At Disneyland Paris, the 4-star and 5-star hotels each have a wellness area with a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub, and a gym. If you’re a hotel guest, you can use them as part of your stay at no extra charge, and you usually get in through the pool area. Only the treatments at the Spa by Clarins, at the Disneyland Hotel, cost extra and need to be booked separately.
The budget hotels (Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe, Davy Crockett Ranch) don’t have a sauna or a steam room. Below, I go through it hotel by hotel. For everything about the pools themselves, see my article on the hotel pools.
Which Disney hotels have a sauna and a steam room?
Only four Disney hotels offer both a sauna and a steam room:
- the Disneyland Hotel (5 stars), where they’re part of the Crystal Pool & Health Club,
- the Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel (4 stars), where they’re part of the Metro Pool & Health Club,
- the Newport Bay Club (4 stars),
- the Sequoia Lodge (4 stars), where they’re part of the Quarry Pool & Health Club.
In every case, you’ll also find a hot tub and a gym next to the sauna and steam room. Only adults are allowed in these spaces.
You won’t find a sauna or a steam room at three of the hotels: the Disney Hotel Cheyenne, the Disney Hotel Santa Fe, and the Davy Crockett Ranch. On top of that, there’s no pool at all at the Cheyenne or the Santa Fe. The Davy Crockett Ranch does offer a heated indoor pool, plus a hot tub that only adults can use.
So to sum up for the ranch: yes to a hot tub, but no sauna, no steam room, and no gym.
Which Disney hotel should you pick for the sauna and steam room?
| Hotel | Sauna | Steam room | Hot tub | Gym |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Disneyland Hotel (5 stars) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel (4 stars) | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |

Disneyland Hotel: the Crystal Pool & Health Club
The resort’s 5-star hotel has a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub, and a gym, grouped together in the Crystal Pool & Health Club around the heated indoor pool. Hotel guests get in for free. The sauna and steam room are for adults only.
Don’t mix this area up with the Spa by Clarins, which is also at the Disneyland Hotel: the Spa by Clarins offers treatments (massages, facials, and body treatments) that you pay for and book ahead. Scroll down to the section on what’s included and what costs extra.
Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel: the Metro Pool & Health Club
This 4-star hotel offers a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub, and a gym, all in the Metro Pool & Health Club (plus an outdoor workout space called the Hero Training Zone). Hotel guests get in for free. The sauna and steam room are separated by gender and for adults only.
Newport Bay Club: the wellness area
The Newport Bay Club (4 stars) has a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub, and a gym, free for hotel guests. The sauna and steam room are for adults only, and you can use the gym all day long.
The indoor pool is heated year-round, and an outdoor pool opens in summer. For everything about the pools, see my article on the hotel pools.
Sequoia Lodge: the Quarry Pool & Health Club
Despite what you may hear, the 4-star Sequoia Lodge offers a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub, and a fitness room, grouped together inside the Quarry Pool & Health Club. Among the Disney hotels, its pool complex ranks as one of the biggest. Only adults can use the sauna and steam room.
Keep in mind: the Sequoia Lodge is being renovated in phases (the first renovated rooms open in early 2027, and the rest of the hotel comes after that), but the services and activities, wellness area included, stay open during construction.
Are the sauna and steam room free or extra?
This is the question I hear most. The sauna, steam room, hot tub, and gym are free for hotel guests: there’s nothing extra to pay, and you usually get in through the pool area.
The only paid option is the Spa by Clarins, at the Disneyland Hotel. It’s all about treatments (massages, facials, body treatments, manicures), billed separately and booked in advance. So it’s a different service from the included wellness area. For prices and the full list of treatments, see the Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel.

To compare the pools, the slides, and the pool hours, read the Disney hotel pools. For the paid treatments and what they cost, read the Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel.
To compare all the hotels (prices, location, amenities), take a look at all the hotels side by side.
Worth noting too: a few partner hotels close to the park have their own wellness facilities. Here, though, I’m only covering the hotels run by Disney.
