Disneyland Paris wifi: how to get online for free

Want to stay connected during your visit, even when the crowds clog up the mobile network? Disneyland Paris offers free wifi. Here’s how to connect in a few steps, where it works and what I do first when the connection plays up.

At Disneyland Paris, you’re in one of the busiest places in Europe. With so many people in one spot, the mobile network (4G or 5G) quickly gets overloaded at peak times: sometimes it’s hard to open the app or send a photo. To make up for it, the park offers a free wifi network, open to all visitors, which works even in the attraction queues.

How to connect to the park wifi

Connecting takes just a few seconds, straight from your phone’s settings. Here’s what to do.

Step 1

Open your phone’s wifi settings

In your settings, go to Wi-Fi and look for the network called "Disneyland Paris".

Step 2

Select the "Disneyland Paris" network

A login page opens automatically on your phone. If it doesn’t open by itself, open your browser and type in a web address (for example neverssl.com): the login portal will appear. Fill in the short form with the details requested.

Step 3

Confirm the welcome page

Once you’ve sent the form, you land on the network’s welcome page. Scroll down and tap the confirmation button.

Step 4

You’re connected

You’re taken to the Disneyland Paris home page. Tap "Ok" at the top right: the wifi is now active for your whole day.

Where can you get wifi at Disneyland Paris?

The network covers both parks, including the attraction queues, which is handy for passing the time or keeping an eye on queue times. Coverage can still be patchy in some corners or at the busiest times. The Disney hotels also have their own free wifi, separate from the parks’ network.

Why stay connected?

Staying connected makes a real difference on the day, especially for running your day from your phone.

  • Check live queue times and the map in the Disneyland Paris app
  • Buy or activate Premier Access without leaving the queue
  • See your PhotoPass photos and Magic Shots throughout the day
  • Stay reachable and share your photos with family and friends
  • Check the times of the day’s shows and parades

What should you do if the wifi isn’t working?

  • "Forget this network" then reconnect from the start (the most reliable fix)
  • Turn wifi off and on again, or switch on aeroplane mode for a few seconds
  • Wait and try again a bit further on: coverage varies with crowds and location
  • As a last resort, switch to your mobile network, which runs more smoothly outside peak times

Frequently asked questions

01 Is the Disneyland Paris wifi free?

Yes. Disneyland Paris offers a wifi network that is free and open to all visitors, at no cost and with no time limit for the day.

02 Is there wifi in the Disney hotels?

Yes. Disney hotels have their own free wifi, separate from the parks’ network. You connect in the same way, through the hotel’s network.

03 Is 4G or 5G signal good in the park?

Not always. With so many visitors, mobile networks get overloaded quickly at peak times. The park wifi is often more reliable for using the app or sharing your photos.
