At a glance
Disney classifies this Starbucks Coffee at Disney Hotel Cheyenne under both quick service and takeout, at the bottom of the resort’s price scale. You get the standard Starbucks lineup: hot drinks, iced drinks like the Frappuccino and Refresha, staples such as the Caramel Macchiato, plus seasonal specials. Disney says the drinks can be tailored in 86,000 different ways (plant-based milk, an extra espresso shot, whipped cream). To eat, Disney lists cookies if you have a sweet tooth, and sandwiches, wraps, and the Egg & Bacon Muffin if you prefer something savory, all served from morning to night.
The counter takes up part of the main building, the hotel’s large lobby. It’s more than a grab-and-go stand: Disney describes a lounge with armchairs and free Wi-Fi. The current decor dates from the June 2025 renovation and borrows the look of an American Old West saloon, with rough-hewn wood and chandeliers made from wagon wheels.
Two pieces of information are missing on Disney’s side. No hours appear on the official page, unlike the resort’s other restaurants, and there’s no PDF menu for this location, so no official item prices. Of the resort’s three Starbucks locations, only the one at Disney Village has an official menu with prices. The Cheyenne Starbucks is also neither owned nor operated by Disney (it’s a licensed location), and it isn’t part of any Disney meal plan.
The hotel’s two other dining spots are the Chuck Wagon Café (an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant you can book, with an official menu published by Disney) and the Red Garter Saloon, the hotel’s bar. The General Store shop sits next to the Starbucks in the lobby.
The June 2025 renovation swapped a standard layout for a look that matches the hotel’s Western theme: rough-hewn wood, saloon details, chandeliers built on wagon wheels, and nods to the settling of the West and the gold rush. It’s still a lounge with armchairs and free Wi-Fi, not just a takeout counter. Disney presents it as an addition to the hotel’s other dining spots, for breakfast and for breaks during the day.

History
This Starbucks opened in April 2017, replacing the hotel’s old arcade. It arrived just as breakfast stopped being automatically included in Disney hotel stays, and it was meant to give guests a quick option before heading to the parks. The counter closed in January 2025 for a full renovation, then reopened on June 25, 2025, with the saloon decor announced by Disneyland Paris. The Starbucks at Disney Hotel Santa Fe went through the same project, reopening on June 18, 2025, with a look inspired by a racetrack.

Pros and cons
The highlights
- Smaller crowds than at Disney Village
- Breakfast on a budget
- Quiet terrace in the afternoon
- Open to guests not staying at the hotel
My verdict
The Starbucks at Disney Hotel Cheyenne is a good pick for an inexpensive breakfast, and it’s less crowded than the Starbucks locations at Disney Village. If you’re staying at the hotel, you can grab your coffee and something to eat before heading off to the parks, without waiting in line.
I also use it for a mid-afternoon snack on the terrace: at that time of day, everyone is in the parks or at Disney Village, so you get a quiet place to take a break. You don’t need to be a hotel guest to go in.

Map & getting there
Inside the hotel’s central building, which houses the big reception hall: walk in and you’ll see the counter to your right, along the same side as the concierge, the Red Garter Saloon bar, and the General Store shop, in the area themed as the town’s bank.
