At a glance
The Walt Disney Studios Store is the main general shop of Disney Adventure World, on Place des Frères Lumière at the park entrance: the counterpart to the Emporium at Disneyland Park. It’s where visitors start or end their day.
The architecture draws on the golden age of Hollywood that Walt Disney loved: an art deco frontage, a sign above a large arched window, ochre and orange tones, geometric star patterns, turquoise doors and a second sign reading "Gifts & Fashion".
Inside, the decor borrows the hallmarks of film studios: film reels, a clapperboard marked Walt Disney Studios, a vintage camera on a tripod and wrought iron chandeliers with hanging lanterns. The walls display period photographs of Walt Disney at work, sometimes surrounded by Mickey soft toys, as well as a photo of the water tower at the Californian studios.
The range is one of the widest in the park: clothing for adults and children, accessories, Disney ears, costumes (including Princess dresses), Mickey and Minnie soft toys, toys, collector figures, pins, homeware, tableware, luggage, stationery, sweets, seasonal items, Pandora jewellery and the Disney PhotoPass+ service.
The Adventure World counterpart to the Emporium. Seen as the park’s big general shop, it borrows every hallmark of 1930s Hollywood film studios: film reels on display, a clapperboard marked Walt Disney Studios, a vintage camera on a tripod and period photographs of Walt Disney at work. The range covers every kind of souvenir, including Princess costumes and Pandora jewellery.

Pros and cons

Weak points

My verdict
My first stop at Disney Adventure World. It’s the counterpart to the Emporium: big, well stocked and perfect for souvenirs just before you leave the park.
I really like its art deco decor, and above all the period photos of Walt Disney at work: take a minute to look at them, you’ll see the studios as they were before the parks.
Julie’s tip
Best time to visit
Drop in early or mid-afternoon, or save it for the way out: it’s the natural souvenir stop at the end of the day.

Your questions about this shop
01 Where can you shop for Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?
You have four main options: the shops in Disneyland Park (mainly on Main Street U.S.A. and in each land), the shops in Disney Adventure World, the shops in Disney Village (no park ticket needed) and your hotel shop if you’re staying at an official Disney Hotel. I go through the main shops in my dedicated article.
02 Can you shop without carrying your bags all day?
Yes. The Shopping Service lets you have your purchases sent to a collection point, to pick up later in the shop, or as you leave the park in another shop, or even in the shop at your Disney Hotel. The service is free in most shops (above a minimum spend). Just ask the sales assistant when you pay.
03 What are the shops’ opening hours?
The shops in the parks roughly follow the parks’ opening hours, often opening a little earlier on Main Street U.S.A. and closing a little later after the night-time show. The Disney Village shops have their own opening hours, usually later into the evening. The exact times are in the Disneyland Paris app.
04 Can you order Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
There’s no official Disneyland Paris online shop. To buy from home, you can go to the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few Disneyland Paris-specific products. At the resort, you buy directly in the shops.
