No. Since 1 November 2025, you can no longer walk freely into the Disneyland Hotel. Access is limited to guests staying there and to visitors with a confirmed booking for one of the hotel’s services: a restaurant, the Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel, the Mon Rêve Royal experience (a makeover for kids) or the conference area. Without a booking, you’ll be turned away at the door.
So you no longer need to stay overnight to see inside, but you do need a good reason to go in. This rule applies at the Disneyland Hotel entrance and still stands in 2026. Below, I explain who can get in and how, and what you’ll find there.
Can you go in without staying there?
The short answer is no, not freely. Before 1 November 2025, any visitor could walk in, without a booking or a stay, to look around the public areas, admire the lobby and the decor, browse the shop or have a drink at the bar. That’s no longer possible.
Since that date, only two groups of people can get in: those staying at the Disneyland Hotel and those who have booked a specific hotel service (a meal, the spa, Mon Rêve Royal or a conference). If you’re visiting the park for the day without a booking, you won’t be able to go in, even for a few minutes.
How to get into the Disneyland Hotel without staying there
To get in without staying there, you need to book one of the hotel’s services in advance. Your booking acts as your entry ticket. Here are the options.
- A restaurant Book a table at Royal Banquet (a meal with Disney characters), La Table de Lumière or La Forêt Secrète (fine dining restaurant).
- The Clarins spa Booking a treatment gives you access to the hotel. Full details in my guide to the Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel.
- The Mon Rêve Royal experience The makeover experience for kids, by reservation.
- The conference area For professionals booking a room or an event.
When you arrive, show your confirmation email to the Cast Members at the entrance. You may be asked for photo ID. Without a valid booking in your name, you won’t get in. You don’t need a Disneyland Park ticket to enter the hotel, only your booking counts.

Who can get into the Disneyland Hotel without staying there (rules in force in 2026)
Why is access restricted?
Disneyland Paris hasn’t officially explained the reasons for this restriction. What follows is the likely explanation, not an official position.
The checks seem mainly intended to keep things peaceful for guests staying at the hotel. When access was open, some people spent several hours in the public areas, at the expense of residents’ comfort: crowds around character appearances, a packed lobby or exclusive merchandise in the shop selling out fast. Limiting entry to hotel guests and people who have booked a service cuts down on this.
How access has changed since 2024
- 25 January to 17 February 2024 When the hotel reopened, access was for Disneyland Hotel guests only.
- From 17 February 2024 The hotel opened to everyone through a booking on the Lineberty app.
- June 2024 Free access for all, without a booking. Anyone could walk in.
- Since 1 November 2025 Checks are back in place. Access is limited to hotel guests and visitors with a confirmed booking. The rule still applies in 2026.
What is there to see at the Disneyland Hotel?

Frequently asked questions
01 Can you visit the Disneyland Hotel without staying there?
No, not freely since 1 November 2025. Entry is limited to hotel guests and to visitors with a confirmed booking for a hotel service (restaurant, treatment at the Clarins spa, the Mon Rêve Royal experience or a business event). You can no longer just walk into the lobby: to visit, book a meal or a treatment in advance and show your confirmation at the entrance.
02 Do you need a park ticket to go to the Disneyland Hotel or its restaurant?
No. You don’t need a park ticket: your confirmed booking for a Disneyland Hotel service (restaurant, spa and so on) is what gets you in. You go straight in through the hotel lobby by showing your confirmation email, without going through the park entrance gates.
03 How do you book to get into the Disneyland Hotel?
Book one of the hotel’s services in advance: a table at a restaurant, a treatment at the Clarins spa, the Mon Rêve Royal experience or a meeting room. Bookings go through the official Disneyland Paris channels (website, app or the restaurant booking phone line).
04 Can you go in just to visit the shop or have a drink?
