Guaranteed Access reserves you a seat at an indoor show, for the showtime you choose, even when all the regular seats are taken. This paid service costs €15 per person per show, on top of your park ticket. You go in through a dedicated queue, without having to arrive very early.
This service is optional. All indoor shows are still free and included in your ticket. Guaranteed Access is only there to secure a seat on busy days.
Watch out: check which park your chosen show is in, as you need a ticket valid for THAT park (The Lion King is at Disneyland Park, while the shows Together, Frozen and Mickey and the Magician are at Disney Adventure World).
What is Guaranteed Access?
Guaranteed Access gives you a guaranteed seat at an indoor show, for the time you booked. Even if the performance is full, your seat is kept for you.
On the day, you go through a dedicated queue to enter the theatre. The number of Guaranteed Access seats is limited, and this ticket is bought on top of your park ticket.
Not to be confused with two other services. The reserved viewing area saves you a spot with a good view for parades and outdoor shows (find out more). Premier Access is a paid fast track for rides, with a variable price (find out more about Premier Access). Guaranteed Access, on the other hand, only covers indoor shows.
Which shows?
Guaranteed Access is offered for some indoor shows, at Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World. The big indoor musical shows are among the performances often offered with Guaranteed Access. Here’s the up-to-date list of the shows concerned.

How much does it cost?
Guaranteed Access costs from €15 per person per show. This price is the same whatever show you choose, but it can go up on very busy days.
That’s a difference from Premier Access, whose price varies by ride and crowd levels. This ticket comes on top of your park ticket. Every visitor aged 3 and over needs their own Guaranteed Access. It’s free for under-3s.

- You’re visiting on a busy day, when performances fill up fast.
- This show is a priority for your day.
- You’re coming as a family or with someone with reduced mobility and you’d rather have a stress-free entry.
How to buy it
Open the Disneyland Paris app and log in with your ticket or your annual pass.
From the app’s home screen, or from the "Buy" tab at the bottom of the screen, open the premium access section for shows and parades. Both services, Guaranteed Access and the reserved viewing area, are bought in the same place.
Choose the Guaranteed Access option for indoor shows, at €15 per person. You can buy it in advance or on the day, subject to availability.
Select the park, then the show. You must have a ticket or pass valid for the park where it’s on.
Tick the participants. The app pulls in the tickets and passes linked to your account: you don’t have to type any names, but each seat is still in the holder’s name and non-transferable.
Choose the date, then the showtime. If you’re coming with a pass or an undated ticket, the app automatically records your visit date along the way.
Check the total and pay. You receive a confirmation email, but it’s only a summary: your ticket stays in the app. On the day, go to the show’s dedicated queue for the performance you booked.
