What is the Shopping Service?
The Shopping Service (also called the package delivery service) is a free service that saves you from carrying your bags. You shop in a store, pay, and then ask at the register to have your purchases sent to the service. They’re packed up and held for you, and you collect them at the end of the day.
It’s convenient: you can do your shopping early in the morning, then enjoy the rides with your hands free instead of hauling bags until evening. The service works in the shops, not at kiosks or with roaming vendors.
Luggage storage is a different thing: there, you pay to rent a locker. The Shopping Service costs nothing and handles only the items you buy in the shops.
The conditions
The Shopping Service is free: the service itself costs you nothing. The only requirement is a minimum spend of about €50 per shop. That minimum is counted shop by shop, not across your whole day.
You drop off your items at the register when you pay, until 14:30. After that, your purchases can’t be prepared in time for that same evening. So make sure you hand over your bags before then.

How does it work?
Pick and pay for your items
Pick out what you want in a shop and check out at the register. The roughly €50 minimum is counted for that shop alone, except when an eligible Visa card covers the bill.
Ask for the Shopping Service
At the register, ask the Cast Member to use the Shopping Service and tell them where you’d like to collect your purchases: the shop in your Disney hotel or the Disney Village shop.
Your items are packed and held
Your purchases are wrapped up and kept for the day. Hang on to your receipt: you’ll be asked for it when you pick them up.
Collect everything in the evening
At the end of the day, head to the pickup point you chose with your receipt. Pickup starts at 20:00, at Disney Village as well as in the hotel shops.

Why use it?
The first benefit is not having to carry your bags all day. Your hands stay free for rides, lines, and meals, and you don’t have to keep an eye on your purchases. It’s the service I use whenever I buy something early in the day.
The second is being able to shop early. Lots of guests wait until the end of the day to buy their souvenirs, which makes the shops packed around closing time. By shopping in the morning or early afternoon, you skip the crowds and pick everything up at your own pace in the evening.

Yes, with the free Shopping Service. You leave your purchases at the register (drop-off until 14:30) and pick them up in the evening instead of carrying them all day: from 20:00, at the Disney Village shop or at the shop in your Disney hotel if you’re staying there. A minimum spend of about €50 per shop applies, waived with an eligible physical Visa card. Pickup at the Village works even if you aren’t staying at a hotel.
