At a glance
Ki Space Hotel & Spa is a 4-star property with 274 rooms and suites. It became one of the Disneyland Paris partner hotels in 2025, after working alongside the Euro Disney Real Estate Development teams.
The architecture and decor lean contemporary and put connected technology front and center. The hotel says it is built on two guiding ideas: Ki, a life energy focused on well-being, and innovation, with connected devices built into the guest experience. Each floor is also designed around an element (water one floor up from the lobby, for example), so the decor changes from level to level.
Unlike the Disney hotels located right by the parks, Ki Space Hotel & Spa is a Disney partner hotel set in the middle of the Val d’Europe International Business Park. It caters both to families visiting Disneyland Paris and to business travelers: you’ll find coworking areas and flexible meeting rooms on top of the usual vacation amenities. Family rooms and kitchenettes in some of the units round out this dual approach.
For meals, the Nomad lounge bar and restaurant serves a menu on site, plus a breakfast buffet every morning (pastries, warm bread, organic eggs and cereal, local cheeses, and locally sourced yogurt and jams). The hotel also has a 23-meter heated indoor pool with a built-in hot tub, the Ki Spa by Eden des Sens, an equipped fitness room, and a free shuttle that gets you to Disneyland Paris in about ten minutes.
Modern design and wellness. This recently renovated partner hotel goes for a clean, contemporary vibe built around unplugging from your devices. You can enjoy a wellness center with an indoor pool, a sauna, and a fully equipped fitness room. The spacious family rooms have handy bunk beds that fit up to four kids.
History
Ki Space Hotel & Spa opened its doors in October 2025 inside Val d’Europe’s International Business Park. Built with the Real Estate Development by Euro Disney teams, it ranks among the most recent hotels to partner with Disneyland Paris.
This four-star, 274-room hotel shapes its offer around wellness and connected technology, with its Ki Spa by Eden des Sens, an indoor pool, and a coworking space.

Pros and cons
The highlights
- Official Disneyland Paris partner hotel
- Free shuttle that gets you to the parks in about 10 minutes
- 23-meter heated indoor pool with massage jets and an accessible built-in hot tub
The downsides
- Sits ten minutes away from the Disney parks, outside the resort area
- Getting to the parks mostly means taking the hotel’s own shuttle
- A partner hotel, not an official Disney hotel
My verdict
Ki Space Hotel & Spa stands out with a modern concept built on tech innovation and physical wellness, right in the Val d’Europe business district. It’s a new option aimed at a more mature crowd or demanding business travelers.
I haven’t stayed there or tried it myself. My take is based only on the hotel’s website, feedback from people I know, online reviews, and a visit limited to the hotel lobby. It joined the partner network in 2025, and the hotel offers a full spa and a 23-meter heated indoor pool. The technical descriptions point to plenty of connected features built in, and a dedicated shuttle gets you to the parks for free in ten minutes.
It’s ideal for couples who want to relax after the parks, or business travelers who need a solid coworking space. I don’t recommend it if you’re traveling with young kids who are expecting themed worlds or children’s entertainment.

Extra services
On top of that, Ki Space Hotel & Spa has a few added services that make your time there easier.
For anything tailored to you, it’s a good idea to contact the front desk before your trip to find out what’s available, how to book, and current prices, which can change depending on availability.

Your questions about this hotel
01 What’s the best Disney hotel for a couple without kids?
For a couple’s getaway, the Disneyland Hotel is still my top pick: a royal atmosphere, a princess theme, polished service, and it’s so close to the parks that heading back to your room is easy. Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel also wins over couples with its chic vibe and contemporary design inspired by Marvel artwork. If you want peace and quiet, Davy Crockett Ranch in the forest lets the two of you really unplug.
02 Which Disney hotel is best for a luxury stay?
By a long way, the Disneyland Hotel is the resort’s top luxury option. Since its full renovation, every floor carries a princess theme, and you’ll find a spa (named Le Spa du Château), gourmet restaurants, and the highly exclusive Castle Club. If you want the very best, Castle Club rooms add breakfast with the princesses, a private lounge, and a dedicated concierge. No other Disney hotel at the resort is rated luxury.
03 Official Disney hotel vs. partner hotel: what’s the difference?
An official Disney hotel is run by Disneyland Paris and comes with exclusive perks: Extra Magic Time in the morning before official opening, free delivery of your store purchases to the hotel, and a fully themed atmosphere. A partner hotel (Explorers, Adagio, B&B, and others) is a privately run hotel near the resort, usually cheaper, but without Extra Magic Time or the Disney theming. For me, staying at a Disney hotel really changes how immersed you feel, but if money is tight, partner hotels are still a decent option.
04 Disney hotel or partner hotel: which one should you pick?
It all depends on your budget and your game plan. Disney hotel: you get Extra Magic Time (entry to the parks up to 1 hour before official opening, on a selection of headline rides), delivery of your purchases to the hotel, the official shuttle service, and a themed atmosphere. Partner hotel (Explorers, Adagio, B&B, and others): prices are often lower, a free shuttle is usually offered but it isn’t an official Disney one, and breakfast isn’t always included in the rate (check when you book). For a first trip, I’d lean toward a Disney hotel. To make the most of your budget, go with a partner hotel.
05 Are there shuttles between the Disney hotels and the parks?
Yes, free shuttles serve most of the official Disney hotels. Some hotels are also within walking distance (Disneyland Hotel, Hotel New York, Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge). The Davy Crockett Ranch has no shuttle, so you really need a car there (its guests get free parking at the parks). You’ll find the schedule at the hotel front desk or in the Disneyland Paris app.
