What is the Shopping Service?
The Shopping Service (also called the purchase delivery service) is a free service that saves you carrying your bags. You buy something in a shop, pay for it, then ask at the till to hand your purchases over to the service. They’re wrapped and kept for you, and you collect them at the end of the day.
It’s handy: you can do your shopping early in the morning, then enjoy the rides hands-free, without carrying your bags until the evening. The service works in the shops, not at kiosks or with street vendors.
Don’t confuse it with luggage storage, which is a paid locker service: the Shopping Service is free and only covers your purchases from the shops.
The conditions
The Shopping Service is free: you pay nothing for the service itself. The only condition is a minimum spend of about €50 per shop. This minimum is counted shop by shop, not across your whole day.
You drop off your purchases at the till when you buy them, until 14:30. After that, your purchases can’t be prepared in time for the same evening. So remember to hand over your bags before then.

How does it work?
Choose and pay for your purchases
Pick your items in a shop and pay at the till. The minimum of about €50 applies to that shop, unless you pay with an eligible Visa card.
Ask for the Shopping Service
At the till, ask the Cast Member to use the Shopping Service and say where you’d like to collect your purchases: the shop in your Disney hotel or the shop in Disney Village.
Your purchases are wrapped and kept
Your items are wrapped and kept for the day. Hold on to your receipt: you’ll be asked for it when you collect them.
Collect everything in the evening
At the end of the day, go to the collection point you chose with your receipt. Collection is possible from 20:00, at Disney Village as well as in the hotel shops.

Why use it?
The first benefit is not carrying your bags all day. You keep your hands free for the rides, the queues and meals, without having to keep an eye on your shopping. It’s the service I use whenever I buy something early in the day.
The second is being able to shop early. Lots of visitors wait until the end of the day to buy their souvenirs, which makes the shops packed at closing time. By shopping in the morning or early afternoon, you avoid the crowds and collect everything at your leisure in the evening.

01 Can I have my purchases sent to my hotel or to the exit (Shopping Service)?
Yes, with the free Shopping Service. You hand over your purchases at the till (drop-off until 14:30) and collect them in the evening without carrying them all day: from 20:00, at the shop in Disney Village or at your Disney hotel’s shop if you’re staying there. A minimum spend of around €50 per shop applies, waived with an eligible physical Visa card. Collection at the Village works even if you’re not staying at a hotel.

You choose your collection point when you drop them off: the shop at your Disney hotel or the shop in Disney Village. Collection starts from 20:00, at Disney Village and at the hotel shops alike. Remember to keep your receipt.
