At a glance
Ki Space Hotel & Spa is a 4-star hotel with 274 rooms and suites. It joined the Disneyland Paris partner hotel network in 2025, following a collaboration with Euro Disney’s Real Estate Development teams.
The architecture and interior design are resolutely contemporary, with plenty of room given to connected technology. The hotel is built around two guiding themes it openly claims: the idea of Ki, a vital energy focused on wellbeing, and innovation, with connected features built into the guest experience. Each floor is also decorated around an element (water on the first floor, for example), so the decor changes from one level to the next.
Unlike the Disney hotels located in the parks area, Ki Space Hotel & Spa is a Disney partner hotel set in the Val d’Europe International Business Park. It caters both for families visiting Disneyland Paris and for business travellers: you’ll find coworking spaces and flexible meeting rooms alongside the usual leisure offer. Family rooms and kitchenettes in some of the units round off this dual positioning.
For dining, the Nomad lounge restaurant-bar serves an à la carte menu, with a buffet breakfast every morning (pastries, warm bread, organic eggs and cereals, local cheeses, yoghurts and jams from short supply chains). The hotel also has a heated 23-metre indoor pool with built-in jacuzzi, the Ki Spa by Eden des Sens, an equipped gym and a free shuttle bus that takes you to Disneyland Paris in about ten minutes.
Modern design and wellbeing. This recently renovated partner hotel goes for a clean, contemporary feel focused on switching off from technology. You can enjoy a wellness centre with an indoor pool, a sauna and a fully equipped gym. The spacious family rooms have handy bunk beds to sleep up to four children.

Who it’s for
Pros and cons
Strong points
- Official Disneyland Paris partner hotel
- Free shuttle bus to the parks in about 10 minutes
- Heated 23-metre indoor pool with massage jets and a built-in accessible jacuzzi
Weak points
- The hotel is ten minutes from the Disney parks, not on the resort itself
- Getting to the parks mainly relies on the hotel’s own shuttle
- It’s a partner hotel, not an official Disney hotel
My verdict
The Ki Space Hotel & Spa stands out with a modern approach focused on technology and physical wellbeing, in the Val d’Europe business district. It’s a recent option aimed at a more mature crowd or demanding business travellers.
I haven’t stayed there or tried it myself. My view is based only on the hotel’s website, feedback from people I know, online reviews and a visit to the hotel lobby. The hotel joined the partner network in 2025 and offers a full spa and a heated 23-metre indoor pool. The technical descriptions show a lot of built-in connected equipment, and a dedicated shuttle runs free to the parks in ten minutes.
Ideal for couples wanting to relax after the parks or business travellers who need a good coworking space. Not recommended if you’re travelling with young children who expect themed worlds or kids’ entertainment.

Your questions about this hotel
01 Which Disney hotel should couples without kids choose?
For a couple’s stay, the Disneyland Hotel is still my first choice: royal atmosphere, princess theming, polished service, and being right next to the parks makes it easy to pop back to your room. The Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel also appeals to couples with its stylish atmosphere and contemporary design inspired by Marvel artwork. If you want peace and quiet, the Davy Crockett Ranch in the forest is a proper getaway for two.
02 Which Disney hotel for a luxury stay?
The Disneyland Hotel is the resort’s luxury hotel, by a long way. Fully renovated, it has princess theming on every floor, a spa called Le Spa du Château, fine-dining restaurants and the very exclusive Castle Club. For the ultimate stay, Castle Club rooms include breakfast with the princesses, a private lounge and a dedicated concierge. It is the only Disney hotel in the resort rated as luxury.
03 What’s the difference between an official Disney hotel and a partner hotel?
An official Disney hotel is run by Disneyland Paris and gives you exclusive perks: Extra Magic Time in the morning before the parks officially open, free delivery of your shop purchases to the hotel and a fully themed setting. A partner hotel (such as Explorers, Adagio or B&B) is a privately run hotel near the resort, usually cheaper, but without Extra Magic Time or Disney theming. For me, staying in a Disney hotel really makes a difference to the immersion, but if your budget is tight, the partner hotels are a decent option.
04 Is it better to stay in a Disney hotel or a partner hotel?
It all depends on your budget and your strategy. Disney hotel: you get Extra Magic Time (access to the parks up to 1 hour before official opening on some headline rides), delivery of your shopping to the hotel, the official shuttle bus and a themed atmosphere. Partner hotel (Explorers, Adagio or B&B, among others): prices are often lower, a free shuttle is usually provided but it isn’t an official Disney one, and breakfast isn’t always included in the price (check when you book). For a first stay, I’d tend to recommend a Disney hotel. To keep the budget down, a partner hotel.
05 Are there shuttle buses between the Disney hotels and the parks?
Yes, free shuttle buses serve most of the official Disney hotels. Some hotels are also within walking distance (Disneyland Hotel, Hotel New York, Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge). The Davy Crockett Ranch has no shuttle: you really need a car (parking at the parks is free for its guests). The timetables are available at hotel reception or in the Disneyland Paris app.
