Four Disney hotels at Disneyland Paris offer a Club room, meaning an upscale floor that comes with access to a private lounge. Each one goes by a different name: the Castle Club at the Disneyland Hotel, the Empire State Club at the Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, the Compass Club at the Disney Newport Bay Club, and the Golden Forest Club at the Disney Sequoia Lodge.

None of the other hotels (Cheyenne, Santa Fe, Davy Crockett Ranch, and the partner hotels) has a Club. Here’s the full comparison to help you pick the right one.

What is a Club room?

A Club room sits on a premium floor of the hotel and comes with access to a private lounge. Service is more personal than in a standard room, with a dedicated front desk.

The Club lounge

The Club lounge, often simply called the lounge, is a space set aside for Club guests, with drinks and snacks served throughout the day. It’s a quiet spot to unwind between park days.

Breakfast and afternoon snack included

  • Private lounge access Reserved for guests booked on the Club level, with free non-alcoholic drinks all day long.
  • Breakfast included Served in the lounge each morning (usually from 7:00 to 11:00), at no extra charge.
  • Afternoon snack included Snacks and drinks offered in the lounge in the afternoon (typically from 16:00 to 18:00).
  • Dedicated front desk A separate check-in, faster than at the main lobby desk.
  • Extra in-room amenities Added perks compared with a standard room at the same hotel.

Which Disney hotels have a Club?

Four Disney hotels offer a Club, all in the Resort’s upscale tier. The table below lists those hotels and the name of their Club. It updates automatically if a hotel opens or closes its Club floor. You’ll find the detailed comparison a little further down.

The Disney Hotel Cheyenne, the Disney Hotel Santa Fe, and the Disney Davy Crockett Ranch have no Club room and no private lounge. The same goes for every partner hotel and the hotels in Val d’Europe. So if a Club room is what you’re after, you’ll need to aim for one of the four upscale Disney hotels.

Empire State Club (Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel)

Over at the Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, the Marvel-themed hotel, the Club level goes by the name Empire State Club. You’ll find its rooms on the 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th floors, facing either Lake Disney or the garden.

You get the same core package as every Club (private lounge, breakfast and afternoon snack included, dedicated front desk). Breakfast is served in the lounge, with no characters: breakfast with the princesses is only available at the Castle Club.

Compass Club (Disney Newport Bay Club)

The Compass Club is the Club floor of the Disney Newport Bay Club, the hotel with a nautical New England theme. Club rooms take up the 7th and 8th floors, looking out over Lake Disney or the garden.

The perks match the core package. Breakfast is served in the lounge, with no characters.

Golden Forest Club (Disney Sequoia Lodge)

At the Disney Sequoia Lodge, a hotel built around nature and woodlands, the Club level is called the Golden Forest Club. Its rooms are spread over the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors of the main building, facing Lake Disney or the garden.

The core package is identical here. Breakfast is served in the lounge, without any characters.

What about the Castle Club at the Disneyland Hotel?

The Castle Club is the Club floor of the Disneyland Hotel, the most upscale hotel in the Resort. It’s also the only one where you have breakfast with the Disney princesses.

Since it comes with its own perks and its own level of service, I cover it separately: you’ll find everything in the Disneyland Hotel Club rooms.

Which Club room should you choose?

  • You want breakfast with the princesses That means the Castle Club at the Disneyland Hotel: no other Club offers it, and it’s also the most upscale.
  • You love the Marvel universe The Empire State Club at the Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, decorated to match.
  • You want a nautical setting by the lake The Compass Club at the Disney Newport Bay Club, with its New England theme.
  • You prefer a nature vibe The Golden Forest Club at the Disney Sequoia Lodge, set in a forest-style decor.

A Club room is a paid upgrade on top of the standard room rate. The extra cost depends on the hotel, the time of year, and the length of your stay. Since breakfast and the afternoon snack are included every day, it’s best to weigh the value per night. To compare the hotels with each other, see all the hotels compared.
