Disneyland Pass hotel offers: stay at a Disney hotel for less

Disneyland Pass hotel offers are promotions just for Disneyland Pass members. They give you discounted prices on room-only stays, meaning just the accommodation (no park ticket), in the official Disney hotels. They’re only available during certain periods of the year, often outside the busiest times.

These accommodation offers are not the same as Disneyland Pass Nights, which are evening events in the park. For an overview of all the pass perks, you can read my complete guide to the Disneyland Pass.

These offers are for members only: you need an active annual pass to use them.

What’s included: room-only accommodation at a discounted price. The offer covers all Disney hotels except the Disneyland Hotel: Disney Hotel New York The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Sequoia Lodge, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch. Good news: Club rooms are included in the offer, a real plus if you’re after that level of comfort.

What’s not included: park tickets. The offer covers the room only. Bookings are subject to availability, during the periods concerned.

These offers give you preferential prices, but the discount varies with each offer and with demand. It’s not a guaranteed reduction from one edition to the next. It also depends on your pass tier (see my complete guide to the Disneyland Pass).

To give you an idea, here’s the biggest discount I’ve had: around 60% off at Disney Newport Bay Club, for the night of 10 August 2024. I paid €260 with the pass, instead of €625 at the public price, for one night for two people (the price varies with the number of guests). It was a favourable case, not a rate you’ll get every time, but it shows how much you can save on the best dates.

These offers come back several times a year. Here’s the list of editions so far, with their dates and the matching season. The conditions are the same every time: a discounted price on room-only stays, just for pass members.

The conditions have stayed the same from one edition to the next: a discounted price on room-only stays, every Disney hotel except the Disneyland Hotel, Club rooms included, booking up to the day before and subject to availability. Several of these periods coincided with a Disneyland Pass Night.

Outside the offer periods, you can book a room-only stay at a Disney hotel all year round, at the normal price, from your account. The steps are the same: the app or the official website, "My Disneyland Pass" tab then "Disney Hotels". The special offer doesn’t change how it works. It simply lets you pay less over a given period.
