At a glance
Fjord View Shop, a name that says it all (a store with a view of the fjord), stands on the banks of the Arendelle fjord, across from the Nordic Crowns Tavern restaurant, and looks out toward Arendelle Castle.
The store is designed like a local market in the kingdom. Above its colorful sign hangs a stylized metal rowboat, and the sign itself is painted with rosemaling, the swirling floral motifs of traditional Norwegian decorative painting.
The shelves are filled with toys, figures, and collectibles from the land: a station of mini figures you customize by filling a jar, plus the World of Frozen product lines featuring Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff, Sven, and the Snowgies.
What you can only get here: Rúna, the interactive baby troll from Arendelle (€70, Disneyland Pass discounts not accepted). This little companion reacts to touch, blinks, wiggles its ears, lights up, and chats with other trolls through over 50 sounds and movements. It also responds to various spots around the land and to Queens Anna and Elsa. It comes with a carrying bag shaped like a flower pot, and taking it home starts with an adoption ceremony.
A makeover area completes the store. It’s all about getting ready for the Snowflower Festival, with themed makeup and hairstyles inspired by Anna and Elsa’s outfits.
Adopting Rúna, the interactive baby troll. This 62 m² kiosk is the only place to get Rúna, a baby troll from Arendelle priced at €70. It reacts when you touch it, blinks, lights up, and talks to other trolls with over 50 sounds and movements. It also responds to various spots around the land and to Anna and Elsa, and an adoption ceremony takes place before you leave with it.

Best time to go
Stop by when the water show isn’t running, once the fjord docks have quieted down again.

Your questions about this shop
01 Where can you buy Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?
There are four main places to shop: Disneyland Park (Main Street U.S.A. above all, plus every land), Disney Adventure World, Disney Village (open to everyone, no park ticket required), and, if you book an official Disney hotel, the shop inside your hotel. My dedicated article walks you through the main shops.
02 Is there a way to shop without lugging bags around all day?
Yes. The Shopping Service lets you have your purchases sent to a pickup point, so you can collect them later at the same shop, at another shop on your way out of the park, or even at your Disney hotel’s shop. The service is free in most shops (with a minimum purchase). Just ask the cast member at checkout.
03 What are the shop hours?
Shops inside the parks roughly follow park hours, often opening a little earlier on Main Street U.S.A. and closing a little later after the nighttime show. Disney Village shops have their own hours, usually running later into the evening. You’ll find the exact hours in the Disneyland Paris app.
04 Can you buy Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
There’s no official Disneyland Paris online store. To shop from home, you can use the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few items specific to Disneyland Paris. At the resort itself, you buy everything directly in the shops.
