Disneyland Paris offers a discounted admission ticket for disabled visitors. The discount is 25% off the price of the day and it applies to the disabled visitor and one companion. It’s an admission ticket like any other: it gives the same park access as a standard ticket. The only difference is the price.
So this ticket is part of the admission ticket range. To understand all the options available, see my complete ticket comparison. Here, I focus on the disability discount, its conditions and how to get it.
The discounted ticket for disabled visitors
It’s simple. You buy an admission ticket and the 25% discount applies to the price of the day. Disneyland Paris prices change every day with demand (that’s dynamic pricing), but the discount rate stays fixed at 25%, whatever price is shown.
The discount covers two people: the disabled visitor and one companion. You can come with several companions, but only one gets the discounted price. The others pay the standard price of the day.
This ticket gives the same access as a normal ticket: entry to the park or parks you’ve chosen, for the length you’ve chosen. It changes nothing except the entry price. For amounts in euros, which change daily, see my price guide.
The conditions to qualify
- Be a disabled visitor The discount is reserved for the disabled visitor, with proof (see below).
- A 1, 2 or 3-day ticket For 1 or 2 parks (Disneyland Park and/or Disney Adventure World, the former Walt Disney Studios Park). The discount also applies to the Disneyland Pass range and evening tickets.
- The discounted price for the visitor + 1 companion Only one companion gets the 25%. Additional companions pay the standard price of the day.
- Show proof and ID on the day Your original, valid proof of disability, plus ID, to show at the ticket office.
Good to know: unlike standard dated tickets, the discounted disability ticket doesn’t require you to register a visit date in advance. What really matters is showing valid proof on the day of your visit. Without proof, you won’t get the discounted price.
Accepted proof of disability
For French residents, several official documents qualify you for the discounted price. You must show the original, still valid. Photocopies, photos or screenshots are refused.
- CMI (France’s official disability card) With the disability and/or priority endorsement. A CMI with only the parking endorsement isn’t enough (but the European parking card, below, is accepted).
- European parking card Accepted as proof in its own right.
- MDPH or MDA notification Recognising disability status. RQTH alone isn’t accepted.
- Military disability pension certificate Including war disability cards.
- Old disability and priority cards Valid until their expiry date, being replaced by the CMI.
If you live outside France, the list of accepted documents depends on your country of residence (for example the EU Disability Card, or documents specific to Belgium and Switzerland). Select your country on the official Disneyland Paris website to see the list that applies.
How to buy the disability ticket
You buy the discounted disability ticket online on the official Disneyland Paris website, through the booking path for disabled visitors. The 25% discount is applied when you buy. Many third-party sites still say you have to go to the ticket office, which is no longer the case.
On the day of your visit, you show the original proof of disability and your ID at the ticket office to validate your ticket and enter the parks.
Choose your ticket online
Go to the special prices page on the official website and select your ticket (length and number of parks). The 25% discount applies to the price of the day.
Get your documents ready
Bring the original of your valid proof of disability and ID for the day of your visit.
Validate at the ticket office on the day
When you arrive, show your ticket, proof and ID at the ticket office to validate the discounted price and enter the parks.
You can also buy this ticket by phone, through the Disneyland Paris booking centre. It’s handy if you need help with your purchase, or if you’d rather ask your questions before booking.
At the entrance ticket offices, you can only buy if you pay in cash, with French holiday vouchers or with a gift card and there’s still space that day: the discount is then applied when you show your valid proof. I wouldn’t rely on it, as the park may be full and the standard price is used as the base, often higher than online. So most of the time, at the ticket office, you’re just validating a ticket bought in advance and showing your proof. For the full ticket buying process, see my ticket buying tutorial.

Frequently asked questions
01 What ticket discount is there for disabled visitors?
Disabled visitors get 25% off park tickets, the Disneyland Pass and evening tickets, for the person concerned and one companion, on presentation of official proof of disability. The rate stays fixed at 25%, even though the ticket price itself changes every day (dynamic pricing). Holiday packages with a hotel aren’t included, and the Easy Access Card (ALD, a long-term condition recognised by the French health system) alone doesn’t give you this right. The details are in my guide to the discounted ticket for disabled visitors.
02 Who is the disability discount for?
For the disabled visitor and one companion. Both get 25% off the admission ticket.
03 What proof is accepted for the disability price?
For French residents: the CMI (France’s official disability card, marked for invalidity and/or priority), the European parking card, an MDPH or MDA notification recognising the disability or a certificate of military disability pension. The original is required and must be in date. The list varies with your country of residence.
04 Is the RQTH accepted for the discounted price?
No. The RQTH (France’s official disabled worker status) on its own doesn’t qualify for the discounted price. You need to show another document from the list, such as the CMI or an MDPH notification recognising the disability.
05 Does the disability ticket give priority access to rides?
No. The ticket only covers the admission price. Adapted access to the queues is handled separately and free of charge with the ride access cards, which are separate from the ticket.
06 Where can I buy the discounted disability ticket?
Since November 2024, you buy it online on the official Disneyland Paris website, through the dedicated booking process. You can also buy it by phone from the booking centre, which is handy if you need help with your purchase. On the day, show your proof and your ID at the ticket desks to validate the ticket.
