At a glance
Located in Serris, in the Seine-et-Marne area, Centre commercial Val d’Europe combines shopping and entertainment. It’s roughly 5 minutes from the Disneyland Paris complex, and central Paris is 30 minutes away.
Covering nearly 100,000 m², it holds about 190 stores, around thirty restaurants, and an aquarium. The architecture takes after the great nineteenth-century Paris department stores, with nods to Gustave Eiffel, Victor Baltard, and Baron Haussmann. The mall is split into themed zones (Les Halles, Les Passages Parisiens, La Promenade, Les Terrasses, and the Place des Étoiles), and the Place des Étoiles is home to the largest OLED chandelier in Europe: 65 meters long with 6,000 LEDs.
The lineup covers fashion (Zara, H&M, Uniqlo, Primark, Victoria’s Secret), electronics (Apple Store, Fnac), kids (Okaïdi, Sergent Major, Kiabi), beauty, home decor, and gourmet food, plus an Auchan hypermarket and the Les Terrasses dining area. On the lower level, the SEA LIFE Paris Val d’Europe aquarium has more than 50 tanks and about 350 marine species. The Imagi Park center (13,400 m²) groups Speedpark (go-karts, bowling, laser tag, pool tables, karaoke), Fort Boyard Aventures, Kojump, and Eclipso (virtual reality). La Vallée Village, the outlet mall next door, rounds it all out.
You can get there on the RER A (Val d’Europe station, one stop from Disneyland Paris), by the A4 highway, or by TGV (high-speed train), and there are over 6,000 free parking spaces. Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 to 20:30, and Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00. There’s no official Disney store in the mall. Think of it as your all-purpose shopping break on a day off from the parks.
A SEA LIFE aquarium inside the mall. Tucked into the complex is the SEA LIFE Paris Val d’Europe aquarium, complete with an underwater tunnel and a touch pool, a great water-themed break from the Disney parks. The design borrows from the great nineteenth-century Paris department stores, nodding to Gustave Eiffel, Victor Baltard, and Baron Haussmann. Its 190 stores are spread over themed zones such as Les Halles, and you can reach it in 5 minutes from the resort.
What you’ll find
History
Opening day was October 25, 2000. The mall grew out of the Val d’Europe urban development carried out with Disney, and it has been managed by the Klépierre group since 2010. The Place des Étoiles and its giant OLED chandelier made their debut in 2017. Then on April 23, 2025, a covered leisure space, Imagi Park (13,400 m²), joined the complex.

My verdict

Best time to go
Plan this break for a day without the parks, ideally on a weekday, or in the morning on the weekend. Local crowds build fast in the afternoon.

Your questions about this shop
01 Where can you buy Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?
There are four main places to shop: Disneyland Park (Main Street U.S.A. above all, plus every land), Disney Adventure World, Disney Village (open to everyone, no park ticket required), and, if you book an official Disney hotel, the shop inside your hotel. My dedicated article walks you through the main shops.
02 Is there a Disney store at the train station or outside the parks?
There’s no Disney store inside the station itself. That said, Disney Village is less than 5 minutes away on foot once you’re past security, and it has several Disney stores you can visit without a park ticket. It’s perfect for one last purchase before your train home.
03 Can you buy Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
There’s no official Disneyland Paris online store. To shop from home, you can use the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few items specific to Disneyland Paris. At the resort itself, you buy everything directly in the shops.
