The 4-star and 5-star hotels at Disneyland Paris have a wellness area with a sauna, steam room, hot tub and gym. For hotel guests, these facilities are included in your stay at no extra cost, and you usually reach them through the pool area. Only the treatments at the Spa by Clarins, at the Disneyland Hotel, cost extra and need booking separately.
The cheapest hotels (Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe, Davy Crockett Ranch) have no sauna or steam room. This article goes through them hotel by hotel. For details of the pools themselves, see the article on the hotel pools.
Which Disney hotels have a sauna and steam room?
Four Disney hotels have a sauna and a steam room:
- the Disneyland Hotel (5 stars), in the Crystal Pool & Health Club.
- Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel (4 stars), in the Metro Pool & Health Club.
- Newport Bay Club (4 stars).
- Sequoia Lodge (4 stars), in the Quarry Pool & Health Club.
In each case, the sauna and steam room come with a hot tub and a gym. These areas are for adults only.
Three hotels have no sauna or steam room: the Disney Hotel Cheyenne, the Disney Hotel Santa Fe and the Davy Crockett Ranch. The Cheyenne and the Santa Fe have no pool either. The Davy Crockett Ranch, on the other hand, has a heated indoor pool with an adults-only hot tub.
In short, for the Ranch: a hot tub yes, but no sauna, no steam room and no gym.

Disneyland Hotel: the Crystal Pool & Health Club
The resort’s 5-star hotel has a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub and a gym, all in the Crystal Pool & Health Club around the heated indoor pool. Access is included for hotel guests. The sauna and steam room are for adults only.
Be careful not to confuse this area with the Spa by Clarins, also at the Disneyland Hotel: the Spa by Clarins offers treatments (massages, facials and body treatments) that are paid extras and need booking. See the section below on included or paid access.
Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel: the Metro Pool & Health Club
This 4-star hotel has a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub and a gym, all in the Metro Pool & Health Club (with an outdoor training area, the Hero Training Zone). Access is included for hotel guests. The sauna and steam room are single-sex and for adults only.
Newport Bay Club: the wellness area
The Newport Bay Club (4-star) has a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub and a gym, included for hotel guests. The sauna and steam room are for adults only, and the gym is open all day.
The indoor pool is heated all year round, and an outdoor pool opens in summer. For details of the pools, see the article on the hotel pools.
Sequoia Lodge: the Quarry Pool & Health Club
Sequoia Lodge (4 stars) does have a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub and a gym, all in the Quarry Pool & Health Club. It’s one of the largest pool areas of the Disney hotels. The sauna and steam room are for adults only.
Good to know: Sequoia Lodge is being renovated in stages (the first renovated rooms are available from early 2027, with the rest of the hotel following), but services and activities, including the wellness area, stay open during the work.
Are the sauna and steam room included or extra?
This is the question that comes up most often. The sauna, steam room, hot tub and gym are included for hotel guests: you don’t pay anything extra, and you usually get in through the pool area.
The only paid option is the Spa by Clarins, at the Disneyland Hotel. It offers treatments (massages, facials and body treatments, manicures) charged separately and booked in advance. So it’s a different service from the included wellness area. For prices and treatment details, see the Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel.
