At a glance

Disney Style is the lifestyle shop (fashion and living) of Disney Village, right next to and connected with Disney Glamour.

Its look is packed with nods to Edna Mode, the eccentric designer from The Incredibles: the front features a mural of characters from the Pixar film, and inside is a contemporary showroom mixing marble floors, chrome mannequins, gold display stands, oval mirrors and gilded glass chandeliers.

The range is aimed first at young adults: Spirit Jerseys (the oversized lettered sweatshirts), fleeces, denim jackets, dresses, shirts, T-shirts, Loungefly backpacks, caps, tote bags and the Mickey sunglasses already known at Tokyo Disney Resort and Walt Disney World. Collaborations with Levi’s, Columbia and The Dress Shop complete the selection, along with ranges designed for "Disney bounding" (outfits inspired by the characters).

Three areas set the shop apart: a personalisation workshop (embroidery, printing and embossing on clothing and accessories), a Culture Vintage section (a second-hand brand founded in 2008 and focused on circular fashion) and a macaron stand with Disney characters, sold individually or in gift boxes.

What makes it stand out

Embroidery workshop and Disney macaron stand. This lifestyle shop has a personalisation workshop where you can have clothing and accessories bought in the shop embroidered, printed or embossed. There’s also an eco-friendly second-hand Culture Vintage corner and a stand selling Disney macarons decorated with the characters. The Levi’s, Columbia and Karl Lagerfeld collaborations sit alongside Spirit Jerseys and Mickey sunglasses never before sold in France.

My verdict

The fashion shop the Village was waiting for. The Edna Mode-inspired showroom is really well done, mural included: you come here for clothes, not for the soft toys.

My two habits: having something personalised at the embroidery workshop and rummaging through the second-hand Culture Vintage corner. And I can never leave without a few Disney macarons.

Your questions about this shop

01 Where can you shop for Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?

You have four main options: the shops in Disneyland Park (mainly on Main Street U.S.A. and in each land), the shops in Disney Adventure World, the shops in Disney Village (no park ticket needed) and your hotel shop if you’re staying at an official Disney Hotel. I go through the main shops in my dedicated article.

02 Which shops in Disney Village can you visit without a park ticket?

Yes. Disney Village is free to enter, with no ticket or checks. You’ll find several Disney shops there, including the big World of Disney store, as well as partner brands. It’s the ideal option if you just want to go shopping without paying for park entry.

03 Can you shop without carrying your bags all day?

Yes. The Shopping Service lets you have your purchases sent to a collection point, to pick up later in the shop, or as you leave the park in another shop, or even in the shop at your Disney Hotel. The service is free in most shops (above a minimum spend). Just ask the sales assistant when you pay.

04 What are the shops’ opening hours?

The shops in the parks roughly follow the parks’ opening hours, often opening a little earlier on Main Street U.S.A. and closing a little later after the night-time show. The Disney Village shops have their own opening hours, usually later into the evening. The exact times are in the Disneyland Paris app.

05 Can you order Disneyland Paris merchandise online?

There’s no official Disneyland Paris online shop. To buy from home, you can go to the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few Disneyland Paris-specific products. At the resort, you buy directly in the shops.
