No, you can’t buy everything online. There’s no official Disneyland Paris online shop that sells and delivers all the park’s exclusive products. For the vast majority of Disney products, the official site is Disney Store (formerly shopDisney): it delivers to your home, offers gift cards and even sometimes sells a few Disneyland Paris exclusives.
For park exclusives you can’t find online, there are two options: fan buy-and-sell Facebook groups and personal shoppers, both to be used with care. I explain everything below.
Can you buy Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
The answer needs a bit of nuance, because it all depends on the type of product you’re after.
You need to tell two kinds of product apart:
- Disney or Disneyland Paris branded products sold pretty much everywhere (soft toys, clothes, ears, homeware). Yes, you’ll find those online on the official Disney Store.
- Park exclusives, meaning products sold only in the Disneyland Paris shops (a soft toy from a specific season like Halloween, ears from a park anniversary, a limited collector’s item, an item from a particular land). Most of these exclusives aren’t available online.
Disney Store does offer a rotating selection of Disneyland Paris exclusives, but it’s neither complete nor permanent: a product listed one month can disappear the next. If you’ve spotted a specific item at the park, there’s a good chance it isn’t sold online.
Also worth knowing: Disneyland Paris’s old mail order service no longer exists. If you come across old articles mentioning it, forget that option, it’s no longer running.
Disney Store, the official site
Disney Store is the official site for buying Disney products online. You may know it by its old name, shopDisney: the online shop has been renamed Disney Store. The products are official and delivered straight to your door.
It’s the simplest and most reliable option for most things you might want: a gift, clothing, a soft toy, some ears. You pay the official price, with no mark-up, and you know exactly where it comes from. Delivery costs and times depend on your order, so check them directly on the site.
If you’re a student, Disney Store offers a 10% student discount through UNiDAYS or Student Beans, with proof that you’re in education.
- Soft toys and toys
- Baby, kids’ and adult clothing
- Disney ears (the famous Mickey ears)
- Costumes and dressing-up
- Home, homeware and stationery
- Books and board games
- Collectibles: Loungefly bags, Lorcana cards
- Seasonal items: Halloween, Christmas, Easter
- Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel ranges
- Disney gift cards (the person you give it to chooses what they like)
Is there still a Disney Store in France?
No, there are no Disney Store shops left in France outside the park. The last one, on the Champs-Elysees in Paris, closed after about thirty years. The brand has refocused its sales on the online site and the park shops.
You can, however, still buy in person at Disneyland Paris. Good news for anyone living near Paris: Disney Village gives you access to a large Disney shop with no park ticket needed, so you don’t pay for entry.
One word of warning, though: what you’ll find there is mostly the general range. Exclusives from a particular land or season are sold in the shops inside the parks, which you need a ticket to get into. For ideas on what to bring home, have a look at my guide on what souvenirs to bring back.

What about park exclusives? Facebook groups
If the product you’re after is a park exclusive you can’t find on Disney Store, there’s a solution well known among fans: buy-and-sell Facebook groups run by enthusiasts.
Here’s how it works. You join a group dedicated to Disneyland Paris, then:
- Either you post a request ("I’m looking for this soft toy from this season") and a member who’s going to the park can buy it for you.
- Or you buy from a member who’s reselling something they’ve already bought.
- Or you use a personal shopper: someone who goes to the park regularly and buys for other people in return for a fee. It’s often informal and comes with no guarantee.
You then sort out the price, payment and postage between yourselves. It’s handy, but it isn’t an official channel: you need to take a few precautions, which I cover just below.
Other options
Apart from Disney Store and Facebook groups, you have a few more options.
- Second-hand resale (Vinted, eBay, Leboncoin). Park products do turn up there, but be very careful: you’ll find lots of counterfeits (fake products) and resellers (scalpers) who push prices up unreasonably on sought-after items. Check it isn’t a fake, compare with the original shop price, ask for photos, favour sellers with good reviews and stick to the platform’s built-in payment (never a direct bank transfer off the site): it’s your only protection if there’s a dispute.
- The Shopping Service on site. If you’re visiting the park, this service saves you carrying your shopping all day: you have it delivered to your hotel or collect it on your way out. It isn’t remote online shopping, you need to be there. I explain how it works in my guide on what souvenirs to bring back.
| Option | Official? | Park exclusives? | Delivery | Risk |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Disney Store online | Yes | Rotating selection only | To your home | Very low |
| Shops on site | Yes | Yes, but inside the parks (ticket required) | Bought in person | Very low |
| Someone you know going to the park | Yes (bought in the shop) | Yes | As arranged | Very low |
| Facebook groups / personal shopper | No | Yes | By post | High (check the seller) |
| Second-hand (Vinted, eBay, Leboncoin) | No | Yes | By post | Medium to high |

Frequently asked questions
01 Is there an official Disneyland Paris online shop?
No. There’s no official Disneyland Paris website that sells and delivers the park’s full range of products. The official website for Disney products online is the Disney Store, which offers a selection of Disneyland Paris exclusives, but not the park’s full catalogue.
02 Is there still a Disney Store in France?
There are no longer any physical Disney Store shops outside the park. The last one, on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, has closed. You can still shop in the Disneyland Paris shops, and Disney Village gives you access to a Disney shop without a park ticket.
03 Are souvenirs cheaper online?
Some products are available on the Disney online shop, sometimes at a good price. But many items, especially the Paris exclusives and limited editions, are only sold in the parks. For these souvenirs, buying on site is the only option.
04 Do I need a park ticket to go to Disney Village?
No. Disney Village is free to enter and open to everyone, with no park ticket or Disney hotel stay needed. You can have dinner, go shopping (including the big World of Disney store), go to Starbucks or the cinema. The only formality, if you’re not coming straight from a park, is the security check at the entrance to the Village. Merchandise exclusive to a land or a season, though, is found in the shops inside the parks, which require a ticket.
