Is it easy to eat vegetarian at Disneyland Paris?

Yes, and it’s getting easier all the time. Almost all the restaurants in the resort, from snack bars to table service, offer at least one vegetarian dish and often a vegan option. There’s no need for a specialist restaurant: a mixed group can eat together anywhere.

The best vegetarian and vegan dishes (tried and rated)

I’m not vegetarian, but I really enjoy trying these dishes from time to time. And honestly, some are delicious, sometimes better than the standard options. The choice changes with the seasons, but here are my safe bets, from best to most skippable.

  • The chilli at Last Chance Café (Frontierland), €8 My favourite, by far. Vegan, generous and so well spiced you’d swear there was meat in it. A full meal at a low price. You’ll also find it at Adventure Way and at some all-you-can-eat buffets.
  • The lentil dahl at Colonel Hathi’s (Adventureland), about €15 Filling and fragrant, with plenty of lentils and rice. The restaurant also serves vegetable and onion fritters.
  • The vegan nuggets at Toad Hall (Fantasyland) Crispy, served with chips and a vegan tartare sauce. A lovely discovery, worth trying even if you’re not vegetarian.
  • The garden galette (Adventure Way snack stands), about €10 A potato galette with guacamole, beetroot, tomato and rocket: fresh and light, perfect when it’s hot. More of a snack than a proper meal.
  • The courgette pizza at Stark Factory (Avengers Campus), about €14 The pizza is good, but the courgette and rocket topping is a bit dull. Decent, nothing more.

All these places have their own detailed page: Last Chance Café, Colonel Hathi’s and Toad Hall, plus Stark Factory and Chez Berlioz.

Vegetarian food at buffets and hotels

Almost all the all-you-can-eat buffets offer vegetarian and vegan options (the famous chilli often turns up there, in a version with plant-based cheese). At the hotels, breakfasts and restaurants also include vegetarian choices. Plenty to keep your meals varied throughout your trip.

Allergies and special diets

Do you follow a gluten-free diet, or have allergies? That’s a wider topic than vegetarian food. I cover everything (allergen symbols, gluten-free breakfast, adapted meals) in my guide to special diets and allergies.
