At a glance
The Aparthotel Adagio Marne-la-Vallée Val d’Europe is a residence from the Adagio group with 244 apartments and studios. It’s 3 km (1.9 miles) from the Disneyland Paris park and 40 minutes from central Paris, with units ranging from the studio for 4 to the three-room apartment for 9, a setup built for families, groups of friends, and longer stays.
The look is that of a simple urban residence, in the practical style Adagio aparthotels are known for. Every unit has an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, and Lavazza coffee maker), a bathroom, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a phone, and a safe. Six accessible apartments for up to 5 people are available.
What really sets it apart is the aparthotel format: every unit lets you cook on site and spread out the cost of a Disneyland Paris trip, which makes it a good alternative to standard hotel rooms. The free shuttle runs every morning and evening, year-round. A rare bonus in the Disney hotel area: pets are welcome at all Adagio aparthotels.
As for services, a breakfast buffet is served every morning, along with a free lounge area (a shop for snacks and drinks, a library of books, games, and gear to borrow), a laundry room, private parking, and a heated indoor pool. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Good to know: breakfast is free for kids under 16 on any new booking when an adult breakfast is purchased.
Fully equipped studios and apartments. Units give you the comfort of an apartment with a full kitchenette, including a cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. Right next to the La Vallée Village outlet mall, the location is perfect for shopping. A free shuttle service takes you to Marne-la-Vallée station.

Pros and cons
The highlights
- Aparthotel with a fully equipped kitchen
- Flexible units, from the studio for 3/4 people to the three-room apartment for 9
- Free shuttle to Disneyland Paris
The downsides
- 3 km from the parks, so the shuttle is a must
- As an aparthotel, it has neither a restaurant nor a bar
- Several items depend on availability (cribs, hair dryers, and kettles must be requested at the front desk)
My verdict
The Aparthotel Adagio is an urban, practical place to stay, especially handy for spreading out the cost of a trip thanks to its flexible apartments with real kitchenettes. Having the Serris shops right nearby makes it an even more sensible choice.
I haven’t stayed here and haven’t tried it out myself. My take is based only on the hotel’s website, feedback from people I know, online reviews, and a visit to the lobby. The online listing highlights practical apartments for up to 9 people and a heated indoor pool. Guests confirm that you can bring your pet along, although the distance means you’ll be riding the free shuttle a lot.
I’d recommend it for long stays, large families, or travelers who want to cut food costs by cooking on site. It’s not the right fit if you want the feel of a traditional hotel with room service and lively bars.

Extra services
Beyond the basics, the Aparthotel Adagio Marne-la-Vallée Val d’Europe has a few add-on services that can make your trip a little nicer.
Services include a lounge area with a shop for snacks and drinks, a self-service lending library (books, games, and gear you can borrow), and the option to bring your pet.
For items available on request (cribs, kettles, hair dryers, Lavazza coffee pods), ask at the front desk when you check in, subject to availability. Prices and services may change.
Map & getting there
The aparthotel is in Serris, 3 km (1.9 miles) from Disneyland Paris and about a 12-minute walk from the Val d’Europe RER station. The Val d’Europe shopping mall is right next door (200 meters) and the SEA LIFE Paris Val d’Europe aquarium is a 5-minute walk away. A free shuttle runs between the aparthotel and the Disney parks every morning and evening, year-round.

Your questions about this hotel
01 Which Disney hotel should you pick with kids?
For a trip with kids, I recommend Hotel Cheyenne: a very immersive Wild West atmosphere (saloon, Western streets, ponies) at an affordable price, and little ones love it. The Newport Bay Club is also an excellent choice thanks to its big pool with areas for children. Sequoia Lodge appeals to families who like Disney’s forest-style setting. Skip Davy Crockett Ranch if you don’t have a car, since getting to the parks from there is more of a hassle.
02 Official Disney hotel vs. partner hotel: what’s the difference?
An official Disney hotel is run by Disneyland Paris and comes with exclusive perks: Extra Magic Time in the morning before official opening, free delivery of your store purchases to the hotel, and a fully themed atmosphere. A partner hotel (Explorers, Adagio, B&B, and others) is a privately run hotel near the resort, usually cheaper, but without Extra Magic Time or the Disney theming. For me, staying at a Disney hotel really changes how immersed you feel, but if money is tight, partner hotels are still a decent option.
03 Disney hotel or partner hotel: which one should you pick?
It all depends on your budget and your game plan. Disney hotel: you get Extra Magic Time (entry to the parks up to 1 hour before official opening, on a selection of headline rides), delivery of your purchases to the hotel, the official shuttle service, and a themed atmosphere. Partner hotel (Explorers, Adagio, B&B, and others): prices are often lower, a free shuttle is usually offered but it isn’t an official Disney one, and breakfast isn’t always included in the rate (check when you book). For a first trip, I’d lean toward a Disney hotel. To make the most of your budget, go with a partner hotel.
04 Are there shuttles between the Disney hotels and the parks?
Yes, free shuttles serve most of the official Disney hotels. Some hotels are also within walking distance (Disneyland Hotel, Hotel New York, Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge). The Davy Crockett Ranch has no shuttle, so you really need a car there (its guests get free parking at the parks). You’ll find the schedule at the hotel front desk or in the Disneyland Paris app.
05 Is a car necessary to get to Disneyland Paris?
No. The park is very easy to reach: the RER A (Paris commuter train) stops at the entrance, trains run from the airports, and the Disney hotels offer free shuttles. A car is mostly useful for exploring the area or if you’re staying farther away.
