World Princess Week at Disneyland Paris: a look back at the 2024, 2025, and 2026 editions

World Princess Week (in France, the event used to go by this English name) returns every year in late August at Disneyland Park. Disney launched it in 2021 across its parks worldwide. For one week, the Disney princesses take center stage with meet-and-greets, entertainment, and PhotoPass Magic Shots. Meet-and-greets and entertainment are included with your Disneyland Park ticket. Only a few experiences, like the kids’ makeovers, cost extra.

The 2024 edition ran August 25-31, 2024, the 2025 edition August 23-31, 2025, and the 2026 edition August 15-23, 2026. All three took place at Disneyland Park, in late August as they do every year.

The 2024 edition saw the creation of a dedicated show, "Write Your Destiny, A Celebration of the Disney Princesses," performed daily on Central Plaza in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. It featured Aurora, Jasmine, Ariel, and Tiana, with themes of courage, determination, and self-confidence.

For meet-and-greets, you could find Minnie in royal attire at Main Street Station, Mulan in Adventureland, Rapunzel in Fantasyland, and Merida in Frontierland, as well as at the Princess Pavilion. One activity, "Belle’s Timeless Tales," featured stories told by Belle near the Old Mill.

The food leaned into the royal theme: a Bayou Fairy Cake inspired by Tiana, a Rapunzel-style Golden Petals Milkshake, a Call of the Ocean Cake, a Sha La La Love Cupcake, cocktails at the Fleur de Lys Bar in the Disneyland Hotel, and royal meals at Auberge de Cendrillon and La Table de Lumière.

Princess merchandise was in the spotlight at the stores, especially at La Chaumière des Sept Nains in Fantasyland. Four PhotoPass Magic Shots rounded things out.

The big news in 2025 was that all 13 official Disney Princesses were brought together for the first time at Disneyland Paris, with Raya making her park debut: a chance to snap your first selfie with her.

The 13 Princesses were Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Mulan, Tiana, Rapunzel, Merida, Moana, and Raya. The program centered on exclusive meet-and-greets, photo sessions, entertainment, and PhotoPass Magic Shots.

On the food side, the Fleur de Lys Bar at the Disneyland Hotel served a brand-new cocktail and mocktail, inspired by Flounder (Ariel’s friend) and Merida’s three little brothers. Princess souvenirs were back in the stores, especially at La Chaumière des Sept Nains in Fantasyland. Mon Rêve Royal, a makeover experience for kids at the Disneyland Hotel, was offered as a paid extra.

World Princess Week 2026 ran August 15-23 and stayed within Disneyland Park, from Main Street to the Castle. Here’s what was on offer:

• Minnie and the princesses on the station balcony: they waved to guests from Disneyland Railroad Main Street Station, as people arrived in the morning and as they headed home at night.
• Dedicated photo spots: themed sets built around Pocahontas, Snow White, and Merida.
• A timeless moment with Belle: near the Old Mill in Fantasyland.
• Melody Memories of the Disney Princesses, at Le Théâtre du Château: a singer performed the songs live, with several shows each afternoon.
• A Moana Magic Shot: a digital photo with Moana appearing over the ocean, which you could get with PhotoPass.
• Special treats and drinks: desserts, cocktails, and alcohol-free creations for as long as the event lasted.

Yes: the meet-and-greets, entertainment, show, and Magic Shots were all available with your Disneyland Park ticket, at no extra cost. Specific experiences still cost extra, like the royal meals (Auberge de Cendrillon, La Table de Lumière) or, in 2025, the Mon Rêve Royal makeover at the Disneyland Hotel.
