Yes, the Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel is open to everyone, not just hotel guests. You can book a treatment whether or not you’re staying at the Disneyland Hotel, and even without a park ticket. The only condition: book ahead.
The Disneyland Hotel, the 5★ hotel at the entrance to Disneyland Park, has been home to this premium spa, run in partnership with Clarins, since it reopened (on 25 January 2024). Here you’ll find the treatments on offer, rough prices, access conditions for non-residents and how to book.
The Clarins spa at the Disneyland Hotel
The Disneyland Hotel spa is run in partnership with Clarins. It matches the hotel’s 5★ positioning, with premium treatments given in treatment rooms. The spa also offers a signature treatment exclusive to the Disneyland Hotel, the "Soin Signature Royale Détente" (1 hour 45 minutes). The spa has four treatment rooms, three of them for couples, so you can come as a pair.
Good to know: the Clarins spa (the treatment rooms) is separate from the hotel’s wellness area with its pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. That area is reserved for guests staying at the Disneyland Hotel. If you only book a treatment without staying there, you don’t get access to the pool or the steam room.

Prices depend on the treatment you choose and how long it lasts. To give you a rough idea: a short massage (around 30 minutes) starts at about €80, while the longer rituals and premium parent and child packages can come close to €290. Facials and some rituals sit somewhere in between.
These amounts are a guide only and change from season to season. For exact prices in 2026, check the treatment menu in the PDF above, which is the up-to-date document.
