At a glance
Disney classes the Starbucks Coffee at Disney Hotel Cheyenne as quick-service and takeaway, in the resort’s lowest price range. The menu is the chain’s own: hot drinks, cold drinks such as Frappuccino and Refresha, classics like the Caramel Macchiato and seasonal specials, with customisation that Disney puts at 86,000 possible combinations (plant-based milk, espresso shot, whipped cream). For food, Disney mentions cookies on the sweet side, then sandwiches, wraps and the Egg & Bacon Muffin on the savoury side, available throughout the day.
The counter takes up part of the main building, the hotel’s large reception hall. It isn’t just a takeaway counter: Disney describes a lounge with armchairs and free wifi. The current setting dates from the June 2025 refurbishment and is styled like an American Wild West saloon, with rough wood and chandeliers made from wagon wheels.
Two things are missing from Disney’s side. No opening hours are published on the official page, unlike the resort’s other restaurants, and there is no PDF menu for this outlet, so no official prices. Of the resort’s three Starbucks, only the one in Disney Village has an official menu with prices. The Cheyenne Starbucks is also neither owned nor run by Disney (it is a licensed outlet) and no Disney meal plan applies.
The hotel’s two other places to eat are the Chuck Wagon Café (an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant you can book, with its official menu published by Disney) and the Red Garter Saloon, the hotel bar. The General Store shop is next to the Starbucks in the lobby.
The June 2025 refurbishment replaced a standard fit-out with a setting that matches the hotel’s western theme: rough wood, saloon details, chandeliers made from wagon wheels and nods to the conquest of the West and the gold rush. It remains a lounge with armchairs and free wifi, not just a takeaway counter. Disney presents it as an extra to the hotel’s other places to eat, for breakfast and for breaks during the day.

History
The Starbucks opened in April 2017, replacing the hotel’s old games arcade. It arrived just as breakfast stopped being automatically included in Disney hotel stays, and was meant to offer a quick option before heading to the parks. The counter closed in January 2025 for a full refurbishment, then reopened on 25 June 2025 with the saloon setting announced by Disneyland Paris. The Starbucks at Disney Hotel Santa Fe went through the same work, reopening on 18 June 2025 with a setting inspired by a motor racing circuit.

Pros and cons
Strong points
- Less busy than Disney Village
- Cheap breakfast
- Quiet terrace in the afternoon
- Open to non-hotel guests
My verdict
The Starbucks at Disney Hotel Cheyenne is a good option for a cheap breakfast, and it’s less busy than the Starbucks in Disney Village. If you’re staying at the hotel, you grab your coffee and something to eat before heading off to the parks, without queuing.
I also use it for a mid-afternoon snack on the terrace: everyone is in the parks or at Disney Village at that time, so you have a quiet spot to relax. You don’t need to be a hotel guest to go in.

Map & getting there
In the hotel’s main building, the large reception hall: as you walk in, the counter is on the right, on the same side as the concierge desk, the Red Garter Saloon bar and the General Store shop, in the part decorated like the town bank.
