Many people call Toy Story Playland Boutique simply Barrel of Monkeys. You’ll spot it in the middle of Toy Story Playland, part of the Worlds of Pixar land.
Its design is based on the famous Barrel of Monkeys game: dozens of colorful monkeys seem to climb up the building and through the trees around it. The shop is part of the area’s storytelling, which is meant to make you feel shrunk to the size of a toy in Andy’s backyard, where bamboo stands in for giant blades of grass.
The modest sales floor offers Toy Story franchise merchandise: toys of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Rex, or Lotso, plush, T-shirts, beanies, fleece blankets, cups, mugs, and accessories, plus drinks and snacks.

Also known as Barrel of Monkeys, the shop takes its look from the famous childhood game, with dozens of colorful monkeys that seem to climb up the building and through the trees around it. It fits right into Toy Story Playland, Andy’s giant backyard, where every guest shrinks down to the size of the little green army men.

History
The shop opened in August 2010 along with the Toy Story Playland area, during the Year of the New Generation event. After a long closure, it started opening regularly again in early 2019, and in June of that year, the Toy Story Play Days event marked the theatrical release of Toy Story 4.
The shop shut its doors permanently in September 2026, and Woody and his friends moved into the Barrel of Monkeys building for a meet and greet that’s there to stay.

01 Where can you buy Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?
There are four main places to shop: Disneyland Park (Main Street U.S.A. above all, plus every land), Disney Adventure World, Disney Village (open to everyone, no park ticket required), and, if you book an official Disney hotel, the shop inside your hotel. 02 Is there a way to shop without lugging bags around all day?
Yes. The Shopping Service lets you have your purchases sent to a pickup point, so you can collect them later at the same shop, at another shop on your way out of the park, or even at your Disney hotel’s shop. The service is free in most shops (with a minimum purchase). Just ask the cast member at checkout.
03 What are the shop hours?
Shops inside the parks roughly follow park hours, often opening a little earlier on Main Street U.S.A. and closing a little later after the nighttime show. Disney Village shops have their own hours, usually running later into the evening. You’ll find the exact hours in the Disneyland Paris app.
04 Can you buy Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
There’s no official Disneyland Paris online store. To shop from home, you can use the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few items specific to Disneyland Paris. At the resort itself, you buy everything directly in the shops.
