Yes: anyone can use the Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel, hotel guests or not. Booking a treatment works the same whether you have a room at the Disneyland Hotel or not, and you don’t even need a park ticket. Just one catch: you have to reserve in advance.

Since the Disneyland Hotel, the 5★ property standing at the gates of Disneyland Park, reopened on January 25, 2024, it has housed this premium spa, a partnership with the Clarins brand. Below, I cover the treatment menu, ballpark prices, how non-guests get in, and the steps to book.

The Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel

Clarins is the partner brand behind the Disneyland Hotel spa. Fitting the hotel’s 5★ standing, it offers premium treatments in private treatment rooms. One treatment is exclusive to the Disneyland Hotel: the signature "Soin Signature Royale Détente," which lasts 1 hour 45 minutes. There are four treatment rooms in all, and three of them are set up for couples if you’d like to come together.

Keep in mind that the Clarins spa (the treatment rooms) and the hotel’s wellness area with its pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are separate. Only guests with a room at the Disneyland Hotel can use the wellness area. Booking a treatment on its own, without an overnight stay, doesn’t get you into the pool or the steam room.

Open to everyone, by reservation

Staying at the Disneyland Hotel isn’t required to enjoy the spa. On treatment day, here’s how it works in practice: head to the Disneyland Hotel entrance and bring the email confirming your booking plus a photo ID. Together, they get you inside the hotel so you can make your way to the spa.

Prices

What you pay depends on which treatment you pick and how long it runs. For a ballpark: a short massage of around 30 minutes begins at roughly €80, and the longer rituals or top-tier parent-child packages can come close to €290. Facials and some of the rituals land in the middle.

These amounts are a guide only and change from season to season. For exact prices in 2026, refer to the PDF treatment menu above, which remains the up-to-date document.

How do you book?

It’s best to book ahead: time slots are limited and go fast, especially on weekends and during school breaks. You have two options: booking online on the spa’s own website, or booking by phone directly with the spa.

You can also ask the concierge on-site to book for you, though there’s a good chance it’ll be fully booked, particularly in peak season. The spa opens daily from 10:00 to 20:00.

  • Online On the spa’s dedicated website, to book your time slot ahead.
  • By phone Call the spa directly to reserve and get answers about the treatments.
  • At the concierge On-site, possible but often full in peak season.

Good to know

  • Minimum age Treatments aren’t suitable for children under 6. Kids’ treatments are offered from ages 6 to 16, and adult treatments from age 15.
  • Accompanied children Children under 13 must be accompanied throughout the treatment.
  • Access You reach the spa through the Disneyland Hotel entrance. Non-guests show their confirmation email and a photo ID.
  • Hours Open every day, from 10:00 to 20:00.
  • Booking for a child A responsible adult has to make any reservation for a child.
