At a glance
The Val d’Europe shopping centre is a shopping and leisure complex in Serris, Seine-et-Marne, about 5 minutes from Disneyland Paris and 30 minutes from central Paris.
Covering nearly 100,000 m², it has around 190 shops, some thirty restaurants and an aquarium. Its architecture is inspired by the great nineteenth-century Parisian department stores, with nods to Gustave Eiffel, Victor Baltard and Baron Haussmann. The mall is divided into themed zones (Les Halles, Les Passages Parisiens, La Promenade, Les Terrasses and the Place des Étoiles), and the Place des Étoiles is home to Europe’s largest OLED chandelier: 65 metres long with 6,000 LEDs.
The range covers fashion (Zara, H&M, Uniqlo, Primark, Victoria’s Secret), electronics (Apple Store, Fnac), kids (Okaïdi, Sergent Major, Kiabi), beauty, homeware and food, with an Auchan hypermarket and the Les Terrasses food court. Downstairs, the SEA LIFE Paris Val d’Europe aquarium has more than 50 tanks and around 350 marine species. The Imagi Park complex (13,400 m²) brings together Speedpark (go-karting, bowling, laser tag, pool, karaoke), Fort Boyard Aventures, Kojump and Eclipso (virtual reality). La Vallée Village, the outlet village next door, rounds it all off.
You can get there on the RER A (Val d’Europe station, one stop from Disneyland Paris), the A4 motorway and the TGV (high-speed train), with more than 6,000 free parking spaces. The shops open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:30 and on Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00. There’s no official Disney shop in the mall: it’s the place for general shopping on a day off from the parks.
A SEA LIFE aquarium inside the shopping centre. The complex is home to the SEA LIFE Paris Val d’Europe aquarium, with an underwater tunnel and a touch pool, ideal for an aquatic break away from the Disney parks. The architecture is inspired by the great nineteenth-century Parisian department stores, with nods to Gustave Eiffel, Victor Baltard and Baron Haussmann, and the 190 shops are spread across themed zones such as Les Halles, 5 minutes from the resort.

Best time to visit
Plan this break for a day without the parks, ideally on a weekday, or in the morning at weekends: local crowds build quickly in the afternoon.

Your questions about this shop
01 Where can you shop for Disney merchandise at Disneyland Paris?
You have four main options: the shops in Disneyland Park (mainly on Main Street U.S.A. and in each land), the shops in Disney Adventure World, the shops in Disney Village (no park ticket needed) and your hotel shop if you’re staying at an official Disney Hotel. I go through the main shops in my dedicated article.
02 Is there a Disney shop at the station or outside the parks?
There’s no Disney shop in the station itself. However, Disney Village is less than 5 minutes’ walk away once you’re through the security checks, with several Disney shops you can visit without a park ticket. It’s perfect for a last purchase before your train home.
03 Can you order Disneyland Paris merchandise online?
There’s no official Disneyland Paris online shop. To buy from home, you can go to the Disney Store website (formerly shopDisney), which sells official Disney merchandise and sometimes a few Disneyland Paris-specific products. At the resort, you buy directly in the shops.
