot depending on the dates: to get a night at the best price, follow how holiday prices change.
Room only or a day visit to the hotel?
Don’t mix the two up. With room only, you sleep at the hotel, but without park tickets. A day visit is the opposite: you explore the parks (and the hotels if you like) without spending the night. It’s explained in my article on visiting the Disneyland Hotel without staying.

In a package holiday booked through Disneyland Paris or an official reseller, the tourist tax is already included in the price: you have nothing to pay on arrival.
