At a glance
Fjord View Shop sits on the shores of the Arendelle fjord, opposite the Nordic Crowns Tavern restaurant, with a view of Arendelle Castle.
The shop takes its cue from a local market in the kingdom: the facade features a stylised metal boat above a colourful sign decorated with rosemaling patterns, the floral swirls of traditional Norwegian decorative painting.
The range brings together the land’s toys, figures and collectables: a station of customisable mini figures to fill a jar with, and the World of Frozen product lines featuring Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, Sven and the Snowgies.
What you can only find here: Rúna, the interactive Arendelle baby troll (€70, no Disneyland Pass discounts). This companion reacts to touch, blinks, moves its ears, lights up and communicates with other trolls through over 50 sounds and movements. It also interacts with various spots in the land and with Queens Anna and Elsa. It comes with a carry bag shaped like a flowerpot, and its departure is marked by an adoption ceremony.
A makeover area rounds off the offer, dedicated to getting ready for the Snowflower Festival, with themed make-up and hairstyles inspired by Anna’s and Elsa’s outfits.
Adopting Rúna, the interactive baby troll. This 62 m² kiosk is the only place selling Rúna, an Arendelle baby troll priced at €70 who reacts to touch, blinks, lights up and communicates with other trolls through over 50 sounds and movements. It interacts with various spots in the land and with Anna and Elsa, and gets an adoption ceremony before it leaves.

Your questions about this shop
01 Where can you shop for Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?
You have four main options: the shops in Disneyland Park (mainly on Main Street U.S.A. and in each land), the shops in Disney Adventure World, the shops in Disney Village (no park ticket needed) and your hotel shop if you’re staying at an official Disney Hotel. I go through the main shops in my dedicated article.
02 Can you shop without carrying your bags all day?
Yes. The Shopping Service lets you have your purchases sent to a collection point, to pick up later in the shop, or as you leave the park in another shop, or even in the shop at your Disney Hotel. The service is free in most shops (above a minimum spend). Just ask the sales assistant when you pay.
03 What are the shops’ opening hours?
The shops in the parks roughly follow the parks’ opening hours, often opening a little earlier on Main Street U.S.A. and closing a little later after the night-time show. The Disney Village shops have their own opening hours, usually later into the evening. The exact times are in the Disneyland Paris app.
04 Can you order Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
There’s no official Disneyland Paris online shop. To buy from home, you can go to the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few Disneyland Paris-specific products. At the resort, you buy directly in the shops.
