What are Pop-Up Surprises?
Pop-Up Surprises let you meet one or more Disney characters that are rare or brand new, characters you’d never bump into in the park during regular hours. Sometimes it’s the character who is rare, sometimes it’s an outfit nobody has seen yet, and sometimes it’s both. No PhotoPass photographer is there, so bring your phone or camera and snap the photos yourself.

How do you book a Pop-Up?
You book online through the pass’s official platform: pass-annuel.disneylandparis.com. You don’t need to give your guests’ names. They just have to be pass members themselves and come with you on the day. Here are the four steps to follow.
Have an active Disneyland Pass
Your pass has to be valid both when you book and on the day itself. If you’re bringing people along, your guests (up to 3) must also be Disneyland Pass members.
Watch for reservations to open
Each edition is announced first on Disneyland Paris social media, then by email to members. Spots are limited and go fast, especially on weekends, so book as soon as reservations open.
Book your time slot online
Go to the official platform pass-annuel.disneylandparis.com, then pick your date and time slot. Slots come in quarter-hour increments, usually from 10:00 to 16:45. Plan on 1 reservation per pass, plus up to 3 guests who are pass members.
On the day, show up for your slot
Arrive at your slot time with your annual pass and your confirmation email. Don’t forget your park reservation either: here’s how to book your dates.

Where do Pop-Up Surprises take place?
Pop-Up Surprises are held at the Disneyland Pass Corner, Disney’s name for the former Annual Passport office. You’ll find it in Disneyland Park, between Discoveryland and Fantasyland, across from the castle stage.
On the day, arrive at your slot time with your pass and confirmation email in hand.

No Pop-Up Surprise is scheduled at the moment. Disney announces them from time to time, with no set calendar. To stay in the loop, watch Disneyland Paris social media, then your pass member emails.
