No. Since November 1, 2025, you can no longer walk into the Disneyland Hotel freely. Entry is limited to guests staying overnight and to visitors with a confirmed reservation for one of the hotel’s services: a restaurant, the Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel, the Mon Rêve Royal experience (a makeover for kids), or the meeting and event space. Without a reservation, staff at the door won’t let you in.
So you still don’t have to spend the night to see the inside, but you do need a good reason to be there. This rule covers the entrance to the Disneyland Hotel and still applies in 2026. Below, I explain who can get in, how, and what you’ll find inside.
Can you go in without staying there?
The short answer is no, not without a reason. Before November 1, 2025, anyone could stroll in, with no reservation and no hotel stay, to look around the public areas, admire the lobby and the decor, browse the gift shop, or grab a drink at the bar. That’s no longer possible.
Since then, only two kinds of people can get in: guests staying at the Disneyland Hotel and people who have booked a specific hotel service (a meal, the spa, Mon Rêve Royal, or a business event). If you’re visiting the park for the day with no reservation, you won’t get in, not even for a few minutes.
How can you get into the Disneyland Hotel without spending the night?
To get in without staying there, you need to book one of the hotel’s services ahead of time. Your reservation works as your entry pass. Here are your options.
- A restaurant Book a table at Royal Banquet (character dining with Disney characters), La Table de Lumière, or La Forêt Secrète (fine dining).
- The Clarins spa Booking a treatment gets you into the hotel. All the details are in the Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel.
- The Mon Rêve Royal experience The makeover experience for kids, by reservation.
- The meeting and event space For professionals booking a room or an event.
When you get there, the Cast Members stationed at the door will want to see your confirmation email, and possibly a photo ID too. If there’s no valid booking under your name, they’ll turn you away. Entering the hotel doesn’t require a Disneyland Park ticket: the booking is all that matters.

Who can enter the Disneyland Hotel without staying there (rule in effect in 2026)
Why is access restricted?
Disneyland Paris hasn’t officially explained why it brought in this restriction. What follows is the likely explanation, not an official statement.
The checks seem mainly meant to keep things calm for the people staying at the hotel. Back when anyone could walk in, some visitors would spend hours in the public areas, and hotel guests paid the price: crowds around the character appearances, a packed lobby, and exclusive merchandise in the shop selling out fast. Limiting entry to hotel guests and people with a service booking helps cut down on all that.
How access has changed since 2024
- January 25 to February 17, 2024 When the hotel reopens, only Disneyland Hotel guests are allowed in.
- From February 17, 2024 The hotel opens to everyone through a reservation on the Lineberty app.
- June 2024 Free entry for all, with no reservation needed. Anyone can walk in.
- Since November 1, 2025 Entry checks are back. Only hotel guests and visitors with a confirmed reservation can enter. The rule still applies in 2026.

Frequently asked questions
01 Can you visit the Disneyland Hotel without staying there?
No, not freely anymore since November 1, 2025. Entry is limited to hotel guests and to visitors holding a confirmed reservation for one of the hotel’s services (restaurant, a treatment at the Clarins spa, the Mon Rêve Royal experience, or a seminar). You can no longer just walk into the lobby. To visit, book a meal or a treatment in advance and show your confirmation at the entrance.
02 Is a park ticket required to enter the Disneyland Hotel or eat at its restaurant?
No. You don’t need a park ticket: what gets you in is your confirmed reservation for a Disneyland Hotel service (restaurant, spa, and so on). You enter straight through the hotel lobby by showing your confirmation email, without going through the park entrance gates.
03 How do you book your way into the Disneyland Hotel?
Book one of the hotel’s services ahead of time: a table at a restaurant, a treatment at the Clarins spa, the Mon Rêve Royal experience, or a meeting room. Bookings go through official Disneyland Paris channels (the website, the app, or the restaurants’ phone line).
04 Can you go in just to see the store or have a drink?
No, not without a booking. Since November 2025, the store and the bar have been open only to hotel guests and to visitors who have booked one of the hotel’s services.
