Disneyland Paris hotel shuttle buses: a practical guide

Free, frequent and no car needed: here’s how the Disneyland Paris hotel shuttle buses work, linking the Disney hotels and partner hotels to the parks.

Yes, the Disneyland Paris hotel shuttle buses are free. They link the Disney hotels and most partner hotels to both parks, all day long, without you needing your car.

If you’re staying at an official Disney hotel (except the Disneyland Hotel and the Davy Crockett Ranch) or at a partner hotel, you get on, you get off a few minutes from the entrances and that’s it.

In this guide, I explain which hotels have a shuttle, where to catch it (north or south bus station and even the bay), how often it runs and what other options you have if you want to get there faster.

The shuttle service at a glance

The shuttle is free, for official Disney hotels and partner hotels alike. It’s reserved for hotel guests: keep proof of your stay (hotel card or booking confirmation) on you, as it may be checked.

The shuttles drop you at one of the two bus stations (where the buses park and leave from), a few minutes’ walk from the park entrances: the north bus station and the south bus station.

Depending on your hotel, you leave from and come back to one or the other, from a specific bay. Signs on site show the routes. If in doubt, the easiest thing is to ask at your hotel reception.

Free Disney Hotel shuttle buses

Five official Disney hotels have a free shuttle to the parks:

  • Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel
  • Disney Newport Bay Club
  • Disney Sequoia Lodge
  • Disney Hotel Cheyenne
  • Disney Hotel Santa Fe

These shuttles all leave from and return to the north bus station (the second bay for the Disney routes). They run all day, at regular intervals. The ride is short, and some shuttles serve several Disney hotels in a row: in that case, allow a few extra minutes.

Shuttle buses from the partner hotels

The Disneyland Paris partner hotels also offer a free shuttle to the parks. The ride usually takes 10 to 15 min. Here are the partner hotels:

  • Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe
  • Staycity Aparthotels
  • Ki Space Hotel & Spa
  • Aparthotel Adagio Val d’Europe
  • B&B Hotel
  • Campanile Val de France
  • Explorers Fabulous Hotels Group

The Ki Space Hotel & Spa is a recent partner (opened in 2025) and a little further away: the shuttle takes more like 15 to 20 min.

Other nearby hotels that aren’t official partners (depending on the period) still run their own free shuttle: the Radisson Blu Hotel, the Grand Magic Hotel, the Dream Castle Hotel and the HiPark hotel. It works the same way, but the service is run by the hotel, so check the times with the hotel directly.

North or south bus station?

The Disneyland Paris bus station is where the shuttles stop. There are two of them, the north bus station and the south bus station, both a few minutes’ walk from the park entrances. Which one you use depends on your hotel, as the table below sums up.

Once there, follow the signs showing the routes and departure bays. In the evening, to get back, you catch the shuttle from the same bus station: the signs will guide you.

Times, frequency and journey time

The shuttles run all day, at frequent intervals. The first ones leave before the parks open, so you can be there first thing in the morning. The last ones leave after closing time, or after the night-time show on evenings when there is one, to take you back to your hotel.

For the Disney hotels, the buses come round often (roughly one every 12 min), so the wait is usually short. The frequency and exact times do vary by hotel and season, though (the service runs longer hours in summer).

To find out the exact time of the first and last shuttle from your hotel, your best bet is to ask at reception on the day you arrive.

As for journey time, allow 10 to 15 min from most partner hotels and around 15 to 20 min from the Ki Space Hotel & Spa, which is further away.

Two things can make the ride a little longer: when the shuttle serves several hotels in a row before reaching the parks, and at the busiest times (in the morning at opening, in the evening after the show). Leave yourself a bit of extra time on those days.

Are the shuttles accessible?

The shuttles take pushchairs (folded) and most of them take wheelchairs too, with a ramp and a dedicated space on board. A specific transport service for people with reduced mobility is also available at bay A of the north bus station.

If you’re travelling with someone with reduced mobility, let your hotel reception know: they’ll tell you which shuttle is suitable and the most convenient time. If you have specific needs, it’s best to sort things out with the hotel before you travel.

Other options from your hotel

The free shuttle is still the simplest solution, but it isn’t the only one. Depending on your hotel and your budget, you have other ways to get to the parks.

  • The private (VIP) shuttle offered by some hotels only, on request. It’s faster (around 5 to 10 min) and drops you off directly, with no stops on the way. Ask at reception whether your hotel offers it and on what terms.
  • By car around 5 to 10 min by road, plus about ten minutes’ walk from the car park to the entrances. Parking is included if you booked your stay through Disneyland Paris. Otherwise, expect around €30/day. It’s all covered in my parking guide.
  • On foot possible from the hotels closest to the parks, if the weather and the distance allow. Ask at reception about the route.

Which Disney hotels can you walk to?

Several Disney hotels are within walking distance of the parks, along a path beside Lake Disney. It’s often quicker and more pleasant than waiting for the shuttle. Here are the rough walking times.
