You can contact Disneyland Paris by phone, in person during your stay, or online after your visit. The right channel depends on what you need. For a booking or a question about prices, call the reservations centre on +33 9 69 32 60 61. For a restaurant, use the app or call +33 1 60 30 40 50. For a complaint, use the contact form on the official website.

Here’s the detail, need by need, with every number and every way to reach the park.

The main Disneyland Paris phone number is +33 9 69 32 60 61, the reservations centre. But there isn’t just one number for the park: depending on your request, you call a different department. Here are the four most common cases.

Contacting Disneyland Paris before your visit

Before your trip, the reservations centre on +33 9 69 32 60 61 handles everything about prices, tickets and holidays (opening times are in the table above).

A quick tip: I tend to call on a weekday, mid-morning, when the wait is shortest.

Outside the phone lines’ opening hours, use the contact form on the official website, available around the clock. Depending on the time of year, the website also offers an online help chat.

From abroad, dial the +33 code followed by the number without the first 0.

For anything related to a disability, an illness or food allergies, a dedicated service answers on +33 9 69 32 09 60. Ideally, call before you book, so you can prepare a visit suited to your situation rather than sorting everything out on the day.

Contacting Disneyland Paris during your visit

On site, you have several options. If you’re staying at a Disney hotel, the concierge can answer most questions.

For general questions about the parks, there are two guest service points. I explain what they do in my guide to City Hall and Studio Services.

Finally, the Disneyland Paris app gives you live opening hours, queue times and plenty of useful answers.

Contacting Disneyland Paris after your visit (complaints)

After your trip, for a complaint or a billing problem, the best option is the contact form on the official website. It keeps a written record of your request, which helps if you need to follow it up.

You can also write by post (address below), ideally by recorded delivery so you have proof.

If you’ve lost something, report it through the lost property form on the official website.

To change or cancel a holiday, you get in touch through the number on your confirmation letter, as I explain in my guide on how to cancel a holiday.

Booking a restaurant at Disneyland Paris

To add, change or cancel a restaurant booking, the easiest way is the Disneyland Paris app, from your Disney account. It only takes a few minutes.

If you prefer the phone, call the restaurant reservations line on +33 1 60 30 40 50. Most restaurants open for bookings up to two months ahead and the most popular tables go quickly.

Email, social media and post

Disneyland Paris is also on social media, where you can send a message. The main French accounts are Instagram (@disneylandparis) and Facebook (facebook.com/DisneylandParis). For the full list of networks, the official social media page on the website is still the safest source.

02 Are Disneyland Paris phone numbers premium rate?

No. The official numbers start with 01 and 09, so they aren’t premium rate. You call them at the cost of a local call, or even at no extra cost if your phone plan includes calls to landlines. The 08xx numbers seen elsewhere aren’t the park’s.

You have four ways to book. The easiest is the official Disneyland Paris app ("Dining" section), from your Disney account. You can also call the booking line on +33 (0)1 60 30 40 50, use the official website via the Dining menu or book on site at City Hall, Studio Services or your Disney hotel’s concierge desk. Before you choose, I suggest downloading my free file by email, which brings together all the menus of the Disneyland Paris restaurants. It really helps you make up your mind.
