Where can you buy Mickey ears?
Good news: you’ll find Mickey ears in almost every shop in both parks, at Disney Village and even in the Disney hotels. I’ve counted over twenty-five shops that sell them. So the real question isn’t where to find them, but where to get the best choice and, above all, how to avoid the crowds.
To browse every shop, you can filter the listings by "Oreilles Disney" from the shops hub. Here are my pointers, park by park.
In Disneyland Park
The Emporium, the big shop on Main Street, has the widest choice, but it’s also the busiest at the end of the day. For a calmer shop, try Plaza East and Plaza West at the entrance, or Disney Clothiers. Each land also has its own themed shops, such as Sir Mickey’s over in Fantasyland.
In Disney Adventure World
In the second park, the Walt Disney Studios Store at the entrance has a great selection of ears and accessories. It’s one of my favourite shops for them.
At Disney Village
You don’t need a park ticket to visit Disney Village. World of Disney, the biggest shop in the resort, Disney Style and Disney Glamour are perfect for buying your ears before or after your day, or even without going into the parks.
In the Disney hotels
Most of the Disney hotel shops keep a small selection. Handy for one last souvenir on the morning you leave, without going back through the parks.

Which styles should you choose?
There are dozens of styles, refreshed season after season. Here are the main families to help you find your way.
- Classic Mickey and Minnie Black headbands, with a red polka-dot bow for Minnie. Timeless.
- The Sorcerer’s hat (Fantasia) The starry blue hat of the sorcerer’s apprentice, another great classic.
- Sequinned and multicoloured styles Available in every colour, often the most photogenic.
- Seasonal editions Halloween, Christmas: styles only on sale during the season.
- Anniversary and limited editions Gold or special editions, often impossible to find once sold out.
- Fashion collaborations (Loungefly) More detailed and more expensive, for collectors.
- Baby and kids’ styles Smaller sizes and soft headbands for little ones.
- Light-up ears Ideal for the night-time show and evening photos.
Getting your ears personalised
You can also have your ears personalised with an embroidered name, particularly at Disney Style in Disney Village. The service isn’t always available, so ask in the shop. Expect a small extra charge and, depending on how busy it is, a short wait. A personalised souvenir always goes down well, especially on a first visit.
Buy them online or in the parks?
Some ears are available from the Disney online shop, handy if you forgot to bring a pair home or want to give them as a gift. Be aware, though: park-exclusive editions and limited collaborations usually aren’t sold there. For those, you have to buy them on site. I cover everything in my guide to the Disney online shop.
