Yes, Disneyland Paris hotel shuttles are free. They’re buses that connect the Disney hotels and most partner hotels to both parks all day long, so you don’t need your car.
Booked an official Disney hotel (other than the Disneyland Hotel or the Davy Crockett Ranch) or a partner hotel? Then you simply board, ride a few minutes, step off close to the park gates, and you’re done.
Below, I cover which hotels offer a shuttle, the exact pickup point (north or south bus station, and even the platform), how frequently buses come, and the faster alternatives if you’re short on time.
The shuttle service in a nutshell
The shuttle is free, for the official Disney hotels and the partner hotels alike. It’s only for hotel guests, so carry proof of your stay (hotel card or booking confirmation), since you may be asked for it.
Every shuttle pulls into one of two bus stations (the spot where buses wait between runs), each a short walk from the park gates: the north bus station and the south bus station.
Depending on your hotel, you’ll leave from and come back to one or the other, from a specific platform. Signs on site show the routes. If you’re not sure, the easiest thing is to ask your hotel’s front desk.
Disney hotel shuttles
Among the official Disney hotels, five run a free bus to the parks:
- Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel
- Disney Newport Bay Club
- Disney Sequoia Lodge
- Disney Hotel Cheyenne
- Disney Hotel Santa Fe
All of these shuttles leave from and return to the north bus station (platform 2 for the Disney routes). They run all day, with regular departures. The ride is short, and some shuttles stop at several Disney hotels in a row. In that case, allow a few extra minutes.

Partner hotel shuttles
Partner hotels of Disneyland Paris run a free shuttle to the parks too, and it typically takes 10 to 15 min to get there. These are the partner hotels:
- Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe
- Staycity Aparthotels
- Ki Space Hotel & Spa
- Aparthotel Adagio Val d’Europe
- B&B Hotel
- Campanile Val de France
- Explorers Fabulous Hotels Group
Ki Space Hotel & Spa joined the partner list recently (it opened in 2025) and sits a bit farther out, which is why its bus needs more like 15 to 20 min.
Some other hotels nearby, not official partners (it varies over time), still operate a free shuttle of their own: the Radisson Blu Hotel, the Grand Magic Hotel, the Dream Castle Hotel, and the Hôtel HiPark. You use it the same way, but since each hotel runs its own service, ask the hotel for the schedule.

North or south bus station?
Shuttles at Disneyland Paris stop at a bus station, and there are two of them: the north bus station and the south bus station. Both sit within a few minutes’ walk of the park gates. The one you’ll use is set by your hotel, as shown in the table below.
Once there, follow the signs for the routes and departure platforms. In the evening, you catch the shuttle back from the same bus station, and the signs point you the right way.
| Hotel | Bus station |
|---|---|
| Official Disney shuttles (platform 2) | North bus station |
| B&B Hotel | North bus station |
| Campanile Val de France | North bus station |

Hours, frequency, and travel time
Buses run from morning to night and come by often. The earliest ones set off before park opening, so you can arrive right at the start of the day. The latest ones leave after closing, or after the nighttime show on nights it’s scheduled, and bring you back to your hotel.
At the Disney hotels, buses come by close together (around one every 12 min), which keeps the wait short most of the time. Frequency and exact times still depend on the hotel and the season (service hours stretch longer in summer).
Want the precise time of your hotel’s first and last bus? Ask the front desk when you check in, that’s the most reliable way.
Ride times run 10 to 15 min from most partner hotels and roughly 15 to 20 min from the Ki Space Hotel & Spa, which is farther away.
Two factors can stretch the ride a bit: a bus that stops at several hotels one after another on its way to the parks, and rush periods (mornings at opening, evenings after the show). Build in a small buffer on those days.
Are the shuttles accessible?
The shuttles can take strollers (folded) and, in most cases, wheelchairs, with a ramp and a dedicated space on board. There’s also special transportation for guests with reduced mobility at platform A of the north bus station.
If you’re traveling with someone with reduced mobility, let your hotel’s front desk know. They’ll tell you which shuttle is suitable and the most convenient time. If you have specific needs, it’s best to arrange things with the hotel ahead of your trip.
Other options from your hotel
Free buses are the easiest way to go, yet you have other choices. Based on where you’re staying and how much you want to spend, here’s how else you can reach the parks.
- Private shuttle (VIP) offered by some hotels only, on request. It’s faster (about 5 to 10 min) and drops you off directly, with no stops along the way. Ask at the front desk whether your hotel offers it and on what terms.
- By car about a 5 to 10 min drive, plus around ten minutes on foot from the parking lot to the entrances. Parking is included if you booked your stay through Disneyland Paris. Otherwise, plan on about €30/day. It’s all covered in my parking guide.
- On foot an option from the hotels nearest the parks, as long as the weather and distance cooperate. The front desk can tell you which way to go.

Which Disney hotels can you walk to?
From the parks, you can stroll to several Disney hotels on a lakeside path around Lake Disney. Walking there often beats waiting for a bus, and it’s nicer too. Approximate times on foot are below.
| Hotel | On foot |
|---|---|
| Disneyland Hotel | At the entrance to Disneyland Park |
| Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel | about 10 min |
| Newport Bay Club | about 15 min |
| Sequoia Lodge | about 15 min |
| Hotel Cheyenne | about 20 min |
| Hotel Santa Fe | about 20 min |
Walking times between the Disney hotels and the park entrance
The Davy Crockett Ranch and the partner hotels are another story: walking isn’t an option, so plan on the shuttle or a car.
