At a glance

Open at Disney Village since 1992, Annette’s Diner brings back the look of 1950s American diners. Up until 2026, you’d see red booths, a black and white checkerboard floor, neon, a jukebox, license plates on the walls, and a statue of a waitress by the door, all in shades of pink and turquoise. An upstairs room came along in 2002, followed by a takeout counter in 2004.

Work to renovate and modernize the dining room and kitchens has been underway since early 2026.

On the menu, it’s all-American: burgers (classic, double patty, or XXL weighing up to 600 g), salads, onion rings, chicken wings, milkshakes, brownies, cheesecakes, and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. Mornings bring an American breakfast, and the burger lineup changes from season to season.

Servers on roller skates, in outfits matching the restaurant’s colors, bring food to your table, and the kitchen is open to the dining room. There’s also a "take away" corner for food to go. Reservations aren’t accepted, so you line up at the door.

What sets it apart

Servers on roller skates. This table-service restaurant at Disney Village takes you straight into the rock and roll ’50s in the US. The staff skate deftly between chrome and neon tables to serve giant burgers and thick milkshakes. Jukebox tunes round out the retro feel.

History

Opened on April 12, 1992, along with the shopping and entertainment district (then called Festival Disney), Annette’s Diner takes its inspiration from 1950s American restaurants.

It’s one of the few original restaurants that has never changed its name or theme since the complex first opened. The pastel pink storefront, the jukeboxes, and service on roller skates have been part of its DNA since day one.

My verdict

Julie ★★★★½ 200+ visits since 2023

Annette’s Diner is an American restaurant at Disney Village with a retro 1950s diner vibe. Its strength is its burgers, served at your table in an immersive setting, with some servers on roller skates.

It’s one of my favorites at Disneyland Paris: the burgers are like ones you’d find elsewhere, but probably the best at the resort in my opinion. Expect to pay around €25 per adult and €16 per child at this spot, open since 1992, with a varied, seasonal menu and the ’50s America atmosphere brought to life by the servers on roller skates. Two drawbacks: no reservations and frequent lines in the evening, with service that can be slow when it’s full. Aim for an off-peak time to avoid the wait.

Families and burger lovers who enjoy a retro vibe should go. If you like to book a table in advance or can’t stand waiting, look elsewhere.

Your questions about this restaurant

01 Where can you find cheap eats in the Disneyland Paris parks?

To keep costs down, stick to the quick-service counters rated €. Casey’s Corner serves hot dogs on Main Street, Café Hyperion offers burgers and nuggets in Discoveryland, Colonel Hathi’s Pizza Outpost has pizza by the slice in Adventureland, and Cowboy Cookout Barbecue in Frontierland is still a good deal. Over at Disney Adventure World, Stark Factory and Super Diner remain affordable. Tip: Mobile Order in the app also lets you order at some counters without waiting in line. And for a little snack, a waffle, churros, or ice cream for €5-10 hits the spot.

02 Do Disney restaurants have kids’ menus?

Yes, nearly every Disneyland Paris restaurant has a child price (ages 3-11). At the all-you-can-eat buffets, kids pay about half price: €25 at Agrabah Café, €25 at Cape Cod, €20 at La Cantina. Classic table-service restaurants also have a kids’ menu with a kid-friendly appetizer, main course, and dessert. At the quick-service counters, you’ll find kids’ menus that include a drink and a dessert. You can ask for a high chair when you book, using the "special request" field.

03 Are there vegetarian and vegan options at Disneyland Paris restaurants?

Yes, a growing number of Disneyland Paris restaurants have vegetarian and vegan choices. In Frontierland, Lucky Nugget Saloon offers an entirely vegan menu, and over in Fantasyland, Toad Hall Restaurant serves breaded plant-based crispy bites that are very good. Most of the other table-service restaurants and buffets list at least one vegetarian dish. Simple buffets such as Agrabah Café or Cape Cod have meatless options too. For the full picture, get my free file by email, which gathers the menus of every Disneyland Paris restaurant: you can check the veggie options ahead of your visit.

04 Which restaurants can you go to at Disney Village without a park ticket?

No park ticket is needed: Disney Village is open to everyone, and that includes its restaurants, roughly fifteen of them. If you want to sit down and be served, there’s Rosalie and Petite Rosalie (a French brasserie), The Steakhouse (Chicago-style grill), and The Royal Pub (British dishes). Billy Bob’s Country Western Saloon and La Grange at Billy Bob’s offer Tex-Mex buffets with a show-style atmosphere. Sports Bar is the relaxed option, while Rainforest Café plays up its jungle theme. Need something fast? McDonald’s, Earl of Sandwich, Five Guys, Starbucks Coffee, and Vapiano have you covered. Keep in mind that two places are off the list for now: Annette’s Diner shut for renovation in January 2026 (it should be back around 2027), and Casa Giulia, a new Italian restaurant where Planet Hollywood used to be, opens in late 2026. At Rosalie and The Steakhouse, reserve in advance, especially for dinner.

05 What does a meal at Disneyland Paris cost?

It depends a lot on the kind of restaurant. Roughly speaking (prices change over time), budget around €15-25 per adult at a quick-service spot (€), €30-50 at a standard table-service restaurant (€€), and €60 or more at premium buffets and signature restaurants (€€€ and €€€€). Some real examples: the Agrabah Café buffet costs €45 for adults / €25 for kids, Cape Cod €45 / €25, La Cantina €35 / €20. Character dining like Auberge de Cendrillon runs €60-95 per adult. Snacks such as ice cream, waffles, or churros cost €5-10. Treat these ranges as estimates and check each restaurant’s menu for the exact price.
