At Disneyland Paris, you’re in one of the busiest places in Europe. With that many people packed into one spot, the cell network (4G or 5G) gets overloaded fast at peak times, and sometimes it’s hard just to open the app or send a photo. To make up for it, the park offers a free wifi network open to all guests, and it works even in the ride lines.
How do you get on the park wifi?
It only takes a few seconds, right from your phone’s settings. Here’s what to do.
Open your phone’s wifi settings
In your settings, go to the Wi-Fi section and look for the network called "Disneyland Paris".
Select the "Disneyland Paris" network
A login page opens automatically on your phone. If it doesn’t pop up on its own, open your browser and type in a web address (neverssl.com, for example): the login portal will show up. Fill out the short form with the details it asks for.
Confirm the welcome page
After you submit the form, the network’s welcome screen loads. Scroll to the bottom and hit the button to confirm.
You’re connected
You’re taken to the Disneyland Paris home page. Tap "Ok" in the top right corner: the wifi now works for your whole day.
Where does the wifi work at Disneyland Paris?
The network covers both parks, including the ride lines, which comes in handy for passing the time or checking your wait times. Coverage can still be spotty in some corners or when crowds peak. The Disney hotels also have their own free wifi, separate from the one in the parks.
Why stay connected?
Being online makes a big difference once you’re there, especially for running your day from your phone.
- Check live wait times and the map in the Disneyland Paris app
- Buy or activate Premier Access without leaving the line
- Find your PhotoPass and Magic Shots photos as the day goes on
- Be easy to reach and send your pictures to your loved ones
- Look up the day’s show and parade times

What if the wifi doesn’t work?
- Tap "forget the network" and reconnect from scratch (the most reliable fix)
- Turn wifi off and back on, or switch on airplane mode for a few seconds
- Wait and try again somewhere else: coverage depends on the crowds and where you are
- If nothing else helps, fall back on your cell data, which tends to be faster when it’s not peak time
Frequently asked questions
01 Is the Disneyland Paris Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Disneyland Paris offers a Wi-Fi network that’s free and open to all guests, with no charge and no time limit for the day.
02 Is there Wi-Fi at the Disney hotels?
Yes. The Disney hotels have their own free Wi-Fi, separate from the park network. You connect the same way, through the hotel’s network.
03 Does 4G or 5G work well inside the park?
Not always. Because the park is so crowded, cell towers quickly get overwhelmed at the busiest times. The park’s Wi-Fi tends to be more dependable for the app or for sharing your photos.
